• Serendipity (9/5): Ottimo appartamento rimodernato! - Appartamento rimodernato, spazioso, luminoso e ben accessoriato ideale anche per soggiorni non brevi. Posizione ottima per muoversi sia verso il centro che in periferia grazie alle molte fermate di autobus presenti proprio in piazzale Clodio. Nei dintorni bar, posti da asporto, supermercato e ristoranti. Premesso che il posto ci è piaciuto molto e ci ritorneremmo molto volentieri, segnaliamo però che ogni tanto occorre una pulizia più approfondita delle zone cucina non evidenti a prima occhiata, in quanto non tutti gli ospiti sono, purtroppo, attenti, nonostante i proprietari lascino tutto il necessario per tenere pulito. Abbiamo trovato il microonde e alcune stoviglie sporche e abbiamo ripulito noi quello che dovevamo usare.

• Veronika (5/5): Italija – tai šalis, kurioje bovome ne vieną kartą ir dar tikrai sugrįšime, tačiau čia - ne. - rezervuojant apartamentus buvo parašyta, kad reikės sumokėti pagalvės mokestį bei užpildyti svečio kortelę, pagal aprašymą turėjau užtrūkti pora minučių, galiausiai pildymas užtrūko valandą laiko, dėl nesąmoningų klausimų. Instrukcijos nėra, duomenys neišsisaugo, kiekvienam keleiviui po 3 nuotraukas įdėti su pasų ar korta prie veido, rankoje, ant stalo. Ir galiausiai dar mokestis netoks kaip aprašyme, o didesnis. Darant mokėjimą už šiuos apartamentus buvo aiškiai nurodyta, kad į kainą įskaičiuotas galutinis valymas ir rankšluosčių mokestis. Todėl logiška tikėtis, kad prieš mūsų atvykimą, po ankstesnių svečių, apartamentai bus tinkamai sutvarkyti. Deja, atvykus radome visiškai priešingą situaciją. Valymas nebuvo atliktas: šaldytuve buvo palikti sugedę produktai, šiukšlinės neišneštos (dėl ko buvo specifinis kvapas bute), indaplovė nešvari, ant durelių – kavos tirščiai, o ant grindų – stiklo šukės. Visi indai ir stalo įrankiai lipnūs. Patalynė antros lovos atrodė kaip nekeista, joje buvo plaukų ar gyvūnų šerių. Dušo kabinos sienos aplipę juodais plaukais. Kas liečia virtuvę – valgyti vargu ar pagaminsite, bet kiaušinius išvirsite, nuotraukose įdėsiu vieninteli viryklės inventorių. Apartamentų taisyklėse grežtai draudžiama bute vaikščiuoti su batais, bet naminių šlepėčių kažkodėl nepasiūlyta, o booking aprašyme šio nėra. Prieš rašant šį atsiliepimą buvo susisiekta su valdytoju, tačiau sulaukiau netinkamos reakcijos – buvo užsiminta, kad galbūt esu tiesiog pavargusi. Problema nebuvo sprendžiama ir jokių veiksmų nebuvo imtasi. Antrą kartą čia tikrai nevažiuočiau. Kainos ir kokybės santykis yra prastas.

• Brindusa (10/5): - The location is ideal, very close to buses, 10 min from Metro, 15 walm from the Vatican. Loval coffee shops are very near, also a pannini and pizza trancio shop. The apartment has all you need, the host was always cery promot and helpful.

• Ximena (10/5): Me sentí muy cómoda y segura en el departemento. - El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Como sugerencia, creo que sería importante que el anfitrión pregunte a su huesped si quiere que se encuentren en algún momento para indicar el uso de algunos servicios. Tuve algunas dudas para el uso de la cocina porque es muy diferente de mi país y tampoco pude usar la cafetera. Entiendo que algunas personas no lo necesiten, pero para mí hubiera sido muy útil. Sin embargo, cuando le preguntaba a la anfitriona sobre algo, ella me respondía inmediatamente.

• Debora (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto, da ripetere! - Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti indimenticabili in questo splendido B&B. La struttura è incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio e immersa in un contesto tranquillo ma comodo per raggiungere alcuni posti a piedi. Le camere sono pulitissime, luminose e arredate con gusto, creando da subito un’atmosfera accogliente. La posizione è davvero strategica: in 25 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia lo stadio Olimpico che i Musei Vaticani e Piazza San Pietro, il che rende questo B&B ideale sia per chi desidera rilassarsi sia per chi vuole esplorare la città. Un plauso speciale al proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: la comunicazione è stata impeccabile sin dal primo contatto, con risposte rapide e consigli preziosi che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura elegante e ben tenuta. Zona con traffico sostenuto, insonorizzazione delle finestre, ottima..non si sentiva rumore. Non ci sono elementi negativi.

• Anna (9/5): The apartment is exactly like in the photos, comfortable, and fairly clean. The location is convenient, close to the bus - The apartment is convenient, clean, pleasant and bright. Upon arrival, we initially had difficulty with the electronic lock. However, the owner promptly responded to our call and offered to come and assist in unlocking it.
• Chase (10/5): Beautiful place and easy access (with a 15 minute walk) to the metro. - Very clean and tidy. Was already set up for us (with a crib and the sofa bed out). I didn’t know if the blinds in the bathroom were supposed to be down or up while taking a shower.

Approx. 15 min walk to underground, 20 min walk to Vatican, grocery store nearby. Apartment is awesome,clean and comfortable.
• Cocoscosmetics (10/5): Perfetto - Ideal location of the apartments. Rome city center is a 20-minute walk away. Beautiful area. Near the apartment there is a good supermarket and delicious pizza. Very stylish apartment, equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Silvio is a responsive and friendly host. I came to meet in person, was always in touch and ready to help in various matters. Grazie mille Silvio!
