• Stephany (5/5): - La ubicación y el trato del personal fue lo único q nos encantó por todo lo demás…cerca tienes variedad de supermercados incluyendo el Mercadona y unos restaurantes espectaculares nada q ver Sin aire acondicionado, con lo cual los ventiladores q tenían solo era remover el calor, No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso y encima para la entrada al condominio igual escaleras xq la puerta de la rampa no funcionaba, una tv pequeña y nada moderna ósea q nos tocó conformarnos con los canales de la antena, la habitación principal sin Tv, los colchones malísimos.. En conclusión para todo lo q cobran es FATAL
• Sara (9/5): Super Wohnung, super Lage - gerne wieder - Die Lage ist wirklich super! Leider haben wir nicht rausgefunden, mit welchem Bus man zum Bahnhof kommt, aber ein Taxi kostete etwa 5 EUR! Ansonsten grosser Mercadona in der Nähe, viele Restaurants und ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Meer. In der Wohnung war alles tip top! Sehr sauber. Nur einen Schlüsselbund, was für uns etwas umständlich war, weil man manchmal auch getrennt losgehen wollte. Der Toilettendeckel entspricht nicht der richtigen Grösse. Ansonsten nein, nichts zu bemängeln.

• Mara (10/5): Very nice winter stay. - Super. Lovely apartment lots of space and very peaceful. I like the garden the pool the location and the community feel. In the apartment there is all I need it is very restful and a great base from where to go out to the area or stay in and enjoy the place. It is very safe. Well managed and cared for. They were painting the facades on all the buildings it made a bit of noise at times but it was done relatively fast within some days. It is unrelated to the rental. Otherwise very nice and quiet.

• Mara (10/5): Exceptional - quiet and peaceful feel. safe and community feel. very clean and well furnished apartment. good space. very comfortable. two nice big loungers. i like the sort of stream running next to the house, with the sound of running water and the plants growing on it. i like the shared gardens and pools. good internet and tv. all kitchen and house furnishings. 1. one window does not lock. it would be better if the lock works. 2. i did not like the derelict building right across from the front door. it could use something like a shade screen to partially cover and restore the view and the ease. 3. no aircon. 4. fridge can be a bit noisy esp at night.
• Desislava (8/5): Nice place to stay but some repairs are necessary - The apartment is clean, specious, comfortable, very well equipped ( there was even some kitchen supplies, tables for the dishwasher, etc.). The location is perfect- walking distance from the beach, on the main street with many restaurants, but quite at the same time as it's on the back side of the building, facing the interior garden. The beach is wonderful- large, soft sand, the sea is perfect for swimming ( even in February :)). The host met us when we arrive but didn't warn us against some major issues like the problem with the electricity- every time when we switched on more than two appliances ( boiler and microwave for instance), the electricity was down. Sometimes it was down for more than 30 min and we were not able to restore it. The fuses have to be changed. Also there is no badge to open the front door of the building and the key is faulty- I couldn't open it at all, each time I had to call my husband for help.

• Mariia (10/5): highly recommend this place - The apartment is fantastic, flat with a lot of space, everything is provided for cooking, the pool is clean (and usually we were alone there, or rarely with a few people), everything was perfect! -
• Lena (10/5): Total recommend - We liked everything. The apartment is big. New modern facilities, furniture. Cool design. There’re a washing machine, a dishwasher, iron, hairdryer. All amenities are there. There’s groceries shop Mercadona just right ext to the house. Beach is in 7min walk. Two swimming pools are in the territory (childrens one was open). The host is super friendly and helpful. one little thing - toilet door without lock (no problem but we were with a little kid:))
