• Popa (7/5): - Great facilities, complementary items are very good and it’s comfortable. Breakfast is ok The traffic is loud. You can hear it with the window shut. The walls are very thin, you hear every sound from other rooms and also when they set the breakfast in the morning
• Maria (5/5): Kunde var bättre - Trevligt personal och mysigt rummet Frukost var uselt, inte många varianter för att välja och det som fanns smakar äckligt. AC funkade inte så effektivt så det blev varm i rummet även när man har det kopplat till kalt. Rummet var bredvid his rummet så hörde man hela tiden när hissen går upp och ner så det blev inte alls mycket sömn. Sedan så var det en grön ljus på taket, tror det har med säkerhet göra men det var så ljust och ovanför sängen så man kunde inte sova för att rummet blev inte så mörkt

Until the last part of my stay, I was very satisfied and would have gladly recommended this hotel. Unfortunately, one incident completely changed my impression. A brand-new t-shirt disappeared from inside my suitcase during my stay. I only noticed it the day before checkout while packing. I immediately informed the owner because I am 100% certain the t-shirt was inside my luggage when I arrived. What disappointed me most was not the financial value of the item, but the way the situation was handled. Although the owner offered to reimburse me for the t-shirt, he repeatedly insisted that I probably lost it somewhere else and strongly defended the staff before any proper investigation. This made me feel as though my concern was not being taken seriously and that I was being treated as if I were inventing the story. I understand that accusations like this are uncomfortable for any hotel, and I was not expecting anyone to immediately admit fault. However, as a guest, finding out that someone may have gone through my personal belongings seriously affected my sense of trust and security. It is unfortunate because apart from this incident, my stay had been genuinely very positive. Die Beleuchtung hat uns inspiriert, werden versuchen es so ähnlich zu Hause zu installieren. Sehr bequeme Betten, feine, richtige Decken. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Teebeutel und Teekocher im Zimmer. Eigene, kostenlose Parkplätze im Freien in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! 😊 Das einzige, was ich nicht nutzen konnte war der Kopfpolster, der für mich einfach zu dick war. Aber es ist Geschmacksache.

Otel çok merkezi. Kendi aracım ile geldim. Otelin verdiği otopark kartı ile çok yakındaki otoparka aracımı parkettim. Otele çok yakın 4 casino var yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle bu otelde kalırım. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

• Fabienne (8/5): Zentral, modern, aber hellhörig - Neue Unterkunft nahe dem Zentrum von Plovdiv. Aussergewöhnlich sauber und annehmlich. Der Parkplatz ist ein Plus. Der Rezeptionist war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hellhörig. Vielleicht hatten wir aber auch einfach Pech und rücksichtslose Nachbarn. Laute Musik war aus einem Zimmer unter uns zu hören. Als andere Gäste in der Nacht heimkamen hörten wir ihr Gespräch bei uns im Zimmer. Oropax nicht vergessen!

I would especially recommend the homemade fig jam 😁 I would also like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff — they are incredibly pleasant, friendly, and helpful people. When we were leaving, we were even hugging each other ☺️ I would also like to thank the owner of the hotel. It was very приятно to receive such attention — the way we were welcomed, shown around, and everything was explained to us. Overall, we are absolutely thrilled. I would definitely recommend this place — in my opinion, this is the best hotel in Plovdiv!

• Maria (10/5): Υπέροχο! - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην kapana, στην παλιά πόλη του Plovlid αλλά και σχεδόν σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος! Έχει parking όπου μπορείτε να αφήσετε το όχημα σας με ασφάλεια και να περιηγηθείτε με τα πόδια. Τα δωμάτιό μας ήταν ακόμη καλύτερο και από τις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό, άνετο με γήινους τόνους όπως τα κρεβάτια αλλά και τα λευκά όπως οι κουρτίνες, τα κλινοσκεπάσματα καθώς και οι τοίχοι. Τα στρώματα υπέροχα! Ο χώρος που σερβίρεται το πρωινό έχει φυσικό φως και επίσης με γήινα στοιχεία όπως τα τεχνικά φυτά αλλά και ο ήχος των πουλιών. Το πρωινό πλούσιο τόσο όσο, με εκλεκτά προϊόντα για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό, φιλικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Αν ξανά πάω στην συγκεκριμένη πόλη σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ίσως τα μαξιλάρια είναι πιο φουσκωτά από αυτό που έχω συνηθίσει, αλλά είναι τελείως προσωπικό θέμα. Ο σύζυγος δεν είχε πρόβλημα.

• Lyuba (10/5): Truly a fantastic hotel! - Exceptionally clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with every comfort, in a very convenient location right in the city centre. The staff are kind and very responsive, always ready to help the guests. Parking spaces are provided for guests at a nearby parking lot with continuous video surveillance. When we arrived late and used the self-check-in option, we received extremely clear and precise instructions — unlike some other experiences we’ve had. • Χριστινα (10/5): - Excellent hotel ! Great staff, great communication with the owner for our check-in and arrival time. The breakfast is perfect. Room is clean and constantly cleaned by the staff. Really close to the city centre (10 minutes walk). Also parking place is available. I’m really satisfied ! Couldn’t recommend it more!

• NURAL (10/5): Place full of energy. - Every single detail they have pad attention. I am hard to be impressed and have a lot of experience with hotels all around the world but this is amazing in his level of cozy atmosphere, service, hospitality….. I will visit this place again. -
• Vladimir (10/5): - Отель расположен в очень удобном месте — рядом центр, все под рукой. Атмосфера невероятно гостеприимная: персонал внимательный, приветливый, всегда готов помочь. В лобби-баре круглосуточно доступны бесплатные напитки — кофе и домашние лимонады, что создает особое ощущение уюта. Завтраки заслуживают отдельной похвалы — вкусно, с любовью приготовлено, всё подано красиво и аккуратно. Персонал постоянно интересуется, нужно ли что-то еще — чувствуется забота о каждом госте. Номера чистые, уютные и очень продуманные до мелочей: удобное рабочее место, множество розеток для зарядки гаджетов, хорошее освещение, современный душ. Есть кондиционер, фен, паровой утюг, бесплатная вода и кофе-капсулы, которые пополняют ежедневно. Особая благодарность хозяину отеля. Он лично заботится о комфорте гостей, с вниманием и добротой относится к каждому. При заезде угощают домашним лимонадом — мелочь, но очень приятно! Этот лимонад всегда стоит в холодильнике, и им можно угощаться в любое время. Отель уютный, теплый, с лифтом, все удобно и продумано. Мы с удовольствием приедем сюда еще раз и однозначно рекомендуем всем останавливаться именно здесь! 🌿
