• Luna (5/5): Discreto - L'accoglienza. Ariatore ventola bagno con degli appendini( porta asciugamani)allargare doccia,sistemazioni impianto di sicurezza a norma!!! In camera qualche sedia o un appendi soprabiti,qualche asciugamano in più.
• Vasiliki (4/5): - Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξυπηρετικός, συγκεκριμένα επειδή ήμασταν με χειρςποσκευη δεν είχαμε μαζί μας αφρόλουτρα/σαμπουάν και μας έδωσε. Δεν είχε ασανσέρ και έπρεπε να ανεβαίνουμε στο 5ο όροφο. Ήταν απλά ένα δωμάτιο ενός σπιτιού. Δεν είχε ψυγείο και με αυτή τη ζέστη ούτε ένα κρύο νερό δεν μπορούσαμε να έχουμε.

• elodie (9/5): Très bien et très bon rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement était bien et le personnel était gentil. C’était propre. Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petit frigo d’appoint.

• Ginna (2/5): Pésima atención al cliente y manejo de la recepción. - No puedo valorarlo. Hice una reserva (un mes y medio antes de mi viaje) e inmediatamente me di cuenta que la recepción estaba cerrada a la hora que mi vuelo aterrizaría en Nápoles. Escribí un mensaje preguntando para avisar que estaríamos más tarde, pero me dijeron que no habría recepción ni manera de recibir la llave o una clave ( en muchos sitios lo hacen, pero ellos no tienen esa opción). Así que les pedí que por favor cancelaran la reserva y que por favor devolvieran el dinero ya que todo eso hizo dentro de la primera hora luego de la reserva. No me respondieron más, a pesar que envíe muchos mensajes. Pedí a Booking que lo arreglara, pero la respuesta es que tu mismo lo hagas. Qué hice? Hice otra reserva en un sitio, que me dejaron las llaves en la portería y el chico si se comunicaba conmigo todo el tiempo por el WhatsApp, pero no cancelé este hotel. Ya igual lo habian cobrado y de otra manera la hubieran podido alquilar a otra persona y facturar doble. Un dia antes de mi llegada, si que pudieron enviar mensajes, para ver si llegaba o no. En fin. Es cierto que mi error fue no leer la hora de recepción, pero viajo frecuentemente y siempre te dan opciones como dar la llave a un tercero o poner claves de entrada y este hotel o lo que sea no lo hace.
• Edyta (8/5): Dobry nocleg blisko dworca - Dobra lokalizacja- 10 min spacerem na dworzec. Łózko mega wygodne. W pokoju sprawna klimatyzacja( odpalaliśmy na chwilę przed snem, w nocy wystarczyło uchylone okno). 5 piętro nie takie straszne- wygodnie się wchodziło:) W ciągu dnia lokalizacja wydawała się niezbyt przyjemna-ale w nocy nikogo praktycznie nie ma na ulicach.

• Abir (5/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix mais pas pour une longue durée - On était 2filles pour 4nuits • L’emplacement est vraiment pratique, à environ 7 minutes à pied de la gare centrale, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements vers Capri, Amalfi, Sorrente, etc. • Le propriétaire était très disponible et répondait rapidement à nos messages. • La chambre était propre et conforme aux photos. • Il y avait la climatisation, ce qui est indispensable en été. • le check in se faisait tot à 10h • Il est aussi bien desservi depuis l’aéroport : à l’aller, nous avons pris un taxi partagé pour 5 € qui nous a déposées juste à côté de la gare. Pour le retour, nous avons pris un bus également tout près. • La chambre est située au 5e étage sans ascenseur. On le savait en réservant, mais avec la chaleur, c’était quand même assez fatigant. • Il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur. Un petit frigo serait vraiment utile, ne serait-ce que pour garder de l’eau ou quelques boissons fraîches. • Il n’y avait pas non plus de vaisselle. On avait amené quelques petits gâteaux mais on manquait de cuillères ou de verres, même pour prendre des médicaments. Deux verres, deux cuillères, ce serait parfait. • Enfin, le quartier ne nous a pas semblé très sécurisant, surtout la nuit. Même si rien ne s’est passé, on ne se sentait pas à l’aise de marcher seules après minuit, donc on préférait prendre un Uber.

• Hanna (8/5): Very good - Great location because there are train station and bus station very close. In every direction. Comfortable mattress This neighborhood is completely occupied by foreigners, Chinese and black people. It doesn't look very safe. the shower cabin is broken
• Wojciech (4/5): Disappointing location and bathroom - Close to Napoli Main station, comfortable bed, nice staff, good wifi African neighbourhood, dangerous district, broken hairdryer, water taps from AC, sensor on the ceiling flashing every 30 s which is irritating at night, too small shower cabin, shower curtain was difficult to use

• Madalin (8/5): A good sleep in Naples - The apartament is very close to the main train station of Naples and very close to the old town, no more then 3 min for both of them. Also, you all the delivery apps are working very good and also the taxi apps foind very fast the location. You also have a kettle, iron, AC, fridge and TV. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away, a bit far but if you are in a hurry you can go to the train station because there is a little supermarket there too. It is a fifth floor, without a lift, which it is specified in the description. I didn't like the neighbourhood during day, but during night it was really really safe.

• Joaquin (8/5): Good for a night of sleep - It's pretty close to Napoli Centrale (main station). Bed and bathroom were all fine. Comfortable room for a night. Friendly host as well. The area, despite its proximity to Piazza Garibaldi and Spaccanapoli, seemed a bit sketchy. I'd stay in another hood next time. Also, 5 floors with no lift, tough when you're heavy on luggage.

• Dalibor (8/5): Fair enough. No complaints, not a five-star place, but we didn't regret anything. - It was all we needed. Some reviews mention they felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. I can understand why it may *feel* that way, it is not an "elite area", but we had absolutely no problem anywhere. According to what I know, Naples is safer for tourists than for local population. The apartment is on the 5th floor, no elevator, and each floor is extra high, but we knew this. There was some minor confusion during entry, but it worked out in the end so, if you expect everything to run smoothly all the time, this may not be the place for you.
• Paulina (1/5): The worst place ever, never go there - The worst place I’ve ever been to - even if I was in so many all over the world up to now and I am reliable client. The apartment was located in a terrible area, but the worst thing was the owner, about whom we even complained to Booking. He was very unpleasant, aggressive, shouted, did not want to speak with us kindly and comunicate but demanded money from us for something we didn't do wrong (we have a recording), threatened the police, wanted to take photos of documents, and above all, later wrote and blackmailed us to give him the highest grade here. Therefore, it can be said that all good grades are obtained in this way. I strongly advise against it, especially for women traveling alone, because the owner is terrible and you don't feel safe there. Never go there, horrible experience.
• Meriem (7/5): Perfect place for one or two nights - It's pretty central and clean. It has everything you need but only if you stay for two nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. But short is perfect The bed was really comfy. Again super clean The owners are really nice. It's the last floor and it was a lot of stairs The WiFi connection wasn't great The area didn't feel the safest at night The shower door was broken on one side It's pretty loud outside It has not side bed lamps
