• Russo (9/5): - La struttura, seppur piccola, ha tutto il necessario. Ha aria condizionata e purificatore dell’aria. Posizione perfetta, a 4 minuti a piedi dalla metro B che in poche fermate porta al Colosseo e a Termini. Ideale anche per raggiungere il Palazzetto dello Sport per concerti. La doccia un po‘ piccola.
• Giam Armper (7/5): - Είναι ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο με μικρό χωρο γενικα αλλά τα περιέχει όλα. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για μικρή διαμονή για διακοπές. Ο χώρος έχει κρεβάτι άνετο το οποίο ανεβοκατεβαίνει και είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος με την κουζινούλα. Δεν ανταποκρίνεται απόλυτα το δωμάτιο στις φωτογραφίες, η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν κλείνει και τα παράθυρα είναι αρκετά περιορισμένα στο άνοιγμα. Ο όροφος είναι -1 δηλαδή υπόγειο και δεν είναι φωτεινό η καλά αεριζόμενο.

• Arvid (9/5): Great value apartment in a nice area that is perfect for exploring Rome. - Cozy little apartment in Rome. Next to a metro station and not in a super touristy area but still has all amenities you might need. The apartment was nice and clean with all amenities you might need. The host was super helpful and responsive. The bed wasn't working when we arrived but it was resolved by the host quickly. The bathroom could be more private as the door is thin and doesn't close shut.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - The apartment itself is really nice and clean, great bathroom and shower; conveniently located if you need to go to the University or to the Colosseum and other Roman sites. A bit hard to find, plus a lot of formalities to check in and check out. Don’t go if you are single; this is very much a room intended for couples lol
• Marcela (8/5): Very good - It was small flat, but it was very comfortable. Perfect location by the metro, quiet location. The windows into the yard.
• Alexandra-ioana (6/5): Nice personnel + more issues with the apartment than expected - The personnel was very nice! The lady that we talked to answered to all of our questions. The location was nicely decorated, the bed mechanism is very intriguing and the apartment felt safe, since it had 2 locks, one of which was electrical and seemed very safe. It provides an useful air conditioning and it has an air purifier. The hairdryer was very efficient. Indeed, the smell in the apartment is quite damp, but it's not really the fault of the owner. It seems to be the smell of the basement floor (since the apartment is at -1 floor). We had a problem with the hot water. The boiler that the property uses is kind of small, since it did not provide enough warm water for 2 showers and for washing my hair. One of the towels was a little bit dirty. For those that are not Italians, more than 1 paper roll would have been useful (this is what we had for 5 days and 2 people). The apartment provides a washing machine, but it does not provide laundry detergent, which seems absurd for guests that stay only 3-4 days and end their stay with a flight (we did not want to buy a full bottle of detergent and one of laundry balm, as we stayed only for 5 days and we ended our visit in Rome with a flight). Also, since the apartment provides a kitchen, you would expect to find some oil and pepper for at least making an omelette in the morning. Again, we had to buy a full bottle of oil, which we would have thrown away at the end of our stay. It did not have any pepper as well. The temperature of the refrigerator is about 8 degrees C, I would have expected it to be a little lower. The water tap from the kitchen is like a spray on every mode you can switch it to. It sprays your hands up to the elbows when you use it and the water comes out at high pressure, so it is very unpleasant to use. We could not even fill a glass of water using it.

• Yuliia (10/5): The best apartment in Rome we have ever had - It was our sixth trip to Rome and the best apartment we have ever had in this city. We were the first guests and the owners were excited to make sure we enjoyed everything. The apartment is close to the metro and to the Basilica of San Paolo. I travel with my son of 11 years old and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a few days stay: lots of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, cooking facilities, microwave, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee, even olive oil! The blinds on the windows allowed us to sleep comfortably at night. My son especially appreciated the bed. Asja, the owner, was extremely nice and allowed us to check out later without any problems. I definitely recommend this property! We will be back here again))) Thanks a lot, Walter and Asja! Everything was perfect!
