• Lorraine (7/5): Very pleasant situated in a lovely quiet garden. - Location was good, close to direct buses into town. Nice and quiet. Nice size apartment. Loved the patio with the opening doors. Finishing touches, could do with a bit of a make over. Although the sitting room was big enough the photos are deceiving.

Aber enttäuschender Zustand im Vergleich zur Beschreibung. - Die Lage war für mich sehr gut, da ich in Stamford Hill eine private Veranstaltung besuchen wollte. Auch die Verbindung mit der U-Bahn - speziell zum Flughafen Heathrow - war trotz der weiten Entfernung sehr praktisch. Die City ist per öffentlichem Verkehr auch gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft - Pavillion -liegt idyllisch in einem Garten, der an das Vorderhaus grenzt. Ruhig gelegen. Als ich ankam, konnte ich keinen WLAN-Code finden. Durch meinen Anruf bei der hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin, erfuhr ich, wo sich der kleine Zettel mit dem Code befindet. Sie teilte mir mit, dass ich sie nochmals kontaktieren könne, falls ich den recht verblichenen Code nicht lesen könne. Es fragt sich, warum der Informationszettel nicht erneuert wird, wenn die Gastgeberin doch weiss, dass der Code schwer lesbar ist. Die Wohnung war ungeheizt und kühl als ich am Abend ankam. Sie war also trotz der kühlen externen Temperatur von den Gastgebern nicht geheizt worden. Durch einen Anruf bei der hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin konnte ich in Erfahrung bringen, wie ich die Wohnung zu heizen habe. Am nächsten Morgen stellte ich fest, dass ein Fenster gekippt war und zwei Fenster/ Terassentüren bei dieser Erdgeschosswohnung nicht abgeschlossen waren. Es hätte also jederzeit in der Nacht oder am Tag jemand in die Wohnung eindringen können. In der Booking-Übersicht stand, dass es in der Unterkunft Kaffee gäbe. Jedoch gab es nur noch einen sehr kleinen Rest löslichen Kaffee in einem Keramikbehälter, der zudem schon einen weissen Überzug hatte. Es war wirklich unappetitlich. Auch hatte der Müllbehälter, den ich bei meiner Abreise gemäss Anweisung der Gastgeber zu leeren hatte, unter dem Plastikmüllsack noch verschimmeltes Brot von einem Vorgänger. Unter der im Wohnzimmer stehenden Couch gab es nicht wenig Staub. Das Bett war sauber. Der Gesamteindruck in Punkto Sauberkeit hat bei mir im Vergleich zu anderen gebuchten Apartments eher einen schwachen Eindruck gemacht. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass schon länger niemand in der Wohnung war (weder Gastgeber, noch Putzfrau, noch Gäste).

The hosts were very responsive and helpful, even popped around to water the plants which was super cute and showed the apartment was cared for. No complaints. Only annoying thing was we had to leave before getting to use the garden lol

• Kamila (10/5): Such a little gem ! Absolutely stunning place . Very cosy and airy - The mirrors , the ceiling ,the massive windows . It was so cozy I I didn’t want to leave .

• Eda (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, lots of good light, nice and cozy design with a really nice outdoor area. They was some shower and face wash stuff in the bathroom too with clean towels on the bed. Owner was really kind and helpful even when I called them at 1 am it was really comforting how kind she was throughout the whole thing. One of my best experiences xx Bathroom drain seems to be blocked other than that it was perfect
• Jane (10/5): So much room! - It was exactly as the photos. Spacious and good amenities. Good portable air conditioning unit provide for hot weather - really made a difference when needed! Wasnt sure if it was able to open, but couldn't find the key for the door to the additional little private walled garden area by the backdoor. It looks as though it could be a really shady area in hot sunshine.

• Quo (6/5): Well, lit room! No microwave - The location of the apartment was good. Also, the lighting through the sun roof was fantastic. We didn't need to switch on lights except later on in the night when it got dark. There was no microwave for heating up food. It was an ordeal using the oven. Some of the furniture was unsteady and could have cause accident if I wasn't observant enough.

• Gulay (1/5): Bad - When I entered the house, it smelled terrible and everywhere was very dirty. The landlord said he would have it cleaned very rudely but he didn't. I called Booking.com and told them what I experienced. I asked for my money back. I wanted to leave the house and go somewhere else but they didn't accept the refund. The landlord got angry and insulted me because I called Booking.com. The landlord entered the house without permission every day and his excuse was to water the flowers in the house. I said you should get permission from me but he didn't listen. He came and forced his way into the house either when I wasn't home or when I was openly in the house. The landlord's father came to the garden every day and looked inside. There was only a tulle in the house so we were incredibly disturbed by the old man watching from the garden every day. I experienced so many ridiculous things that I can't describe. I can prove all I told you. I had a terrible 15 days. This is a disgraceful establishment, don't ever come here.
