- Mark (3/5): A run down, poorly maintained house - The bed was comfortable 1. The house has thick mould throughout the lower level. The smell permeates the remainder of the house.
2. There is inadequate hot water for more than one shower at a time due to the damaged HWS.
3. Numerous lights and fans do not work. There is a significant electrical issue with a light in the downstairs area with arching audible when one of the light is working.
4. The TV in the lounge room does not work, reporting is has a main board fault. There is cabling hanging from the ceiling in the upstairs main bedroom where a TV has been removed.
5. The only door lock not broken is the main entrance door.
6. The yard contains scattered rubbish
7. Almost all the kitchen cutlery and crockery was unwashed on our arrival.
8. The BBQ had not cleaned after its last use.
9. There is something smeared on the main bedroom wall.
10. There are an excessive number of wide angle cameras in use. While this maybe permitted, the excessive number is disturbing.
11. There is a missing door knob on the ensuite. Once close the door can’t be opened from outside.
12. The was infestation of hairy caterpillars in the house.
13. Several of the blinds are broken and cannot be operated.
14. The return air filter on the air conditioner is blocked and mouldy
15. The right hand side of the toaster doesn’t work.
16. Window screens do not fit or remain in the window frames making it impossible to leave windows open.
17. The stove and cooktop were uncleaned.

- Ann (8/5): Really enjoyed the house. Nice and homey and comfortable. - Loved the size of the house for our family. Girls could have own room. Great for dogs too. Showers. Very poor pressure and takes forever to warm up, then didn’t even need cold on.
