- Yohanes (2/5): - I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. Luckily the Expedia agent was very helpful and proceed my refund right away after confirming to the accommodation. I booked a grab car from the airport to this accommodation but guess what? It has a different address. Then I needed to pay extra for the driver to send up to the right location. Terrible experience. Definitely not recommend to book at this accommodations.
