• Giorgia (10/5): - L'host Eduardo è stato davvero molto gentile sin dai momenti precedenti al check-in. L'appartamento è accogliente e grande sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere ed i 2 bagni. La posizione è eccellente. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi bar, ristoranti, noleggio bici, la metro e supermercati. Il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi
• Manon (8/5): Een fijn en net verblijf met genoeg faciliteiten. - De ruimte en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Bed in de tweede slaapkamer was oncomfortabel en gastvrouw sprak geen enkel woord Engels.

• Andres (8/5): Muy bien con matices - La ubicación es perfecta, zona de ocio sin mucho ruido en la calle. La limpieza perfecta. Los detalles de la cafetera con capsulas y agua en la nevera es un plus. El menaje perfecto para los 4 que éramos. Las camas, al menos la de la habitación con baño, no estaban en muy buen estado, tenía 2 tableros de madera sobre el somier y la cama se hundía en el centro. Las luces de la habitación no funcionaban, una no tenía bombilla y la otra no se encendía. Supongo que lo subsanarán en breve.

• David (7/5): A good base in Valencia and with a few changes, would be great apartment - Great location, close to many good restaurants, food markets and the railway station. Old town within a short walk. Apartment was clean, well equipped and mainly comfortable. Although relatively new, there are a number of significant things needing repair. The door to the 2nd bedroom did not close, nor did the bathroom used by anyone sleeping in this bedroom (the bathroom is off the living area). The bed in the front bedroom was very hard, possibly because the mattress has been put on a sheet of wood. Other guests have referenced the waste bins directly outside. These are emptied during the night, a noisy process.

• Maria (9/5): It was overall good! - The location of the apartment is really comfy, all is clean and stylish, design is really nice and overall impression is extremely good. However, one of the bedrooms is facing the street with the whole variety of waste containers right in front of the window, that result in waking up several times per night, because there are different waste collecting trucks coming to pick up different types of waste. Btu it can be solved by closing the windows, shutters and turning on the AC.
• Elisa (9/5): - Struttura moderna e dispone di ogni servizio. Pulizia ottima. Si trova in un quartiere molto carino con locali e ristoranti aperti fino a tarda notte ma in una via parallela, quindi si dorme sogni tranquilli. Unica pecca, il letto nella prima camera è scomodo perché ha la rete sfondata.

• Mary (9/5): Apartment was really clean, spacious and in a great location. Great choice of restaurants very near. - Breakfast not provided. Location was excellent. No tablets for washing machine.
• Oana (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, near the train station and in the lovely Russafa neighborhood, the house is large and clean, and the towels were very soft. The thing to keep in mind though is that being at the first floor of the building, the space would have been more suited for a public function then an apartment, you can't really open the blinds in the first bedroom as it s right next to the street and the garbage bins, it didn t bother us as such as we were out mostly during the day time. There is a slight sewage smell as with most valencian houses but the provision of room perfumes helped. The air conditioning works very well, and even in colder nights you can be sure it will provide heating. This can be an excellent choice if the price reflects the odd placement at street level.
