I came with my 2 little pugs and they had little doggy beds with snacks on the pillows ready for them. Tim the host was such a delighted caring host. I had dinner at their restaurant which was so delicious. Thank you so much for making us feel so special and welcome. Must stay when you in the area.

- Anja (9/5): Charmant hotelletje - Heel kleinschalig stijlvol charmant hotelletje met slechts 4 kamers . Wij hebben genoten van de rust en van de zeer mooie ,propere ,ruime kamer met badkamer . Alles wat je kan bedenken is aanwezig. Wij zijn hartelijk ontvangen . Er is ook een verzorgd restaurantje aanwezig en een terrasje in de zomer. Een aanrader voor iedereen die op een rustig plekje wil genieten van een overnachting.

- Willem Hans (9/5): Mooie ervaring, plek om naar terug te gaan - Een verbouwde oude pastorie, gemoderniseerd maar met behoud van de oude elementen. Een prachtig eetzaaltje met mooi ingedekte tafels. Het personeel en de eigenaar maken je het echt naar de zin. Prima diner gehad.

- Peter (10/5): A small boutique hotel & restaurant which offers a warm welcome and is a wonderful place to relax - I received a very warm welcome from the owners, who are exceptionally friendly and supportive. The hotel is a small boutique property, and pride themselves on looking after their guests well. There is an excellent small restaurant, they specialise in preparing and offering food from the local region. I ate there during both nights of my stay, and thoroughly enjoying everything. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel welcome and because of issues with my transport, I needed to extend my stay which wasn’t a problem. When it was time to leave they took a personal interest in ensuring that I was able to make my way onto my next destination. This is a great place to relax. My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. There was a big showeroom. The room was at the back of the property overlooking the gardens. It was quiet at night and I had no trouble sleeping. The building is an original historic town house located on one corner of the town square. There is free parking on the square outside the hotel, which cannot be reserved. The town is pretty, but has only limited shopping facilities. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again, if a room is available…I would like to thank the owners and their family who did everything they could to make me feel relaxed, refreshed and ready to continue my onward journey Nothing to mention

Keine Tür zum Bad/Toilette in meinem Zimmer, war alleine unterwegs, Pärchen sollten das evtl. vorher prüfen.

- Dianne (9/5): Fijne en mooi en goed hotel om in te verblijven - Mooie authentieke ruimte met alle comfort. Het ontbijt is geweldig echter jammer dat bij zo'n exclusieve locatie en ontbijt sappen en jam uit een pak geserveerd worden. Rest van het ontbijt erg goed en overvloedig.

Maar genoten van het comfort op de kamer. Alles is er wat er moet zijn. En zelfs meer. Voor onze viervoeter was mandje, eet-en drinkbakje voorzien. En zelfs enkele snoepjes. Voor onszelf aardbeien En dan de tuin en restaurant deel zalig. Hadden prachtig weer en konden dus buiten eten. Met een voortreffelijke bediening en gastronomie uit de keuken. Gewoon TOP Kan niets bedenken

- Jon (10/5): Excellent - Tim, owner and chef, was great and happy to help whenever asked. Room was beautiful, well appointed with large comfy bed, new fittings complimented by tasteful old touches. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Safe parking for our bicycles was provided in one of the hotels garages. Garden with seating and tables was beautiful. Restaurant and bar were closed during our visit, unfortunately. Perhaps being closed on Tuesday and Wednesday should be clearer on the booking.com website.

- Steffen (10/5): I’d happily come back again. - The hotel is truly beautiful. It’s wonderfully decorated, with great attention to detail. There are bathrobes provided, and even a coffee machine. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It’s just very, very cozy and charming, small but lovely. The rooms are sufficiently spacious. Everything is simply wonderful. Even dogs are allowed for a small fee, and they are provided with treats, a dog bed, and a bowl. So much attention to detail. I had reserved two hotels and decided to go with this one at the last minute, and I don’t regret the decision at all, even though I only stayed for ten hours.

Since one of our two bicycles was stolen during our stay in Antwerp, the hotel owners lent us their own bicycle free of charge. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful time. This place is like a dreamland. Highly recommend.
