- Nathan Golding (6/5): - The size of the apartment is big The apartment didn't look anything like the photos. People had been smoking inside previously so there was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the apartment.
- Van (8/5): Good Location - Nice Host - Convenient location. Right across from SC Vivo City Mall which has a lot of good restaurants, pastries and coffee shops, and a big Aeon Market inside. We booked and paid for a noncancellable deluxe non-smoking 3-bedroom apartment for five days but when we checked in, we were placed into a smoking 2-1/2 bedroom apartment which was converted from a former business office. However, after we expressed our concerns and dissent, the host quickly resolved the problem by moving us to a different apartment similar to what we booked on the following day. The second apartment was very nice and decent.
- paul (1/5): NOT GOOD TERIBLE HOSTS - Firstly, there was no reception it's a flat in a block of flats not a hotel no room service no 24hr reception. We asked the security guard when we arrived to help, and he hold us to leave as it was against the law there for anyone to rent out any of the apartments for private use. So, we were stuck with nowhere to turn until eventually we got hold of the person renting us the apartment from booking.com on the phone and they told us that because we were early and there was no check in before 2pm that there was nowhere to store our luggage until 2pm. But after explaining that I had emailed several times to inform them that we would be arriving early and would they be able to store our luggage and told yes, the person on the phone although rude arranged for someone to come and collect our luggage and us and take us to this rotten hotel down the road to drop off our luggage and then return us back to the apartment block but we ended up having to get a taxi from the rotten hotel as there car broke down, then every time we went out of the apartment or got in the lift we would get funny looks and told we shouldn't be there and that it was against the law for us to be staying there and that the apartment block was built for low income family's only NOT for Airbnb or any other rentals. Also, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds ive ever slept in you felt nothing but the springs. The kitchen had no utensils to use not even coffee cups. Most of what they say in the description is a load of rubbish even most of the photos don't relate to the accommodation on offer here i really think Booking.com should remove the company from there site even the reviews on booking.com don't make sense as most of what people mention in the reviews doesn't exist. Seriously think twice before booking this place..............

Also there was markets down the road that the locals go to and to get back to the centre of how you taxis were around 75,000 to 100,000 and it wasn’t busy where we were basically where the people I found it safe one thing I did find breakfast was a little bit same old same old but they did their best because we did have a three bedroom apartment and then a two bedroom apartment and they had to deliver lovely lot of eating places around swimming pool Massage down the road and other The shower the floor kept filling up the water then take his time to drain away

No hot water for shower, not that you need it anyway. Air con in living room could be bigger size. Overall good, clean, safe and quiet place to stay for days.

Halv pris på færdigretter fra kl.20 i kælderen. Mange venlige Koreanske beboere. Rimeligt træningscenter og yoga studie. Hospital som nabo, ingen støj.

Location is amazing. While the complex is fully gated and every facility is secured, there is plenty of space for kids to run around and spread out. Restaurants and supermarkets within 2 minutes walk and a big mall less than 10 minutes walk away with proper traffic lights for pedestrians crossing. Nothing

We stayed here for 4 days and 1 more day on the return from phuquoc. Very helpful staff especially Geshwin was always ready to help anytime! We will definitely stay longer duration on our next holiday! Thanks a lot Nothing to complain. Everything was amazing! Loved it

- Maxine (1/5): Bad - The 2 female staff members that served us when we arrived. They were helpful and friendly. The room cleaning lady was awesome. The fact that the room was cancelled on the day of our arrival. We turned up anyway and was found a room! it wasn't what we paid for and facilities were not met. Breakfast was never met with a welcoming service, Language barriers were complicated, Food wasn't great. Pool staff, rude, not at all friendly, if you want to be a prisoner, this is definitely the place to be. My hubby was met by 2 threatening bullies, with batons at the ready, because he bought a beer to the pool. There were no signs to say otherwise, and he put his chair in the sun. Please see photo. WARNING- Babies do not wear swimming pants here either. We would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get yourself arrested. Whistle gets blown every few minutes if you cross the line with your shoes on, I have never experienced anything like it and have travelled the world. Not a family-friendly place, and I wouldn't advise a group of mates either. Perhaps singles and couples.

- Kristina (1/5): Average - The people were friendly Nice people but this service needs work. I am a property manager so I expect at least cleanliness and regular maintenance to be completed. Firstly place needs a deep clean, an upgrade and a clean between guests done. The tiles on a balcony are loose making it scary to walk out on, the washing machine hose leaks as it’s clearly broken, the kitchen is not well stocked no mugs and cupboards have black marks all over them. No pool pass or info given on that. Also security (pool police) are not nice when you just want to go for a swim to cool off that’s meant to be included so make sure you ask for a pass as they even tell off little kids trying to grab them out the water - they had not replied through WhatsApp on this matter either only once we had left. The room was not the one in the photos and were glad to be leaving after 2 nights didn’t even try the breakfast

Aeon mall is a 5 minute walk and has a great food selection in the basement supermarket where you can sit in and eat or takeaway to reheat at home. Bakery is discounted from 9-10pm so worth nipping in to pick up pastries for the next morning if you are passing at the right time. Was not told that we needed a pass for the pool and we weren’t given one. In fact, wasn’t given any information on checking in, only knew about breakfast because we queried it. When we asked for a pool pass it wasn’t available and the pool sergeants (literally whistling at everyone for anything, even witnessed them whistling at a 3/4 year old child having a meltdown because she was over the line with crocs on) would not accept the temp pass provided by the landlord. We waited by the pool, on a sun-bed next to the pool “sergeants” desk but landlords staff claimed they couldn’t find us by the pool - it’s not that big and we were watching the whole time, nobody was looking around and nobody approached the desk, it was a lie so the host didn’t look bad as messages were visible to booking.com. Kids left disappointed as they weren’t allowed in. Kids splash park only on for a few hours each day. Breakfast options limited to the point we didn’t bother, went to aeon mall bakery instead. Toiletries appeared to be what previous guests had left - used toothpaste, body wash in one shower, conditioner in the other. Luckily we always bring our own.
- Katy (8/5): An enjoyable 3 days. - The location was great, although in District 7 (which we chose) it is right across the road from Central Mall. Pool was lovely although you need to be advised about the pool pass as no pass no entry. We booked the Penthouse but that was not available on arrival due to supposed damage by previous guests. We were given a 3 bedroom apartment instead which looked older and more basic than the penthouse photos. As we were on the 18th floor we had people above us so there was constant noise at all hours which was disturbing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable great air conditioning. Bathrooms have a little damage/wear from mould but is to be expected from this climate. Pool closes at 8pm has life guards. Not too deep. Good coffee etc near pool Would stay again. With 2 star reviews, we didn't think.it would be this good. Check in was a little weird... no front desk staff after hours we instead went to a restaurant also did free cooked breakfast. Delicious! Eggs, pho, rice No tea and coffee facilities (no problem with shop close by)

- Hsn (9/5): Superb - It is value for money and close to a mall, which is easy for our stay. You can comminicate with host via many platforms. Just be sure to check their phone number and stuff. If anything happens, you can ask them to help. It is a private own apartment, so you need to contact via whatsapp or something if you need anything or things do not work. They come fast though, so that is not a big deal.

- Valentin (10/5): Great place. Great people - Great staff, especially Bao and the owner. Bao was really helpful every time I needed. The location is a must if you are for the fair. It's just 5 minutes walk from the venue, so you need no transportation. The owner is great, and along with his staff men, Bao, they both are great hosts. Great pool and all the other comune areas. Very clean and kitchen with basic utensils, a big knife would be a plus. A big yes to this place in every aspect.
