Got there a little earlier than our check in time and they allowed us into the hotel and honestly that was everything for us. Given we had been flying since the previous day. The room was aesthetically pleasing. Just perfect!! Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Totally worth every penny.

No disponen de carta de comidas para mediodía o cena, y actualmente el rooftop está cerrado para tomar o comer algo más allá del desayuno. Si puedes utilizar el jacuzzi. Nuestra habitación tenía estropeada la cortina opaca. El personal muy amable consiguió desatascarla y pudimos bajarla para dormir la primera noche. Supuestamente iban a arreglar durante nuestra estancia (es cierto que coincidió en fin de semana ), y finalmente no sucedió y tuvimos que tenerla bajada durante las 3 noches, sin poder disfrutar de las vistas.

We stayed here as a couple during our trip to Medellín. Overall, the experience was okay, but definitely not what we expected considering the price. This was far from the cheapest good option available, but we chose this hotel because it looked beautiful online, had a rooftop and pool, and included breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience started poorly. We had to request a room change immediately because the first room smelled bad and the pillows had visible stains. The breakfast was also disappointing. The buffet did not feel like great quality, many of the hot items were cold, and when we ordered eggs, some even had eggshells in them. We also noticed stained towels in the room, which added to the feeling that cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking.

It was very quiet both, inside and outside the hotel. Very clean and with excellent quality toiletries. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but had many choices of eggs, pancakes, bowls, fruits and some local dishes.The breakfast area was on the terrace and had an amazing view. The staff was very polite and helpful.

- Elvira (8/5): Cómodo para turismo - Habitación espaciosa, bonita y cómoda con cama grande y muy buenas vistas a El Poblado. Muy bien ubicado, fuimos andando al metro y a provenza. La calle es muy tranquila y sin ruidos pero al lado de la calle principal. Muy buena terraza con vistas donde se desayuna. Sin problema con el aire acondicionado. En otros hoteles no puedes apagarlo por la noche. Tienen cortada la presión para el agua caliente, solo sale fuerte si la pones fría lo cual no es agradable para ducharse así sobre todo cuando te lavas el pelo. Deberían cambiar este detalle. El desayuno es algo escaso para un hotel 4* y un día había mermelada y al otro ya no, lo mismo con el pan de masa madre o la fruta. Al menos no se deberían quedar sin lo poco que hay. Se sale el agua de la ducha y moja todo.

There was construction across the property and, only for one day during my stay, there was drilling that woke me up very early in the morning and kept me up through the afternoon. La ubicación está genial porque está al lado de una zona muy animada pero no es ruidosa. La habitación era demasiado pequeña. El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear: poca variedad, huevos al gusto muy aceitosos y el café nefasto.
- Nicole (9/5): - The view from a high floor room and also the rooftop is stunning, the bed was massive and comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful with a very aesthetic lighting concept. There was also water and coffee available in the room and it was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and did me a big favour by storing my luggage for several days without any issue. I also loved that communication with the reception is possible over WhatsApp at any time, and there was a security person present at all times. Also, although it's not entirely quiet at night, the hotel is not in a noisy area. The location is great as it has plenty of restaurants, bars etc. very close and is also very close to the more touristy areas of El Poblado and Provenza. Although the lighting in the bathroom is very pretty, it is not great for getting ready in the morning, (for example putting on makeup). Also, despite the general cleanliness of the bed, bathroom etc., there were quite a lot of bugs in the room, especially at night. But overall I really enjoyed my stay,

- Paulo Sergio (9/5): - O Hotel fica super bem localizado e é muito bonito . Os funcionários da recepção são excelentes e simpáticos. A limpeza, o quarto tudo muito organizado , lindo e limpo. Todos são gentis! O cafe da manhã é no terraço, há poucos funcionários e demoram a te servir e a repor as coisas que acabam . Um dia, sai sem concluir o café, porque o atendimento é difícil e tinha um passeio fechado com a empresa. Até o café eles pegam dentro da cozinha e demoram a trazer. A variedade é boa ! Mas falta organização ou funcionário para o volume de pessoas .

- Nat (8/5): Great location - Location is great for booking on the Get You Guide tours as the meeting is up the road. It's in El Poblado but not in the really busy bit so felt a bit more chilled. Really nice locals bars including one opposite. Hotel and breakfast were cooked fresh and fab. Tea. Coffee facilities in room and also a mini bar and fridge. Small plunge pool on the roof. It was noisy, you could hear the traffic but important to remember you are in a busy city. I could also hear people in the corridors at night. The doors were heavy and seem to be slammed but that might have just been my neighbours. I thought fresh water should've been topped up every day.
- VALERIA (10/5): Excelente - O hotel é bem localizado, em El Poblado, perto da Estação do Metrô, com muitos restaurantes ao redor. As acomodações são muito boas, com camas confortáveis, decoração bonita e moderna, artigos de higiene da L' Occitane. Os funcionários são muito educados e gentis, especialmente, o Santiago que foi quem fez o nosso check-in e nos deu todo suporte que precisávamos, incluindo orientações sobre passeios e deslocamentos. Nada nos desagradou.
- Maxime (9/5): - Le personel, chambre propre est moderne , petit déjeuner correct sur le rooftop Chambre un peu bruyante, en effet il y a un espace au niveau des fenêtres qui laisse passer le bruit extérieur
