- GARRY (8/5): For a short overnight stay, this satisfied me needs. comfy clean bed a shower and good parking - The location was great, walking distance to entertainment centre south bank. Close to cafe/restaurants, and short walk to bus terminal. The parking was excellant, secure and roomy.

- Steven (8/5): Great stay and location very handy. - Accommodation was great, great spot handy to everything, especially in walking distance. only couple small things, it was ashame that small refrigerator allocated to room was not working and having the day it was unfortunate that the television in the room was very fuzzy and unclear to see, hard to watch.
- Petal (8/5): -
- Michael (1/5): Horrible - The property turned out to be a co- share, along with permanent resident who had some sort of accommodation on the balcony. This was not advertised. We were told where to park and returned to find a notification to move our car. The quoted price in add was $179 and we were charged $199. The whole experience was awful and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. You should check that your advertising is correct. Photos bore no resemblance to accom.
- Daniel (7/5): - Easy location Nothing
- Terry (3/5): Dump - Not much Carpet were worn
The apartment building was run down carpets were worn and patched
The main balcony was locked and unusable
Power to fridge and wall sockets blew so no power to charge anything
Padlocks on almost every cupboard
Furniture was old and worn
Money needs to be spent on this property as it’s a long long way from beautiful rooms
I certainly won’t book again at any price
- Greg (1/5): Not even one star very poor - Location only Balcony stank of smoke no top sheet dark and dingy bathroom terrible not ever backpacker standard

- Amelia (5/5): Location great, however room amd bathroom arrangements questionable - Location and free parking It was advertised as 'deluxe' room in an apartment. There are shared facilities but room is private and lockable. However our room used the main bathroom up a short hallway. Another couple, complete strangers access the hallway to access their room which is a master with ensuite. We were not sure and thought they might be using the main bathroom? Strange set up and for the price, did not expect this sort of thing. Would not book again based on this. The aircon did not appear to work properly at night. Was only for 1 night.
- Nigel (10/5): Clean, comfortable and top location! - Yen is a very gracious host. She allowed us to check-in early and showed us where to park and then walked us to to the apartment and showed us the facilities, all of which were excellent. When we booked we did not know that this is a room in a shared apartment. Regardless of this, our neighbours were quiet and respectful. So, no dramas.

- Jane (9/5): - Good location. Efficient check in. All good.

- Rebecca (1/5): Misleading accommodation that is definitely not DELUXE. - That it was close to QPAC. That it was advertised deceptively, not clear that it was one of two rooms in a private apartment. It was very dirty, no top sheet on bed. Stains on pillow cases and bedspread. There was a jug and toaster but no plates, cutlery or cups. Toilet flusher kept getting stuck and it was hard to make the water stop running into it. In the morning we could hear water dripping and it was the ducted air conditioning dripping water onto the carpet right beside the bed, there was a considerable amount of water. For $250 it was a complete rip-off. Very disappointed. It was brought to our attention that it was actually unsafe if not illegal to have people pay to stay in a private apartment as it is a fire risk because it would be unknown how many people were actually booked in for evacuation purposes if there was a fire.
Very disappointed.

- Andrew (3/5): Noisy split accommodation with shared bathroom. - Nothing Access. Nearly false advert. No deluxe about it
- Declan (1/5): Poor -

- Kim (10/5): -
- Bradley (7/5): Pleasant - Location, staff and price Dated interior and little issues like the doors not closing properly. There is also a strange smell throughout the whole building. One key is ridiculous too.
- Esau (9/5): - Very accommodating owner, have your own washer and dryer in the apartment which is very handy, secure car park, cheap accommodation, very good location A bit tired. Could do with new carpet and furnishings.
- Alan (8/5): Great service -
- Beverley (8/5): -
- Monique (1/5): Sketchy, dirty spare room not apartment - Location ONLY Basically a room within an apartment, smelt of cigarette, filthy dirty walls, carpets. No fan, aircon was controlled by the main part of the apartment that the “room” was connected to. Summer would have been a nightmare. Felt very sketchy and unsafe. Ended up booking another room and left the car in the secured carport being so late notice. There was random kittens and cats in the hallways as well. Very sketchy and odd place. Nothing like the advertisement.
- George (2/5): There is no way in the world we would book this apartment again in the future. - The location and car accommodation was the only reason we did not walk out on arrival. It would appear that this is an illegal operation operating out of a legitimate premises. The property "South Brisbane Apartments" which we were attempting to find, does not actually exist and in no way resembles the photographs on line. The carpets were disgusting, the facilities were third rate, a homemade partition separated our half of the patio from the next unit, we were forced to put up with the sound of the next door unit occupant snoring all night through the walls, the air conditioner was non operational and on Saturday morning we were forced to walk past the open bathroom and bedroom of the neighbouring unit and it's occupants to leave our unit.
- Penelope (10/5): The food smells were amazing - No breakfast People in other rooms very noisy. No fan or aircon. There needed to be a seperate toilet as other people took a long time in the bathroom. 2 different single bed mattresses pushed together.
The blonde older Australian manager was very rude. I was trying to log in to get my keys and it wasn’t working so I called the booking place and was trying to talk to the lady on the phone and the Aussie manager wouldn’t stop talking, (I had dealt with very bad traffic and an aunt who had a stroke) I asked her to please be quiet and she snapped at me and said she wasn’t dealing with me and closed and locked the doors. Eventually the owner/manager for my unit found me and got me settled

- Diane (9/5): - Handy location within walking distance to QPAC
- Guest (10/5): I didnt need the parking but the facilities provided everything i asked for. - I have never used this approach before so Yen (my host) was very helpful in guiding and communicating with me. Very grateful for his patience. Nothing to dislike. Accomodation was everything i needed. Comfortable and accessible to everything.
- Lorna (9/5): Adequate - Location great Strange room set up with little privacy from adjoining room
Tv did not work properly
Toilet was not clean
- Frederick (8/5): -
- Eric (5/5): Went to see a show, was easy to get to great location for an overnighter, but hygiene let it down. - Price and location to the exhibition center was great. Checkin process was easy and person and easy instructions. I didn't like there wasn't any flat sheet and we slept directly under a doona, which I wans't convinced these get changed every day, never stayed in a hotel without a flat sheet betten doona cover. Large stain on lounge, the bathroom shower could have been clean, just needs a good bleach clean. Customer s

- Gabriele (8/5): Very good -
- Belinda (7/5): Great location, good for a stop over - Great location, easy once knew where it was Was some old rubbish in one of the vanity draws. Rather than give street address should have given the name of the complex.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (5/5): average , good location - close to venue cleanilless , rubbish in vanity draws , overall clean was ok , doors dont lock to patio and 1 was falling off , no black tea bags , shower is very small and bathtub design , pillows are aweful , but the additonal sofa bed was ok for 1 night
- Juanita (1/5): Bad -
- Karen (9/5): Comfy apartment for me and my mother-in-law. Excellent location (close to the Mater hospital) with everything we needed. - Great location, close to lots of cafes and restaurants; walking distance to the hospital, galleries and city. The street numbers were hard to see at night, but once we found the building it was fine.

- Jacqui (7/5): Lovely helpful owner, great location! - Owner was really so lovely and helpful. Laundry facilities in building. Bath great for kids. Walking distance to Southbank. Secure parking. Coffee shop on ground floor. Fittings a bit outdated. Only 1 roomkey. Larger place has interesting decor.
- Elisha (5/5): Great location but very old and dated. Sorry. - Location is great It was dirty, needed to clean the kitchen as very dusty around the fridge. There was also hair on the bed cover and left in the bath and toilet.

- Udo (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (1/5): Bad -
- Cheryl (8/5): Very good - Position, free parking comfortable, friendly owner. Nothing
- Zac (7/5): Good - It was easily accessible, no fussing around, the directions for check in were very simple and easy to follow. The bathroom was quite small, shorter people might find it more comfortable, but for someone my height, I struggled with the shower, even adjusting it as high as it went. I felt very cramped
- Norton (9/5): Superb -
- Lynette (8/5): Very good -
- Jessica (9/5): Overall impressed . Would stay again..would love the owners details to organise long term stay - I liked the ease of booking and checking out. I was happy with the quiet place and privacy it was equipped with everything I need and even had space for my teenager and so I was pretty happy if she had of come over she would have had a cosy stay also. The apartments have put a sign up on the wall saying this is not south Brisbane apartments so it's no fault of the host but I walked around a while looking for the place not realising the mail boxes to the left and was a bit lost but happy I found the place.
- Jacqui (9/5): Superb -
- Jess (2/5): Very poor - The car parking was horrible small tight parking for a big size car .couldnt find the elevator to go up stairs no signage and to find the car park we had book in was a night mare
