Suíte bem espaçosa e bem mobiliada, localização fantástica. o aparelho de ar condicionado é um pouco barulhento. O horário de check-out (10h) é cedo pra quem vai pegar voo somente à noite, porém a estrutura permite que se deposite as bagagens até o horário que se desejar.

La ubicación es buena Aunque la ubicación es buena al estar cerca del Vaticano, está en una calle con bastante ruido. Además, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, por lo que recomendaría dejar el aire encendido durante el día para poder dormir mejor por la noche sin ruido del aire acondicionado y con las ventanas bien cerradas.

A good manager who quickly responds to requests from residents, clean bathroom with new appliences, good size bedroom, all needed furniture. Very nice old elevator. The house keeps sharm of the previous roman life. The house and rooms are quiet. Very noisy AC, bad lock on the entrance to appartment. The breakfast was very modest by American standards.

The accommodation is in a perfect location for exploring Rome. Everything is within walking distance. Check-in and check-out went without any problems. • Lučić (1/5): Katastrofa, tuga, jad… - Jedino pozitivno na smještaju je lokacija, jer se jako puno znamenitosti moglo proći pješke. Vlasnici su stari stan preuredili u 4-5 soba i to iznajmljuju pod nešto posebno. Nas je privukla lokacija (koja je stvarno super), doručak (koji je UŽAS, moraš napustiti objekt i ulicu dalje i ući u caffe/pekaru gdje predaš vaučer i dobiješ cappuccino i croasant. Ako si još gladan, a sigurno jesi, moraš kupiti dodatno o svom trošku ostale pekarske proizvode. Iz kupaone dolazi jako neugodan miris i morate obavezno obratiti pažnju da je daska od wc školjke spuštena i vrata zatvorena. Ako idete preko ljeta zaboravite na klimu. Klima jedva da hladi, a u slučaju da ju ostavite da radi preko noći bruji jače od bauštele. Otvaranje prozora preko noći da bi rashladili i osvježili prostor ne pomaže, jer je ulica toliko bučna da je nemoguće zaspati uz otvoreni prozor. I nema parkinga u sklopu smještaja, što znači da morate uvijek tražiti parking. I drskost koja je također sramota je da se plaća 14€ po osobi nekakava turistička taksa?!?! To nije nigdje bilo navedeno. Sreća bili smo samo dvije noći pa smo preživjeli. Da je boravak bio duže platio bih novi smještaj negdje drugdje. Ako ima ljudi kojima navedeno ne smeta, preporuka.
• Guest (4/5): - El anfitrión fue amable y disponible El hotel está bastante lejos de los lugares turísticos, si porque vas es el Vaticano está perfecto, pero si no está como a 40 minutos del centro, respecto al precio al inicio me aparecían 174 euros y al final pagué como 350 euros, pregunté a booking porque había variado tanto el precio y dijo que era el hospedaje le dije al hospedaje y dijo que era booking y al llegar pagué otros 21 euros de impuesto turísticos, precio calidad 5/10, la puerta fue complicada de abrir, el baño olía muy mal.

• Petr (10/5): Perfect accommodation for short-time tourist visit of Rome - Very nice room in a flat at perfect location in Vaticano Prati. Ideal for short-time stay in Rome. Walking distance to Vatican and Rome city center with all known places. When you want to go more far, the metro station is 5 minute walking distance from the property. Very kind staff (Athena) - based on WhatsApp communication, it was possible to check-in slightly earlier (after 13:00) which we really appreciated (my wife had a serious weakness that day during our travelling). The breakfest was simple (a coffee/cappucino and criosant), but very nice in close (1 min walk) nice caffeteria and bakery, for us typical breakfest for Rome and Italy and absolutely enough, especcially in rather hot days within our stay. Air conditioner in the room was very good, it is slightly more noisy, on the other hand, it is well located that flow of the fan doesn't lead to bed. In the case of the correct setting of reuiqred temprature, i.e. not too low, the room condition was perfect in hot summer days. The room had a coffee maker and a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar, as well as a fridge where you could always have a cold drink ready. There was also a bottle of wine at the room as a gift from the accommodation in the time of our arrival. Despite the perfect cleanliness, there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom and toilet, probably due to the heat in those days and the older infrastructure in the house and the surrounding area. However, this little thing did not spoil our overall good impression of the accommodation.
• Elaine (2/5): Like being in a sewer. The odor was unbearable for us. - The room was nice and location good. It was disgusting. We had no options to get another room and we paid good money. The plumbing was horrid. The bathroom smelled like urine with fecal matter swimming around the entire time. Like going into a Porta potty outhouse that has never been cleaned and is overflowing with waste. We didn’t even want to use it or take a shower, but we had no choice. It made me wanna throw. And up my son gives it up one rating.

Cristian was always in touch with me on WhatsApp. He met me, showed me everything, told me everything. He sent me recommendations for restaurants nearby, which helped me a lot! A nice bonus - a welcome bottle of wine, which brightened up my evenings after actively exploring the sights during the day! This is a very convenient location for exploring the city, I walked everywhere!

The person in charge for that place told me that you have to ask in booking site for cleaning the room and changing the towels,and you dont asked for these two things,but ti told him that thee is no such thing in booking,the hotel should clean the room and get towels for the travellers without telling them..

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Right away, it was clear that everything had been prepared with great care and thoughtfulness. When we entered our room, we were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail. The bathroom was fully stocked — from cotton swabs and makeup pads to a complete shower set. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, biscuits, plenty of coffee capsules with a coffee machine, tea, and so many other thoughtful touches. Everything was clean, neatly arranged, and beautifully presented. One tiny but lovely gesture that really stuck with me: the small box of fire sugar cubes — such a charming surprise! The room also had an iron and ironing board — something I rarely find in accommodations but always appreciate. The bed was spotless, with fresh, wonderfully scented sheets. The space was airy, and the lighting was just right — cozy enough to relax, yet practical enough to work if needed. Location-wise, it’s in a perfect spot. It’s within walking distance to the city center and the Vatican, yet nestled on a quiet and peaceful street. Waking up to the energy of Rome and being just steps away from its heart was a true privilege. Hebe Eternity Rooms offers more than just a place to sleep — it provides warmth, cleanliness, peace, and elegance in every detail. If we ever return to Rome, we won’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended with all our hearts.
• Michelle (10/5): A fabulous stay in central Rome. - I love how spacious and central the apartment is. Literally a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. There are a variety of great restaurants on your doorstep. Other attractions all within walking distance. The coffee shop that provides your coffee and croissant which is included in the price is lovely. Our hostess was fab !!! We got a taxi to and from the airport at £60 euro for 2 each way that was incredibly convenient and organised by the accommodation. Travel tip - wear comfortable shoes !!! Nothing

Really spacious, newly renovated/decorated and I would guestimate half the price of what you would usually pay for a property of this quality and location in Rome. Breakfast provided at cafe around the corner, complimentary red wine in the room and luggage stored after check out while I explored Rome before my home flight.
