• Anne (7/5): Front door lock not acceptable - We loved the location and communal spaces. We were three couples and had lots of personal space. On entering the property there is a real wow factor. However, one soon realises that there are a number of things that are old and need replacing ie: umbrella on the terrace and blind in main bedroom. We had a number of issues with this property. The two bedrooms on 1st floor are really small with no space around the beds. As there is a central glass ventilating courtyard every bedroom and bathroom light shines out to other bedrooms. We were without the dishwasher for the week. I realise this was due to island living and difficulty with spare parts but would not have booked a house without a dishwasher. Our biggest problem was the front door lock. It is totally corroded from sea water and is impossible to turn the key sometimes. All six of us adults found this very distressing. There was a problem with hot water during our entire stay. The showers were lukewarm in the two lower bedrooms. We boiled a kettle for washing up as the kitchen water never heated properly.

The host was very responsive answering my questions leading up to the trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. The mall was nearby & the beach was just down the street. There was literally nothing we didn't like about this place.

Nos encantó lo espacioso de todas las estancias, la terraza en el ático y todos los detalles pensados para que no te faltase de nada. Además de la amabilidad del anfitrión disponible en todo momento. Y nos dejaron salir un poco mas tarde el último día porque teníamos el avión por la tarde. No hubo nada que no me gustase.

As a family of five who has visited Las Palmas seven times, we can confidently say this is by far the best accommodation we’ve experienced. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and offers exceptional privacy—making it ideal for both families and groups seeking comfort and style. The architecture and interior design are stunning, with thoughtful details throughout. From now on, this will be our only choice when visiting Las Palmas. It’s a must-stay for anyone who wants to be close to the beach, appreciates great design, and refuses to compromise on quality. A major bonus is the private garage—an absolute lifesaver in a city where parking can be both difficult and expensive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. The service was excellent, and we wholeheartedly give this amazing place our highest recommendation.

• Iliyana (10/5): Perfect place to stay even for longer period (teleworking for example). I highly recommend it . - This is a big modern house with enough space for 8 to10 people. Perfectly designed! Clean, very well furnished. In the kitchen we had all necessary appliances and utensils. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and with an exceptional design. The roof terrace is also great, with place for barbecue and for relax. There is an elevator from the ground floor to the roof terrace. Close to the sopping center and the promenade. Just perfect!

For our group of six, it offered the perfect balance of privacy and great communal spaces—from the living room and kitchen to the stunning terrace. The location was exactly what we needed—right by the beach, with bars and surf schools nearby, yet away from the overly touristy crowds. It’s in a relaxed area but still conveniently close to the Los Arenas shopping mall, which we visited almost daily. The private parking was another huge plus. A massive thank you to Kristina for being an outstanding host. She ensured everything was perfect for our stay, checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and was always kind, respectful, and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again!

It was beautifully decorated and well thought through the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We will for sure stay there again on our next time back to the islands! weather was not great this June felt like March in Gran Canarias very over cast

We all had a super comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The host Kristina was also so incredibly nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back! Nothing, we really loved it all. Maybe a few more plates, cups and cutleries would have been nice to have.
