• George (6/5): Avoid if you want to take hot showers for more than 10 minutes. - Location is excellent. Near everything. We managed to do everything on foot. The hot water tank is too small. It isn’t enough even for a single hot shower session. We discovered this too late. The next time, we opened the flow just a bit to allow the hot water to last for longer.

• ee7e97e2cf1473bed10e9fb344d9d7a7 (3/5): - Il divano letto in cui dormivo era rotto. E non mi permetteva di rimanere completamente distesa. Mi è stato promesso di mandarmi una persona per aggiustare il letto, che non è mai arrivata. La parte dei piedi era completamente alzata. Nessuno mi ha proposto un rimborso per il disagio.

• MAXIMO (7/5): Refinado y descuidado apartamento - La ubicación era perfecta Al apartamento hace falta una reforma. Dicha sale agua baño, lámpara rota, sillón con agujero, sofá mal estado, puerta entrada no cierra bien, suelo con desconchados y agujeros, cristales mesa roto
• Ana (1/5): No vayas aquí - Es obvio que la ubicación es lo único que merece la pena Todo 1. Primero de todo, no hay un casero como tal, que le importe si has llegado ya al apartamento y si tuviste problemas para acceder y poner el código. Es una empresa que gestiona miles de apartamentos y cuando tienes un problema, te pasan con un operador automático que te dice que pulses un número según tu problema y te dejan en espera con una musiquita hasta que te atienden 2. Nada más entrar, olor a tabaco. Podíais haber ventilado. Ya que a partir de las 11 es el check-out anterior y hasta las 19h no accedimos al alojamiento 3. La televisión no iba. Estuvimos probando de todas las formas posibles pero nada. Tuvimos que llamar al operador automático que comentaba. Hasta el día siguiente no supimos nada. Teníamos que estar pendientes de cuando llegaría el técnico. Vino 1 vez, nada. Vino una 2º vez, consiguió encenderla. No obstante, los canales de TV ordinarios no funcionaban. Tuve que reiniciar y actualizar los canales pero tampoco. Salía un texto que ponía "los canales TV no están disponibles desde 2022". Qué mínimo haber revisado eso. En resumen, no pudimos disfrutar de la TV durante toda nuestra estancia. 4. La nevera rota. El problema es que ese mismo día compramos comida para la semana, sobre todo para el desayuno y no gastar fuera más de la cuenta: 1L leche, 6 yogures, pavo. Todo se echó a perder y nadie nos devolvió el dinero de lo que perdimos. También pasó igual: al día siguiente vino el técnico. No pudo hacer nada. A la segunda vez, tampoco entendía que le pasaba a la nevera. y al tercer día empezó a funcionar por arte de magia. Pero la comida que compramos ya no se podía comer. Digo yo que antes de poner disponible un apartamento para su alojamiento, verificas sí todo está en orden (TV, nevera...). Pero lo dicho, es una empresa. Les da igual. 5. Tampoco funciona el estractor. Está toda la estuctura, pero luego no hay botones. 6. El agua se sale de la ducha 7. Baldosas rotas (cuidado!) 8. Cubiertos sucios
• Barbara (5/5): - La ubicación genial en todos los sentidos. Fue lo único. Las ventanas pasa el frio y el ruido. Las persianas estaban rotas entonces entraba toda la claridad a las personas que dormían en el sillón cama. El sillón cama deteriorado. No funcionaba el extractor.de la cocina. La nevera tenía algo de suciedad. Lo peor fue que avisamos el primer día para que nos lo vinieran a arreglar y nadie apareció por allí
• Ander (5/5): Cómoda ubicación. Buen precio respecto de otros alojamientos. Poco cuidado. - La ubicación. Está mal cuidado, no se reparan los desperfectos y está con bastantes golpes y roturas.
• Santiago (6/5): If you are looking for something as quick enter and leave in Madrid that leaves you close to everything then yes, it’s f - Definitely the location, there is literally everything around and it’s super close to underground and walkable towards central Madrid. Definitely how claustrophobic it can feel. That and the cleaning wasn’t the best, we found hair in the toilet as soon as we came in, kitchen isn’t the most functional either.
• Zbigniew (9/5): I came to Madrid for a week. I was sightseeing and partying. I love the metro in Madrid and how close the apartment was - Huge and very bright apartment in the great location! Close to stores and restaurants. I liked extra towels in the bathroom and very cozy and dark bedroom. Really amazing apartment! Missing blanket. It was cold in January and extra blanket for the sofa is necessary. Missing simple products in the kitchen. No salt, sugar or even tea. Which is usually in every rented apartment that I have been. TV had broken speakers, they worked but the sound was weird (not clear).

• Luciana Lelia (4/5): - Departamento agradable y bien ubicado. El agua caliente sólo alcanza para una ducha de 10 minutos, luego se acaba hasta el día siguiente. Un hombre entró sin autorización cuando yo estaba descansando, dijo que venía a resolver el problema del agua pero no sabía donde estaba el calefón o termo tanque, sólo recorrío el departamento y se fue. Quedé con mucho miedo por encontrarme un hombre desconocido cuando estaba acostada.
• Casio (10/5): - Todo muy bien Estaba roto el sofá cama Aunque avisé y quisieron ir a verlo y yo no dejé por estar fuera del apartamento Creo que antes de entrar a la habitación ewben revisar que este todo correcto porque nosotros llegamos a las 15 horas y cuando fuimos a dormir a las 13 de la noche fue que nos dimos cuenta de esto

• Sol (7/5): Мадрид - Расположение апар аменов очень хорошее. Всё рядом. 1.Мы получили 2 ссылки на электронные ключи. Но дверей было 3! Т е первая дверь без эл ключа. 2. Напротив ( 3 метра от окна) ведутся отделочные работы. Шум. Изоляция в апартаментах плоха.. слышно соседей . 3. Диван в зале сломан. Спать не возможно. 4. Двери в кухню. Это просто опасно! Если с ребёнком, то можно возможны травмы. 5. Душ. Почему нет ручного душа?? Очень неудобно. 6. Если это апартаменты то не плохо положить соль,перец и пару капсул кофе для кофе машины.
• Marcos (7/5): Apartamento bien ubicado pero falta reformar. - La ubicación y la habitación de matrimonio. Sofá cama muy incómodo, te clavas los muelles y la parte de los pies queda levantada, el grifo de la cocina estaba roto, el televisor se escuchaba mal. Muy pocos utensilios de cocina, poco espacio en los armarios. Muy buena ubicación pero faltaria una reforma.

• JOSE CAMBA (1/5): Estancia desagradable - buena ubicacion El apto estaba en malas condiciones, huecos en el piso, losas quebradas, lampara rota, porta papel sanitario roto, la ducha se llenaba de agua y se desbordaba, olor a lugar cerrado por mucho tiempo, la estancia fue desagradable, estoy muy disgustado, solo dormi dos noches!!!!

• Ruth Elena (5/5): Bien, sin mas. - la ubicacion está bien, el barrio es tranquilo y cerca del prado. EL trato con los que llevan las reservas y atención al cliente no fue del todo lo que esperaba.

• Maria José (7/5): - Ubicación. Acceso . Estaba sucio, había pelos en la.ducha y en las sábanas. El agua de la.ducha se salía fuera. El colchón del sofá cama, te clavas los muelles. Lámpara rota salón. No hay aire acondicionado, y el aire portátil del dormitorio ni a 18° enfriaba.
• Steve (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!?! - Location was ok DO NOT STAY HERE! They expect two people to share a single pillow! I asked for another and they said this was all there was! Such a terrible night's sleep. There were MANY sharp broken floor tiles. The glass sink in the bathroom had MULTIPLE razor sharp chips all along its edge and I almost cut my hand open. The TV has broken speakers and the sound is so distorted it is unusable. I wish I could rate this as ZERO stars. Not worth the money and one of the worst places I have stayed in

• Marco (5/5): Quite low ratio comfort-price - Located in a very good position, a few steps from line 1 of metro, easy to get to Atocha station and to the center. We had to ask for more deep cleaning after our arrival: we found hairs inside the bed and on the floors. Conditioned air was old, very noisy and too weak, basically unusable, so the apartment was quite hot. Opening the window, who sleeps in the sofa-bed hears the noises of the street. Furthermore, the sofa bed is uncomfortable. In the kitchen no tea spoons and no cloths. Quite low ratio comfort-price.
• Ioannis (8/5): Recommend it definetely for families but for the price we stayed which is below the normal prize. - The property is in a perfect place with the metro station nearby and also you could walk form there in many attractions, let alone the restaurants and shops nearby. The area is safe and quite, the building is old but clean and has an indoor parking if you have a car. The appartment is spatious, quiet and clean, the bathroom is nice and the wifi worked very well. The guys on the phone in the company are very helpful as well and speak good english. There is no heating in the bathroom, and the heating in the apaprtment is produced by only 2 portable radiators as the air conditiong doesnt work.
