• Yvonne (7/5): Lovely, clean, safe, quiet. Just a few little bits need sorting but nothing that hampered our stay. - Location was amazing. Right in the centre but still quiet. Comfy apartment Check the photos. There are more than 1 apartment so not all the photos are for one place. I thought we had a little garden, which we did, but was upstairs. Garden furniture a bit old, table lost a leg if you moved it. One chair unstable, parasol bit weather beaten!
• Vink (5/5): goede locatie, net appartement. - Het was een hele fijne locatie, goed te vinden en in de buurt van de bekende plekken. het appartement was mooi en we waren erg blij met het terras en het zwembad. ondanks onze tegenslagen werd er wel goed meegedacht voor een oplossing helaas hadden we een paar tegenslagen. de Tv en boiler waren kapot voordat wij aankwamen. daar zijn wij tijdens ons verblijf achter gekomen en kon niet opgelost worden. de meubels op het terras waren wel een beetje oud en niet meer stevig.

• beatriz (3/5): Humedades insoportables - El baño era bonito y la ubicación muy buena El techo estaba lleno de humedad y el olor y el ambiente eran insoportables, el techo se nos desconchaba encima. Se supone que es un apartamento pero ahí no puedes hacer vida, la cocina estaba pegada a la cama y no hay sillas ni una mesa para comer. Al comentar el tema las humedades nos dieron la opción de irnos, pero nos cobraron más de la cuenta. No recomiendo este alojamiento.

• Lakshmi (8/5): Great location, easy check in and check out. - Great location, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has tea and coffee items provided. There’s a washing machine on site, it’s on the entry level, not in the unit. The terrace views were great but with weather being cooler and rainy we didn’t make use of it much. The beds were very comfortable. The hot water would run out quickly, it wasn’t enough for 4 people to shower back to back, so we had to space out our showers during the day. Would have liked a few more towels, as they didn’t always dry well indoors, and maybe some extra blankets as it did get a bit cool at night.

• Maxime (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf! - Prachtig en fijn appartement, midden in het centrum. Goed bereikbaar met bus, die rechtstreeks naar de luchthaven gaat. Snelle reactie van de host. Ik kom zeker nog een keer terug!

• Annemarie (8/5): Fantastisch plek in Santa Cruz, Sevilla . Fijn appartement - De locatie was perfect . Op loopafstand van alle mooie plekken in Sevilla. Accomodatie was schoon en ruim. Goede bedden en bank. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig zelf een wasmachine. Douche liep niet goed door. Ik had graag een ligstoel op het terras gehad.

• Claudia_Maia (8/5): - A localização. É mesmo na zona antiga, mas continua a ser sossegada. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos a pé. O estúdio é moderno e tem todos os utensílios que precisamos para passar uns dias. Além da piscina privada que apesar de não ser muito grande, é ideal para refrescar A cama é desconfortável e faz imenso barulho.
• Natasha (4/5): - Location was central and everything was within walking distance. Bed extremely uncomfortable and squeaked the whole time, didn’t get a good nights sleep once. Was dirty and lots of damp and mould. Pool doesn’t get any sun so is freezing.

• Humeyra (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and cooling off, especially after a busy day. The location was ideal — close to all the main sights, yet quiet and secure. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and always ready to help. Thank you again for this great experience!
• Emily (9/5): Lovely! Amazing location! - Was bigger than expected. Hall way and entrance smelt great and was very clean. White, bright accommodation. Roof top pool was wonderful! Mould on second bedroom ceiling a little off putting especially with children with us. Apart from that was very clean.

• Fedou (9/5): - Super emplacement, proche de tout, ce qui est très pratique pour découvrir les environs à pied. La piscine est un vrai plus, surtout en période de forte chaleur : bien entretenue et agréable, elle permet de se rafraîchir après une journée bien remplie. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé, fonctionnel et pratique pour un court séjour. On y trouve l’essentiel, avec un bon agencement qui optimise l’espace. Le seul petit point négatif concerne la sécurité : il n’y a pas de clé pour l’appartement. L’accès se fait uniquement par digicode, aussi bien pour la porte principale que pour celle de l’appartement, et cette dernière ne se verrouillait correctement qu’une fois sur deux. Nous avons également rencontré un souci avec la plaque de cuisson, qui ne fonctionnait qu’en position 0 ou 9, la rendant difficilement utilisable. Cela dit, il est possible que nous n’ayons simplement pas su l’utiliser correctement.
• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - I just loved everything about it. The room was cool, clean & unfussy. The kitchen area had everything you couild possibly need. Great aircon or ceiling fan if you prefer. And the bathroom super stylish with a great shower. The outside areas were great, not overlooked and with good furniture. And the pool !!! Communication with the agents was excellent. I had a problem with the online check-in which they were able to sort after a quick email. As my flight was later in the evening I was able to extend my check-out by a couple of hours. The apartment is on the second floor, and from what I saw there is only the roof terrace from the ground floor apartment above you. It's in a very quiet little alley almost adjacent to the Real Alcazar walls. It was easy to locate with Google maps, and there's some lovely bars & restaurants in the area. It's also just a short walk into the main tourist attractions, and bus station. Can't wait to come back An extra towel would have been nice, and some spare bin bags.

• Alison (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location - close to cathedral and Alcázar with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. The pool was welcome too in the heat
• Emma (1/5): Very poor, dirty apartment, an insult to lovely Seville - The location. We were so disappointed. Not sure if it is now managed by a different company. There was so much damp, mould which made our clothes damp & bits of tissues left on the floor in bathroom. The bed was really uncomfortable, very old mattress. No fire signage & only 1 extinguisher near the front door, 4 flights of stairs down. The plunge pool was very dirty, standing water as the pumps didn’t work. A HUGE RISK OF LEGIONELLA & it took them 2 days to come, I must have been like that for ages as there was green slime all round the edge. These were the only 2 days in the apartment when we would’ve used it as it was sunny. Their communication was poor, making excuses about pool towels & staff who service the property, not telling the truth despite cameras outside the door of the apartment. I didn’t feel comfortable there, they can access your apartment as any time when you are not there & there is no way of locking your belongings away. So disappointed. We have been to Seville many times & never experienced this. It was part of a Christmas present for my husband & it was spoilt by this apartment & experience.

• Joanne (7/5): Fantastic location - Location can’t be faulted, five mins from the Cathedral and the best little tapas bars. Outside space was very nice to have, only had sun and warm enough in afternoon/early evening so sitting out was nice then. Communication with the owners was excellent as well. It clearly has a bit of a ventilation problem as it felt a bit damp and there was a lot of condensation, so had to open the patio doors when warm enough to get air in. Would’ve been nice to have a wee sitting area or chairs in the apartment too

• Ryan (8/5): Very good - Locating and getting into the property was very straightforward. Entry codes were easy to use. Map location matches with actual locations. Sun isn't on the pool all day but honestly not a bad thing given the temperature it can get to in Seville!
• Sandra (9/5): Highly recommend this modern, clean apartment for its comfort and location - Clean throughout, comfy beds, great shower, nice little patio, excellent location. Really enjoyed the plunge pool and also the wonderful views from the upper terrace of the cathedral tower lit up at night. Only downside is that we arrived to find nothing in the fridge at all so after a long journey we had to head straight out into the heat to find water and milk to made a coffee/tea. Some oil for cooking would also be nice and a tea towel and towel for the kitchen.
• Jackie (10/5): Perfect Accomodation, central and the pool is perfect to relax during the hottest part of the day. - Best location you could ask for, right in the middle of the old town. There is nothing I could fault the apartment has been renovated beautifully.
