• Carolina (10/5): - Ana nos atendió estupendamente a mi y a mi familia, muy atenta de que la entrada al alojamiento y la estancia fuese cómoda y fácil para todos. Estaba siempre disponibles para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa, un encanto. Un poco de ruido si te vas a acostar pronto porque es una planta baja y hay una plaza cerca con un bar, pero no se alargó demasiado.

• Isabelle (10/5): The best host you will have! - Ana is THE perfect host! Very helpful, kind and always available. The Studio is very clean, spacious, cute and has everything you need for comfortable couple of days in the lovely city of Valencia. We felt safe and happy to stay in this area which is 15 minutes walking from the center and 15 minutes from the main city beach by tram. Very convenient. The area feels local with mainy cute restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

El detalle del desayuno que preparó en el apartamento. Lo bien decorado y equipado que estaba el apartamento, no faltaba ningún detalle.

Very small, the rooms were not isolated at all (the wall did not go up to the roof resulting in no light or sound isolation) no incoming light, bad pillows, ... • Ruslan (10/5): It was comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend it. - Localization is quite good around 20 min walking distance to the Serrano towers. The apartments are cozy, warm and functional. Host is very helpful and friendly. It might become quite noisy, especially during the night it may be inconvenient. Host provides earplugs to cut off possible noises which is helpful.

• Olli1234 (9/5): - Das Loft ist ebenerdig. Hat eine kleine Küche, mit Esstisch , welches auch der Eingangsbereich ist. Die 2 Zimmer, 1 mal Doppelbett und 1 mal 2 getrennte Betten befinden sich links vom Eingang, das Bad befindet sich am Ende. Sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Heizung in Form von Heizkörper sind variabel steuerbar. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist sehr hellhörig. Beim Duschen schwappt immer Wasser aus der Auffangwanne.

• sheshefififamily (10/5): Tres bien. - Le loft est tres sympa: spacieux, tres bien decoré , confortable et il dispose de tout le necessaire pour cuisiner. L Hôte, Ana est gentille et bienveillante😊 L emplacement est pratique, à 11 minutes de marche pour le metro souterrain, un peu moins pour l aerien, ou bien une petite demie heure pour rejoindre le centre historique tranquillement.
• Karina (8/5): - La atención de Ana, extraordinaria, super amable. La ubicación del apartamento otorga la posibilidad de ir a pie hasta el centro. Un parking super económico y seguro al lado. Que no había intimidad en las habitaciones ya que estaban abiertas arriba y se escuchaba todo. Y que al dar a la calle, sobre una plaza, la gente al pararse delante de la ventana al hablar, se sentían como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación, imposible dormir. Nosotros somos sensibles al ruido. Pero la amabilidad de Ana, borra un poco esa incomodidad.

• Alexander (9/5): Vänligaste värden någonsin! - -Värden var väldigt engagerad, positiv och tillmötesgående. Jag har nog aldrig mött en så vänlig värd förut. Vid ett strömavbrott strax före avresan erbjöd hon sig t o m att bjuda på frukost som kompensation. -I köket finns alla köksredskap man behöver. -Närheten till en del restauranger -Kvarteret är ganska lugnt, även om lägenheten ligger på gatuplan precis vid trottoaren. -Det var rätt lyhört gentemot lägenheten intill. Använd därför hörselskydd och sätt på fläkten ifall du (liksom jag) är lite ljudkänslig. -Gångavståndet till centrum (och T-bana) kan vara en bit ifall man inte är av det hurtigare slaget. Detta kan man dock läsa í infon innan man bokar.
• Noemi (10/5): Muy buena anfitriona y alojamiento cómodo y bonito - La ubicación del alojamiento para nosotros fue ideal, íbamos a una boda y teníamos todos los puntos de quedada y comunicación cerca. Ana ha sido una anfitriona de 10, muy simpática y pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Nosotros optamos por dejar el coche en su parking, y estaba realmente cerca de los apartamentos. Hay barecitos cerca y supermercado para comprar a menos de un minuto. El alojamiento es cómodo, está equipado con muchas cosas imprescindibles para pasar unos días, secador, toallas, café, etc. Se nota que es nuevo y ha sido decorado con gusto. Sin duda lo recomendamos, tanto para grupo de amigos como pareja :)

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas. El parking privado que contratamos estaba muy bien. Nada a comentar.

• Valentina (10/5): Sve je bilo super - Apartman ima sve sto je potrebno. Tramvaj, bus je na 5 minuta od app. Pored apartmana je odmah parking garaza gdje je dan 5€,, takoder supermarket prekoputa koji radi do 23h. Za nekih 20 minuta ste u gradu. Domacica je bila ljubazna i pobrinula se da sve prode u redu. Jedino na umu treba imati da iako su odvojene sobe, jedan dio zida nije do stropa pa tako nemate bas full full privatnost jer cujete dok se netko probudi itd. Iako sam citala recenzije gdje su pisalo o buki, mi stvarno nismo imali takvih problema, ali dobijete i stapice za usi. Sve je bilo super

• Laura (9/5): - Apartamento muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. Está a pie de calle. No le falta detalle, lo que hace que tu estancia sea cómoda. Y Ana es amable y hay buena comunicación.

• Bee (8/5): Very good - Perfect host, very cosy apartment, super comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and very practical supplements. It has good location overall, downtown is in walking distance. It has supermarket just close by in 3-min walk. Noisy, even at 1 am, as it is located next to a big playground. The 2 rooms are not separated 100%, so I'd recommend it only for family or for close friends.

Anna was very helpful and contacted me in advance, which was nice to have confirmation and get all the details for checking in. Can get a bit loud on the ground floor next to cars, but we got used to it.

• Julia (8/5): perfect for a few days in Valencia!! - The Apartment is very close to the center, about 20 minutes to walk, very clean & decorated with love. Also the Garage was a huge pluspoint!! It‘s on the ground floor & the walls are very thin so you hear ecerything from the street.. Not really a big problem - they offer ear plugs, but in the night there were some dudes in front of the loft & rang the bell this was very annoying..
• Kera (5/5): Passable - Supermarkets and small eateries within short walk. Easy to get around by bus with bus stops not far away. The mattresses are great though very small. The apartment is really small, there’s not enough space to put out our stuff. Two sleeping areas partition by thin board that doesn’t qualify as rooms. The surrounding area is very noisy with a bar near by and rubbish collection is done very late at night or into early hours.
