• Maria (4/5): Ubicación buena pero falta de limpieza - La ubicación es muy buena, pero el piso deja mucho que desear. la limpieza dejó bastante que desear: en las sábanas había como polvo o tierra (adjunto foto) y las almohadas eran muy incómodas y tenían hormigas. El baño necesita arreglos, ya que la cisterna estaba rota y cada vez que se usaba se salía el agua por debajo, llegando a inundarse. Al llegar, además, nos encontramos la ventana abierta hacia el patio de entrada del edificio, lo cual no fue agradable. Creo que no estaría mal invertir un poco en mejorar el piso: arreglar el baño, cambiar el dispensador de jabón que estaba roto, cambiar las almohadas, poner cortinas en el dormitorio y cuidar más la limpieza.

• Jennifer (4/5): A damp, cold, smelly experience. - It has potential to be a really cute and cozy apartment. The decor is fun. The moment we stepped inside the apartment there was a really strong, off putting smell of dampness. It was cold because the sun doesn’t reach inside and the heater wasn’t working. The combination of humidity and the cold put a damper (pun intended) on our stay. In addition, we were three people staying for four nights and there was not enough toilet paper or soap left for us. Also, during check-in, they gave us the wrong combination to enter the apartment so we had to call someone to help. And the sliding glass doors were left open and it took a while to figure out how to lock them to feel like ourselves and our belongings were secure inside. The company that is responsible for the apartment called us wanting to have someone come to fix the AC unit on the second last night of our stay. It just felt inconsiderate of our holiday and just unprofessional to even ask. Why should we have to wait for an electrician to fix something while we are on holiday?
• Fabiana (10/5): Amazing place - The staff was great. Allowed me early checking that helped me a lot as I needed to work. Very responsive and kind . The rooms were big enough and the location great The shower drain was clogged and leaking water into the bathroom.
