• CAROLINA (5/5): Las apariencias enganñan - No había jabón ni de platos ni de baño nada mas que para un uso...escoba y mocho roto..artículos necesarios en mal estado como toalla..poca ayuda de la agencia que lo regenta..entre otras cosas...opinión no cojais puntuaciones menores de 8..a la vista está que no sale bien🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

L'accès dans le parking pour se garer est très difficile ,beaucoup de manœuvre a effectuer c'est dommage Propreté laisse a desirer ,cheveux et poils dans les draps pour les lits ,poussières bof,une serviette de toilettes sale,thermostat pour le chauffage impossible a mettre en route heureusement qu il faisait bon dehors car appartement froid ...disons que le rapport qualité prix est décevant 0

• Naira (3/5): Cerca del centro pero muy mal cuidado y muy mala atención de la empresa anfitriona - Espacioso, cerca del centro Limpieza, preguntas al personal que no te dan respuesta (me dieron un mando de garaje pero no me explicaron nada cuando pregunté), nada de bienvenida. Se ve que estuvo bien, pero le hace falta reformas. En el lavamanos tienen una bandeja para recoger el agua de una tubería rota que debe llevar años así a juzgar por el olor. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

• Rhys (8/5): A beautiful apartment within walking distance of the old town. - The standard of facilities was first class. Double bed with perfect thickness of duvet to be warm but not hot in bed. Generous bath with good speed of water delivery to fill it. Wifi worked perfectly and charging facilities for mobile and laptop were convenient. Access to the city centre was by foot (down a steep hill and back up it to return) for me - a 5-10 minute walk. It would have been helpful if I had been informed upfront that I would be sent details of how to enter apartment by email on day of arrival. I was worried 24 hrs before leaving that I did not know how to gain access to the apartment, when clearly sending a code on the day is done to minimise risk of others gaining unauthorised access. I also needed to work out how to open the padlock to access the key - this wasn't obvious and a brief video showing how it is done would be helpful. I got it done after 15-20 minutes after a few worried txts to my sister (who has done this before) and the hosts. In the end it worked out well.
• Cristian (9/5): A good deal where some little improvements would make it really good. - The key collection was easy, but the key for the main door of the building (a double door) didn't match the door lock. Fortunately, we always enter by pressing on the interphone. We got a good surprise with a free parking spot nearby, but it would have been great to communicate that before our arrival. The fridge is not working, so we had to buy ice to preserve our food. The freezer is completely blocked by ice, and the cold does not circulate to the fridge, whose door does not close properly. Wifi instructions are not written on walls or instructions, and we had to get the password from the router.
• Dimitrios (1/5): Away Stay Away ! ! - Dangerous neighborhood with drug use at night on the sidewalk below the house. Small parking suitable only for small cars and We parked in an open, dangerous area ,apart from the apartment building 300 meters away . Difficult with suitcases and small children Very dirty towels and they did not give us clean towels when we asked. We bathed the children with disposable paper... They informed us that if we check in after 21.55 there would be a charge of 20 euros and after 24:00 50 euros Look in another room or better stay on the street ! !
