- Muhammed (2/5): - Odalar kirli, klima çalışmıyor. Resepsiyondan 3 defa ekstra örtü battaniye istedik. 3 saat sonra incecik örtüler getirdiler. Kahvaltı çok yavan. Gece boyu üşüyüp, sabah aç kalkıp gözümüzü hastanede açtık. Tatilimiz berbat oldu. Odaların ses yalıtımı berbat, tüm otelin sesleri odanın içinde duyuluyor. Daha kötü bir otelde kaldığımızı hatırlamıyorum.

- Olcayto ilker (4/5): Kötü bir deneyim - Personel ile ilgili bir sıkıntı bulunmuyor ancak otel yapılırken duvarları çok ince yapmışlar bütün kataki odaların sesleri gece boyu odanızda. Ayrıca tuvaletler kanalizasyon kokuyor sürekli içeri kötü koku basıyor. Yataklar çok rahatsız, fotoğraflarda 3 yatak var gösteriliyor ama ikili yatak ve koltuk var. Bir kişi mecburen daha da rahatsız koltukta yatıyor. O dereceki 2 gece konakladık ve çocuk 2 gece uyuyamadı. Alt katta güzel bir restaurantları var ama sitede gösterilen fiyattan başka fiyatlarla hizmet veriyorlar ve gerçekten pahalı. Temizlik konusunda hiç sıkıntı yok, mobilyalar ve tasarım çok güncel ve güzel.

- Jennifer (6/5): Nothing special. - No help was offered with our luggage until we went to find our room. Parking was round the back of the hotel and Migros shopping centre. Car fender got scuffed while in this carpark overnight, so not impressed. Self service breakfasts at the restaurant in front of the hotel were okay. We also had evening meals there.
- Erhan (6/5): - Otel yeni yapılmış, herşey yeni ama işletme düzensiz ve kötü. Giriş yapıp odamıza çıktığımızda, dolaptaki eşyaları ve dağınıklığı görünce başkasına ait olduğunu farkettik. Başka boş oda olmayınca aile odası verildi. Ama buzdolabında çürümüş et kokusu vardı, banyo zeminindeki ayak havlusunun ve odadaki duş havlusunun konumundan da banyonun kullanıldığı ve odanın temizlenmediği belliydi. Hatta banyo çekmecesinde bazı eşantiyon ürünler paketinden çıkartılmış ve dağınıktı. Odanın kapısının içerden kilitlenmiyor olması da bence uygun değil. Saat geç olduğundan ve arabam arıza yaptığı için mecbur kalarak konaklama yaptık.
- Luba (4/5): - Das einzig Positive war die Größe und moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer – geräumig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Alles andere entsprach nicht dem Standard, den europäische Touristen erwarten dürfen. Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück: sehr schlicht, mit kaum Auswahl. Kaffee ist nicht inklusive und muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden – einzig kostenloses Getränk war türkischer Tee und eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Der auf Bildern gezeigte Strand gehört nicht zum Hotel. Es gibt keinen eigenen Zugang und auch keinen Transfer zum öffentlichen Strand. Das ist irreführend, wenn man sich auf die Fotos verlässt. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man Wert auf Transparenz, Service und ein gutes Frühstück legt.

Ancak girişte plajın henüz açılmadığını söylediler ve beni çok kalabalık ve kirli bir halk plajına yönlendirdiler. Daha sonra anlaşmalı oldukları başka bir plaja yürüyerek 20 dakikada ulaşabileceğimi söylediler, ama bir saatten fazla yürüdüm ve bulamadım, geri dönmek zorunda kaldım. İlk günüm boşa gitti. Sadece şikayet ettikten sonra ikinci gün arabayla götürdüler. Ayrıca oda telefonum hiç çalışmıyordu, bu yüzden resepsiyona ulaşmam mümkün olmadı. Oda temizdi ve personel ilgiliydi, ancak rezervasyon yapmamdaki asıl sebep olan plaj deneyimini yaşayamadım

I had booked for my family but unfortunately could not go and the hotel was so considerate and allowed me to change the names on the booking without a charge! All of the hotel staff were amazing! - Mel (10/5): - I stayed here with my 2 teenage kids and felt safe. The room are very spacious and clean. Water, tea, kettle and fridge is provided in the rooms. There’s a nice restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel for meals and breakfast. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel with buses taking you to Terra city and Mark Antalya shopping malls. All in all a pleasent stay for our family.
- Muhammad (8/5): Comfortable stay - The hotel is very conveniently located and is family run. The family were very nice. It was a lovely, relatively new hotel. Lots of little extras. Clean, organised lovely double family rooms with balcony. We would definitely stay again. The only minuses were that there was a terrible smell coming from drains. Rooms were not cleaned when we asked for them to be done and the disabled lift was always out of order. My young daughter had torn her ligaments on holiday so was in a wheelchair and the other lift had a step. Only downside but well worth visiting.

Denizden geldigimizde sıcak su almıyordu, vanası kapatılmış dusakabinin içinde onu açtığımızda tekrar sıcak sulu geldi onun dışında bir problem yaşamadık herhangi bir ihtiyacta yardımcı oluyorlar 5 yıldızlı oteli aratmıyor cinsten diyebiliriz. Tekrar Antalya'ya geleceğimde burayı tercih edeceğim.

- Fikret (10/5): - Ein sehr gutes Hotel, am Anfang hatte ich kein gutes Gefühl doch dies erwies sich nicht zutreffend. Im Endeffekt Preis und Leistung stimmen. Das grosse Zimmer war sehr gut Klimatisiert hat das neben Zimmer mit gekühlt. Bei 42 Grad Aussentemperatur. Das Angeboten Frühstück war bestens ausgestattet. Das Personal war recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt.Die Reinigungskraft war sehr professionell, so das Sie niemand stört. Das dazugehörige Restaurant eine sehr breite Karte für alle geschmeckt gut ausgelegt. Die Preise liegen leider wie in der ganzen Türkei sehr hoch. Ich hoffe auf eine Besserung.
