• UEHARA (4/5): ファミリー向けではない - 子供が小さいのでベットに高さが無かったことは良かったです！ キャリーバック3個を階段で運ぶのがキツかった。 トイレの鍵が閉まらなかった。 お風呂場も小さくて子供たち連れには向かないかもしれません。 テーブルもちゃぶ台ぐらいのしかなくて、 ご飯食べるのに困りました。

• SATO (3/5): 楽しみにしていた大阪旅行だったのに最悪 - なし 4人で泊まるために予約。 ベッドが3台、ソファーベッド1台となっていたので予約しましたが、実際にはベッド3台、タオルも3人分しかありませんでした。 そのため1人は、違うところにホテルを取らざるおえませんでした。 宿泊管理者に連絡しましたが、「うちはもともとベッド3台しかない。ブッキングドットコムに言って」とそっけない対応。 またクーラーの水漏れで、あまり冷えず、暑いままでした。 管理者に電話しましたが、電話にでず、折り返しもなかったです。 ブッキングドットコムの苦情相談窓口を教えてください。

• Takao (7/5): まずまず。 - 駅近くでお店もいろいろあり、便利だった。値段的にはよかった。 WIFIの説明が間違えていた。表示を見るとボディーソープが2つあり、シャンプーがなかった。（表示ミス？） 冷凍庫の清掃がしっかりされていなく、汚かった。

• Faith (9/5): simple and minimalist - the design, how it’s well-insulated, and it has everything we need esp washing machine and wifi stairs, there was no elevator (esp my parents could easily get tired going up and down). also the toilet lock was broken

• Ferrer (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay in Osaka — the apartment was comfortable and well located, quite similar to our experience in Tokyo. It was a good base to explore the city, and overall we had a pleasant time. However, a few things could have been better. The host’s communication was not very clear, some of the bed linens were missing, and later we realized we had forgotten a few plates we bought there. That part was entirely our fault, but the situation became unnecessarily complicated the host made it difficult to confirm if they had found the plates and then asked for a shipping fee tobtake them to the post that was higher than the value of the items. While we take responsibility for forgetting them, the way it was handled felt a bit strange.
• denis (8/5): Très bien pour visiter Osaka et les environs. - . Les indications du propriétaire ,pour l’arrvée. Confortable. Bien équipé. Proximité d’une gare pour les visites extérieures.(Kyoto, Nara...) Des restaurants de cuisine Japonaise pas loin . La chambre manque d’insonorisation, mais un bon voyageur ne doit pas oublier ses " boules Quies" Et le problème n’exite plus.😄

• peiyi (10/5): 值得推薦 - 地點很方便 旁邊有AEON一樓就是超市 近捷運 離這次的行程都很近 環球、萬博、奈良、難波、天神橋筋...... 有浴缸小孩泡澡玩得很開心 每天洗衣烘衣節省行李重量 電水壺有兩個 冰箱也夠冷 每天都有冰水可以帶出門 帶兩個小孩非常輕鬆舒服的住宿 唯一可惜的是房間安排在四樓沒有電梯 大行李搬上搬下有點辛苦XD 有小小孩的可以先跟主人討論看看安排低樓層 有的床有點塌陷
• Barbara (3/5): Looking for it an HOUR! - It was clean. That after the 3rd (THIRD) time looking for it, walking around with our big luggage we were able to finally found the apartment. It took us about 1 hour to achieve it. And that day it was VERY HOT and we both were already tired.The owner add somehow 3 different addresses and didn't say which one was the right one. So probably they like playing games like hide-and-seek. We tried to contact the owner using WhatsApp (we are foreigners from Europe and have only Internet in Japan). He responded us after 2 hours asking about our reservation no. There was also no WiFi as promised. There was a router, but we weren't able to find a charger and a battery was like 4 %. Our chargers weren't compatible with the router. And there was only 1 key, which was inconvenient.
• Dalyor (9/5): In short, it is good. - Although it is small property, you can find many things there even rice cooker. If I knew, I would take rice there. I could not use toaster, manual would be fruitful.
• NAOKI (6/5): トータルで考えると、良かったと思います。 - 良かった点は、近くにコンビニやイオン、駅があること。 周辺は静かで、人も少なく、駐車場も近くにある。 部屋の中（トイレ・ユニットバス・部屋）に換気扇が無いこと。 また、家電は一通り揃っていますが、冷蔵庫の効きが悪かった。 洗濯機に関しては、前の人が使ったあとに清掃されておらず、 洗濯機の屑入れにゴミが入ったままでした。 トイレのごみ箱にも前に利用された方の生理用品が入ったままでした。 あと、これがあったら便利というのが、洗濯物を干すフックや、物干し竿などがあると良いでしょう。
• すずき (3/5): 部屋が不潔 - ・立地 ・値段 ・ひとまず、不潔。掃除が徹底されていない。 ・ちゃぶ台が、色がわかりにくいが、汚れていた。ウェットティッシュで拭き取ると茶色くなるぐらい。 ・トイレや風呂場・シンクなど、チェック項目にありがちな部分は掃除がされていたが、チェック項目になさそうな項目は汚く不潔に感じた。 例えば、ちゃぶ台:しつこめだが、拭き取れば落ちるレベルの調味料が固まった汚れがあった。畳の床。掃除機で軽くかけた感じはあるが、たまに水拭きで拭いていますか？畳のサラサラ感がなかった。その点、フローリング床は綺麗に掃除がされていた。同じ部屋なのに、エリアや物により清掃のレベルに差がありすぎた。 ・アメニティのシャンプー類。特にシャンプーは驚くほど水っほく、パッケージのビオレとのギャップが強すぎた。清掃担当従業員が水でカサ増しして中身を横領しているのではないかと疑うぐらい。とりあえず、３日間まともなシャンプーができなかったので、気持ちが悪かった。 ・

• Shakur (8/5): Very good - Location was close to train & within walking distance of excellent food. Rooms were spacious and air-conditioning worked well (travelled during summer). The guide book for using properties facilities was very handy. Washing machine / dryer in the apartment which is great. Located within 20-30mins of both Namba & Osaka-Umeda by train. Walls were thin so could hear noisy neighbors from other buildings. Toilet / Bathroom is very hot in summer. Bathroom is small if you are a tall / large person but not a dealbreaker just takes some getting used to. No elevator which means you get a good workout if you're on upper floor.

• Ayako (9/5): Satisfied - I stayed for 3 nights with 5 people (3 adults, 2 yo and 10 months old kids), and we all had a nice and relaxing time at the guesthouse. The place includes our room was clean and quiet. There was enough facilities like kitchenware, nice size of fridge and freezer, wi-if, laundry machine and drier. I could live there right away :D The location was good also. It was easy to get to Noda-hanshin station and some grocery stores by foot from the place. In total, it was satisfying for my first time family trip with kids. Thank you so much! There was no elevator so it was quite hard to get to 4th floor which I stayed on, with carrying two babies and over 20kg of luggage. I think the information of the booklet in the room was a bit old(especially about wi-if passwords and how I deal with garbage etc..)but I got an information PDF via message in advance so wasn’t a big trouble. But it would be nice if the booklet catches up with the newest information.
• Michelle (3/5): Fix the low hanging lights - Spacious living room, laundry available and detergent (which was delivered after we asked), large fridge. The lights are too low, and people can hit their head on it, which could be dangerous. Our height is only 5"4 and 5"6' and the lights are in the way. No servicing and no tissues were provided, so we had to use toilet paper instead. The towels (brown in picture) are too small for an adult, so we had to use our own beach towel. The stairwells are cramped and dirty.

• John (7/5): It served us this time but will be open to other housing options - We liked the space- not too crowded around the sleeping area, the place did not smell like smoke, which is something we value as we were traveling with kids. We appreciated that there was a washer in the room. The toilet was too small. My husband, who is 6', couldn't sit on it without his knees hitting the wall... I should not discuss how he managed the aftermath of #2. Also, there was no ventilation in the bathroom area, so it quickly turned into a sauna on a hot summer day. Major yuck. We wished the shower+tub area could have been a bit more roomy as it is one of the things we look forward to in Japan. The lack of counter space was a bit of an issue. Charging devices all over the floor... I wished we had bath towels at least the number of headcount in our reservation so I didn't have to wash them daily. I normally wouldn't wash bath towels daily but there was nowhere to hang them dry... I requested for extra bath towels after finding out we did not have enough for everybody, but they were not delivered despite promised. The noise outside- vehicles passing and people chatting- was quite audible even late at night. Oh, and this facility had no elevator, so be mindful for those who are bringing in large/heavy suitcases. Lastly, it would be ideal to have had some mugs. There was a kettle but no mugs... so, no morning coffee nor tea. :(
