• Gioele (10/5): - Camera ottimo. La signora è stata molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente.
• nadiav (10/5): - E' un piccolo appartamento dotato veramente di TUTTO il necessario. Anche in bagno c'era di tutto, così come nell'angolo cucina (con microonde e macchinetta del caffè!!). L'ambiente era molto pulito e la proprietaria super simpatica, gentile e disponibile. La struttura è a una decina di minuti a piedi di distanza dalla metro Marconi e a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus 30. In zona (trafficata ma molto tranquilla) è presente anche un supermercato.
• Brigida (10/5): - Soggiorno perfetto! La stanza è arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio, la pulizia è impeccabile e l’atmosfera molto accogliente. Luisa è stata un’host attenta e gentilissima.
• Daniele Cesare (7/5): - Stanza piccola ma Funzionale con in piccolo tutto il necessario dentro compreso un piccolo angolo per cucinare, letto matrimoniale confortevole, guardaroba a vista e piccolo bagno con doccia moderna e water con doccino al posto del bidet.. aria condizionata caldo/freddo e termosifone .. inoltre l’host è molto gentile e disponibile .. posizione non proprio centrale molto tranquilla a circa 250 mt dalla comoda fermata “Marconi” della linea B della metropolitana.. vicinissimo a supermercato Carrefour aperto h24 .. in due siamo stati bene Niente di negativo da segnalare
• Graziella (10/5): - L' organizzazione nella stanza, completa di tutto ciò che può servire....la gentilezza e disponibilità di Luisa, eccellente .....la vicinanza con Carrefour H24 e il Mattarello ristorante pizzeria...la fermata dell' autobus a due passi....tutto perfetto...
• Yuliya (10/5): Top - La signora Luisa ci ha accolto con il suo splendido sorriso, stanza super accogliente con tutte le necessità di cui uno ha bisogno, pulizia top e zona super tranquilla con area videosorvegliata. Letto e cuscini super comodi, consigliatissimo! Sicuramente ci torneremo.

• Giovanni (10/5): - L’ambiente è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con spazi puliti. Luisa è gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. La posizione è ottima, facilmente raggiungibile e comoda per visitare i dintorni.

• Leanna (10/5): Excellent host who made us feel so welcome in Rome! - Luisa is a fantastic host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. She is extremely responsive to messages and was always on hand to chat or give recommendations. The studio is extremely clean, well-equipped and comfortable - fantastic for the reasonable price! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Luisa’s as the place to stay in Rome. The room is slightly further outside of the city centre - however it is easily accessible by bus (with a stop only 5 minutes walk away). Certainly worth the distance for the reasonable price paid.

• Oana-gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed for 3 nights at Stanza del Principe and it was great. The location is near the bus and the subway stations so even if it’s not near the center you can easily get there. The property had everything and the bed is super comfy. We would like to thank Luisa for everything because she was a great host and helped us with everything. We will come back for sure! Nothing, everything was great
• Tansu (10/5): Perfect, cosy, compact, comfortable, positive atmosphere - The property was clearly newly renovated and kept very clean and tidy! There was everything imaginable you would need, in fact, Luisa also left out ample snacks and extra things such as guides, a totebag, a charger, loads of small details that shows her and the property going above and beyond. I felt like I was at home, truly! 5/5 would definitely recommend and I will be booking again for my next trip! Also already recommended to friends and colleagues who want to visit Rome :) Everything was perfect
