• Emrah (1/5): After 1st day, we had to leave due to our old mother who could not climb up the stairs and could not stand the bad smell - Nothing. We checked out after 1 day Very narrow steep stairs. You can’t carry your suitcases up tp the bedrooms. If you are old, you can’t even climb up the stairs. It does not look like the fake photos that are shown on booking com. There is a labenize restaurant nearby. All the smell is entering to the building

Check-in öncesi bavulları bırakmamıza izin verdiler, evle ilgili her şeyi anlattılar, tüm sorularımızı yanıtladılar ve çıkış günü ücretsiz 1 saat ekstra zaman tanıdılar. Evin konumu istasyona 6-7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde 2 farklı büyük market var (tesco ve waitrose). Evin mutfağında basit şeyler yapmak için tüm gereçler bulunuyor. Evin her yerinde yeterli sayıda priz vardı. Ayrıca ısıtmanın yetersiz kalma ihtimaline karşı ekstra ısıtıcılar sağlandı ama evin ısınması ve sıcak su konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. 3 kişi kaldık ve evin büyüklüğü iyiydi. 4 kişi için bile rahat bir konaklama olur. Ev güvenli bir yerde sokak kapısında ve daire kapısında kameralar bulunuyor. Daireye girmek için 3 ayrı kilitli kapıdan geçmek gerekiyor. Yataklar çok rahatsız kesinlikle değiştirilmeli. Oturma odasındaki kanepe çok rahatsız değiştirilmeli. Evde akıllı televizyon var ama televizyon çok yavaş ilerliyor ve netflix youtube gibi uygulamalar tam çalışmıyor yani akıllı tv olarak yararlanamadık. Evdeki merdivenler bazen zorlayıcı olabiliyor, bavulları taşımak gibi.. Yatak odalarında eşya koymak için daha büyük ve yeni dolap olmalı. Mevcut olan çekmeceli dolap çok eski ve yetersiz. Eşyalarımızın bir kısmını bavulda tutmak zorunda kaldık.

• Mircea Viorel (9/5): I warmly recommend this apartment. - Very well-equipped apartment. Very good location in a quiet zone. shops and restaurants very close to the property. The communication with the host is smooth, prompt, and precise. You could provide better instructions on how to enter the apartment. It is good for guests to know that on the interior door, the bottom lock should be unlocked first, then the top one. For the guests> it is useful to know that if you need for late check-out, there is a tax of 25 UKP/hour.
• Raya (7/5): - Fans are available in each bedroom and also the living room. The location is good. Not too far away from metro station. Restaurants nearby. The ventilation in the toilet is out of the order and cannot be fixed. It’s kind of suffocating especially after a hot bath! The apartment has no air conditioner. The window binds in the small bedroom couldn’t be rolled up. It’s hard to let the fresh air into the room. And the room was really hot in the afternoon as it faces west.

• Sean (9/5): Spacious apartment in a good location - Directions to the property were clear and the property agent met us on time. The property was in a good location, with nice restaurants in the area. The property was clean and had most of the amenities that you’d expect. Nothing
• Marjorie (7/5): Good - Comfortable apartment in part of city we needed to be in. Good services nearby, area felt residential. Short walk to tube. Quiet. Communication with staff was by text except for meeting host upon arrival. That could have been fine but it felt like a bot was answering my questions. Responses not on point and sounding canned, sometimes not timely. This caused some inconvenience and delay. Not enough toilet paper or soap for 3 people and 4 nights' stay. Host showed us the washer/dryer in the apartment but when we tried to use it, there were no instructions and it's operation was not obvious to us. Only one set of keys was supplied at first, for 3 adult travelers. When we asked for another set we were asked why we needed them. Eventually a second set was provided but it was a hassle.
• Heiliki (9/5): Superb - Contact with the host was quick and easy in WhatsApp. The apartment was quiet, even on the weekend. There is one big blanket in the double bed. Better to ask in advance if you prefer blanket per person. Host was helpful to solve the issue.
