Os anfitriões são muito cuidadosos desde antes da entrada, com todas as informações e recomendações. Muito perto de uma ótima praia, a natureza lá é ótima... Além de satisfeitos, ficamos muiito gratos porque vai além do esperado... Com certeza voltaremos.
- Erhard (9/5): sehr komfortabel, Strandnähe - Es handelt sich um einen neuen Bungalow in einem gut bewachten sehr großen Kondomium. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zum menschenleeren Strand sind es 100 Meter. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert. Neben einer vollständigen Einrichtung sind zu erwähnen 2 Badezimmer, 2 Toiletten, ein sehr großer Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine, ein Airfryer, gutes Internet. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Pool, einen großen überdachten Bereich, eine Grillhütte, einen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Vermieter wohnen nicht in der Nähe. Ein einheimisches Ehepaar kümmert sich im Auftrag der Vermieter um Haus und Garten
- Max (10/5): Ótimo local para descansar! - Aconchego de Sauípe é verdadeiramente aconchegante! O local é muito bonito, tranquilo, seguro e com restaurantes dentro do condomínio e no centro da cidade a 3km distância! A residência é muito bonita, bem equipada, agradável e nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos. A localização é bem próxima à praia, com acesso muito fácil. Também há um lago próprio para banho no condomínio. Nós fomos muito bem recebidos pelo anfitrião Edgard, que se mostrou disponível para explicar tudo que foi necessário e prestou um ótimo suporte, assim como seu preposto Ronaldo. Gostei muito e pretendo voltar outras vezes!
