• JAMIL (2/5): Não gostei e não indicaria par nenhum amigo . Inclusive mandei mensagem para vocês do que estava acontecendo e também nã - Disponibilidade de camas. Falta de comprometimento com cliente. Não tinham senha do Wi-Fi, tive que ficar solicitando porteiro ou outros moradores para abrir a porta do edifício, fixar melhor o chuveiro pois cai na cabeça das pessoas e inclusive a descarga tinha que ter sorte para fazê-la funcionar.

• Guest (10/5): - Me gusto mucho el departamento, todo muy cómodo, limpio y seguro. Contaba con todo lo básico y más de lo que se necesita para una estancia completa. A pesar de la distancia a los centros turísticos teníamos locomoción a un par de cuadras.

• Mooninfluence (8/5): Very good - The location in relation to the city center was appropriate for the price. Very good access to Fiumicino Airport. An ideal apartment for a stay for a family of four.
• Migjen (10/5): Good value for money for a modern apartment - The apartment was spacious, very clean and functional appliances. The coffee machine was a delight. What I liked the most was the price. It is a very good deal in the middle of the tourist season. Accomodations in Rome tend to be pricy but this one was very reasonable. There is a book stop very close to the apartment and a train station that goes to the airport. Everything was as expected
• Madara (9/5): Superb - It was a good apartment with a balcony and we really enjoyed it. Everything was good. At night it was kinda loud there, but we did handle it pretty well.
• Zorica (9/5): Superb - Чисто, убаво, комфортно за фамилија со три деца. Единствен недостаток што наместо клима уред има вентилатори кои во многу топлите денови, како што беа нашите, не можат да изладат доволно.
• Jesse (5/5): We could eat and sleep, but there were a couple of irritating things that combined with missing airconditioning in total - Beds were good. Apartment was very clean. Host was easily contactable. Close to public transit, grocery store and restaurants. Insufficient information beforehand. Unclear where to park, and even where the apartment is (block A or B or C, what floor, etc), what the key box code is. Misses information about what facilities it has. Misses airconditioning. Water temperature in shower and kitchen was unstable, took a long time to get warm and then fluctuated between cold and warm every 10 seconds. Shower is hard to use for slightly ‘bigger’ people. Minor points: it misses soap while it has shampoo, the door frames aren’t chaulked on properly. Clock was not working.
