• Маринчева (10/5): Toni Marincheva - Домакинът беше изключително любезен. Хотела е на топ локация, близо е до метро, ресторанти и пазари. Разполагат и със страхотна тераса от, която се откриват невероятни гледки. Препоръчваме с две ръце и със сигурност ще посетим отново.

Отдельная благодарность хозяину — невероятно внимательный и отзывчивый человек. Главное преимущество — идеальное расположение, благодаря которому отдых в Стамбуле стал ещё лучше.
• Svetlana (10/5): Стамбул прекрасен! - Номер просторный. Есть кондиционер, холодильник. Хороший матрас, чистое бельё. Отличное расположение. В 5-ти минутах от станции метро Halic. Удобно добираться на метро до аэропорта и порта Еникапы. Специально выбирала отель недалеко от причалов. До причалов 10 минут. Стамбул прекрасен!

• Sanim (5/5): - Расположение было отличное. Нам писали за два дня. И раньше запустили в комнату. Это оказался очень маленький апарт отель. Мы бронировали на троих, места в комнате практически не было. Было холодно, просьба починить кондиционер, либо уладить проблему была проигнорирована. Спинка кровати была сломана, и между кроватью и спинкой на полу была ужасная пыль. На утро обнаружила укусы насекомых на руке. В ванной также было холодно и грязно. Было дождливо. И весь подоконник и пол были мокрыми.
• Hamed (1/5): - Sehr schlechter Aufenthalt. Kein Service, keine Sauberkeit – in 5 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt, Müll nicht entsorgt und Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Wir erhalten nicht unsere gebuchte zimmer, und Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (verstopte, Bad nach 2 Minuten Dusche komplette WC unter Wasser,). Von der Decke tropfte schmutziges Regenwasser, wodurch auch die Handtücher verschmutzt wurden. Am Anfang war der Mann nett, aber am Ende hat er sich genau darüber beschwert – das finde ich sehr frech.

• Askar (2/5): - Только расположение Мы заселились 13.11.2025. Ночью было довольно прохладно, но отопления не было. Кондиционер работал с перебоями. В ванной комнате холодно. На след.день заселились ещё в другие номера и только потом наши радиаторы потеплели.

• Carlos Eduardo (9/5): Um excelente investimento na hospedagem, para quem quer conforto e proximidade para turismo. - O proprietário é muito simpático, estava à nossa espera e nos convidou para um chá numa casa de chá que fica ao lado, frequentada por moradores do bairro. Muito gentil realmente. A localização é super boa, próxima de todas as principais atrações turísticas de Istanbul. Foi possível conhecer o mercado egípcio, Grand Bazaar, Santa Sophia, Mesquita Azul, caminhando.

He wanted to take me to another hotel and then bring me back to his room. This isn't a hotel; it's a collection of apartments with terrible rooms. Everything in the photos is a lie. The room I requested turned into a balcony. I don't recommend it. I wanted to cancel my reservation, but he forced me to pay 2000 Turkish Lira for the free online check-in, otherwise I would have to pay the full amount, which would cost me 262 Euros. He also threatened me. I was exhausted from traveling and arrived in the middle of the night. I went to look for another hotel and paid an exorbitant amount for a late-night stay. I didn't feel safe there. I absolutely do not recommend it.

• Alena (2/5): - Stаff nice, next to embankment I stayed in a hotel in Istanbul and was very disappointed with my experience. The room was extremely dirty and did not match the photos shown online at all. Everything looked very old and poorly maintained. There was a strong smell of mould both in the bathroom and in the room. In addition, the neighbours were very noisy and were shouting after 2 a.m., which made it impossible to rest.

• Ilhami (3/5): Tolle Lage aber runtergekommen - Die Lage, sonst war es eher heruntergekommen Die sanitären Anlagen waren nicht sauber. Die Toilette war so klein, dass man kaum drauf gepasst hat. Die Dusche war verschimmelt und generell hat das einen sehr heruntergekommen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Fotos entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Nur die Lage ist gut der Rest ist einfach nur schlecht. Keine Empfehlung!

• Andrzej (7/5): Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany, jako że w pobliżu znajduje się bardzo dużo atrakcji. - Pokój duży z bardzo wygodnym dużym łóżkiem oraz lodówką i telewizorem. Łazienka mała, ale OK. Bardzo miła obsługa, przyjaźnie nastawiona do turystów i szybko reagująca na zgłoszone uwagi. Zbyt głośne drzwi wejściowe (stalowe) , oraz schody bo mają wąskie stopnie -- ale to w Stambule prawie norma.

• Aida (5/5): - Расположен в хорошеп районе, цена тоже норм для без завтрака. Отель -апартамент оказывается, и лифта нет имейте ввиду. Сказали что в букинге все написано. Но я не нашла. Еще номер с видом на Босфор только 1,на 2х. Еще только на самом вверхнем этаже. Бронировали 2 номера, у обоих не работает душ, вода накопливается. Крч больше не буду бронировать в этот отель🥲

• E.Y (7/5): - Le personnel à l'écoute, ils ont répondu à nos demande. Il nous ont mis a disposition un lit bébé. L'ensemble était propre. Un appartement très proche du métro. Les autres voisins de pallier peuvent être assez bruyants quand ils entrent et sortent de l'hôtel à des heures tardives 3h, 4h du matin, ça peut vous réveiller surtout si vous avez un enfant/bébé.

• Astrid (9/5): - Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Galataturm, die Unterkunft lag praktisch neben dem Markt, in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs, der Tram und beim Meer. Man kann um die Ecke traditionell frühstücken und zu Mittag essen. Der Vermieter ist sehr liebenswürdig und in jeder Hinsicht hilfreich. Er hat uns z.B. einen super Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert.

• Milena (9/5): - Отличный выбор для комфортного отдыха! Останавливались в отеле на 10 дней и остались, в целом, довольны. Отель приятно удивил своим уютом и домашней атмосферой. Очень радовал вид из окна на Босфор и Галатскую башню! Встретили нас радушно, все подробно рассказали и показали. Номера простые и аккуратные, оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания, кроме утюга/отпаривателя - он один на всех и кочует по номерам. Не сказать что это проблема, но лично мне больше нравится, когда есть отдельная комната, в которой можно спокойно погладить вещи, либо утюг+гладильная доска в номере, либо услуга глажки. Расположение отеля очень удобное – близко метро/трамвай/автобусная остановка/причал, рядом много интересных мест. В пешей доступности находятся магазины и кафе, что делает пребывание максимально комфортным. Цена полностью соответствует качеству предоставляемых услуг. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортное и недорогое проживание в спокойной атмосфере! P.s: людям с заболеваниями опорно-двигательного аппарата стоит учитывать, что в отеле довольно крутая лестница по которой неизбежно придётся подниматься! Крутая лестница, отсутствие гладильной доски.
• Arkadii (10/5): Бюджетно, комфортно, душевно! - Это небольшой, камерный я б сказал бутик-отель, прям как я люблю. Предпочитаю именно отели такого типа, путешествуя по всему миру, разным большим сетевым типа Ibis и иже с ними! Потому что на опыте как раз в таких отелях сервис лучше, уютнее, клиентоориентированнее, домашнее и тд. Тут тоже не прогадал. Прекрасное расположение вблизи метро, трамвая и паромов - выбирай любой общественный транспорт по душе! Вид на "Золотой Рог" и мосты (не все номера с видом естественно). В тоже время в гуще исторического центра - рядом Египетский базар, да и Гранд базар недалеко, римский акведук, мечети. По еде тоже все очень хорошо - кафе, ресторанчики, стритфуд, столовая и тд. Радушный хозяин! Напоил чаем, закружил в лучших турецких традициях, был все время на связи! Прилично общается на русском (некоторым это огромный плюс). Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества на мой взгляд. Поэтому ставлю высокую оценку, хотя понятно что не Four Seasons и не Хаятт. Если вам надо лежать в огромной ванне с лепестками роз, попивая Cristal, то вам конечно не сюда! Умножайте цену на десятки и "ехайте" в номера с консьержами и чаевыми по стоимости больше, чем проживание здесь за сутки. А тут одна винтовая лестница на последний этаж чего только стоит (людям преклонного возраста, беременным, вечно пьяным и гражданам с шалящим вестибулярным аппаратом не рекомендую)! Остался очень доволен. Когда поеду в Стамбул еще раз, поеду туда же. Не то что бы не понравилось, но надо знать. Немного тупил wifi при видео звонках домой в Россию. Чуть тесноват санузел. Хотя комната очень просторная, кровать - шик, есть балкончик!

• Peter (5/5): - The balcony and a comfortable bed. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor, accessed by a steep set of steel circular stairs. Not ideal for young or unsteady people Room was basic, bathroom was miniscule. A large build of visitor would not manage at all.
• Ece (10/5): Perfect location, clean and comfy rooms, great Wi-Fi, and exceptional service from Mr. Fuat. - Excellent location – close to metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore everything from Istanbul and its major attractions. Some sights like the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and Hagia Sophia are even within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the internet is top – a solid 10!
• Margarita (3/5): Poor - The location. We were given a different room than the one we had booked. When I showed the hotel staff our reservation and the specific room we had reserved, they initially denied any discrepancy and insisted that we had booked the room we were given. Upon further insistence and presentation of the reservation details, they began to make excuses, claiming that the room we originally booked was unavailable due to plumbing issues. Furthermore, during the reservation process, it was clearly stated that the hotel provided free parking. To confirm this, I also contacted the hotel owner directly in advance, and he assured me that parking was indeed available. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that there was no designated hotel parking. When I asked the owner why we were told there was parking, he denied ever providing such information and stated that the hotel had no parking facilities. Ultimately, we were forced to park in the space directly in front of the hotel, for which the owner demanded an additional 60 euros—20 euros per day. I informed him that none of these charges or conditions had been mentioned in the listing, but we paid the amount nonetheless. When I requested a receipt for the payment, I was told that they could not provide one unless I paid extra charges to cover the receipt issuance. This experience was deeply disappointing and misleading. The information provided before our stay was inaccurate, and the handling of the situation lacked professionalism and transparency.
• Dubinitskaya (10/5): Best location ♥️ - I have been to Istanbul six times and Anka is the best hotel I have ever been to. Very convenient location, safe place, amazing view, big rooms. And the best hotel owner. Now we will only stay there. I recommend it to everyone! And the prices are very nice, you won't find better ♥️♥️♥️♥️🥳🥳🥳🥳🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
