• Jaclyn (8/5): Great location for transport links, value for money - Great location for transport links. Comfortable enough. Real life Japanese suburb in an up and coming area. Whole house is nice after sharing hotel rooms Bathroom is freezing and no means of heating the first floor. Rude signs for taking off shoes but then provide terrible dangerous disposable slippers and no toilet slippers. All the cupboards are locked so you can’t put away futon when not in use. Realistically couldn’t cook a dinner here with equipment provided. Booked for 5 people but only dishes etc for 4. No where to hang washing or towels, no indoor rack for winter.
• Jian Wei (8/5): Still comfortable - The property is close to Tennoji JR station and Shin-imamiya JR station. Property is big and spacious for three people. Had some drunkards who were shouting on the first and third nights of the stay. Dun feel safe at night since the area was not well lit. For those with elderly parents, take note that the stairs are steep (see picture attached) My mum and i noticed that we had bites around our feet which we suspect is due to bed bites. Place can be easily dusty though vacuum cleaner is provided

• Yao Hui (9/5): 溫馨舒適但改善隔音會更好 - 我們4個人住了6天，價格來說很划算。獨棟1~3樓溫馨舒適，1樓是浴室跟洗衣機,2樓是一間洋式臥室及客廳，3樓是洋式臥室跟塌塌米各一間。雖然位在西成區從車站走過來經過橋下難免有些遊民，不過離車站、通天閣、天王寺都不太遠走路10~15分鐘內都可以到達，毛巾備品都很乾淨，垃圾桶也大還有分類很棒。3樓塌塌米很好睡很舒服。 房子不是砌磚的感覺像組合屋，隔音不好，在屋子內走動都有聲音，1樓到2樓的樓梯聲響特別大，建議檢查一下是否有問題。晚上開暖氣聲響也很震，3樓洋式房間床在窗台下，外面是隔壁陽台，有2個租客講話講到半夜3、4點，整晚無法睡，移動到塌塌米房後才好些，不過還是有暖氣的聲響震動感。3樓沒有廁所，半夜上廁所要到1樓或2樓。1樓的大門有點鬆動門鎖不是太好開。浴室有霉臭味所以屋主放了很多芳香劑，導致味道很奇特。

• Melquiades (8/5): - Es enorme para lo que es Japón, 3 plantas con comunicaciones muy cómodas y con todo relativamente cerca La limpieza, se habían olvidado limpiar una de las papeleras de los baños. El aire de la última planta hacía mucho ruido. No hay secadora
• Matić (8/5): - Lokacija skroz okej, blizina metroa i FamilyMarta. Sve čisto i besprijekorno. Sva potrebna oprema dostupna unutar apartmana. Jako uski hodnici, jako niski prolazi kroz vrata, jastuci na krevetima ekstremno neudobni (kao da niti nemam podlogu pod glavom).

• Sandy (9/5): - Saubere und große Zimmer, schöne Einrichtung, sehr gute Lage. Leider etwas hellhörig, die Nachbarn waren zeitweise etwas laut. 5/6 Nächten war aber ruhig. Die Stufen sind sehr steil, aber das ist wohl der japanische Baustil

• Diana (8/5): Little charming Japanese house - Excellent location. Charming Japanese house with tatami room. Bonus with a washing machine, ideal for families. It needs a good dust off - window sill, behind and around furniture, shelves and plants. Basic kitchenware, not enough plates and pots. The steps were steeps, beware if travelling with young children or elderly. Also ac was off on one of the hottest days of the year on arrival, it took hours to cool down.

• Kaitlin Pineda (7/5): Decent property but probably best for adults or families with older children. - The location is convenient to multiple train stations and the area it's in was off the main road. The fridge and cooking set up was nice and we greatly appreciated the laundry soap that was available to use, as well as the clothes hanging abilities to dry clothing on the balcony upstairs. The host was very responsive to messages. If you are traveling with young children, be warned that the stairs are STEEP! We were very concerned for our 2 year old and even 7 year old going up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, even though the property has 3 levels, the kids were mainly corraled to the 2nd floor unless bathing which is on the first floor. The tub was nice and deep with a standard Japanese tub filling system but the tiles in the bathroom were stained from past mold it seems. Lots of dust under the furniture (Toddlers get everywhere!). The pillows were very uncomfortable. While the property is off the main road a little bit, it was very loud still at night and we were woken multiple times from traffic noises (cars and motorcycles at 2 am).

• Yueting (2/5): I would not recommend this stay, I regret booking this one... - It’s conveniently located near a subway station. Hygiene: This was by far the worst cleaned accommodation I’ve encountered in a long time. One of the beds still had hair from a previous guest, the pillows were stained, and when we raised the issue, the host said it couldn’t be resolved until the next day. Exhausted after a long day of walking, we took matters into our own hands and managed to find a clean sheet within the accommodation so we could at least sleep. To our surprise, the host later threatened to charge us for using the extra sheet. I’m not sure what they expected, were we supposed to sleep in dirty bedding? Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of it. The bathroom walls were covered in mold. It’s clearly been building up for quite some time, and I’m genuinely puzzled as to how this has gone unaddressed by the host. I’ve included photos to show the extent of the issue. Kitchen: The kitchen amenities were extremely limited. There was only one pan, which looked like it went through hell and back, the Teflon coating was scratched beyond believe. The stove was dirty as well, I've seen cleaner ones in student housing. General Condition: The accommodation was quite old, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the lack of maintenance was very apparent. Most of the furniture and fixtures were outdated, and many doors had rubber seals hanging loose. It’s obvious this place hasn’t received proper care in a long time. Neighborhood: The area itself felt somewhat unsafe, particularly at night, it seems to be one of the less desirable parts of Osaka. I imagine female travelers might feel especially uncomfortable here. The building is also close to a highway, and with the poor soundproofing, noise from passing cars is quite loud and frequent. The front door area had dirty towels from the previous guest lying there for our entire stay. I have no idea why they weren’t removed, it was unpleasant and unwelcoming to come back to that every day.

• Zhiidegul (4/5): Disappointing - The house is located near the station. The owner responds quickly, but does not keep his promises. It was very cold at home, the floors were especially very cold, there were not enough slippers, we rented for 7 people, but there were only 4 slippers. When I wrote to the owner about this, he said that the cleaner would bring them, but they still did not bring them to us. The stairs are very narrow, there is nothing to hold on to, it was very inconvenient to go up and down. The lighting in the rooms is very dark, not as bright as in the photo. The rent is expensive compared to other areas, not worth the money! We were disappointed.
• Kerry (10/5): Cute house in a great location. - This house is in a great location, close to JR and train station, Shinsekai food market and we walked to Dontonbori. A renovated traditional house, 3 levels, very narrow with steep stairs and the bathroom on the bottom. The rooms are nice and big for Japan and the place was spacious for our family of 5. Not a big thing but there is no dryer and in winter it was hard to dry clothes.

• Chris (9/5): Wonderful! I would stay here again! (Short term) - Like in a proper hotel without the price. Everything is provided for you! We were even surprised to find powerbanks there! Fast internet! Nice and cozy rooms! Very nice smelling house! No cupboards or drawers to store your clothes. We were left to leave our luggages on the ground flr so we have to walk up and down a couple of times in a day. You are sure to close up your activity rings here! No a/c or fan on the ground flr. It tends to be hot and humid there. No heater in the bathroom. You’ll be cold as ice in the winter. Steep stairs. If you have tiny feet, you are fine. Giants, big people. I don’t think this place is for you. Needs a digital lock for convenience! Carrying a small key is scary.
• Lay (8/5): Good place to stay. I like - Clean, location, allowed early check in. Shower all the way at the bottom. No dryer. Too many steep stairs.

• Kyoko (8/5): Roomy house where space is in short supply - The house was big and comfortable. The AC worked well. Amenities were good. It was close to the subway station, and walking distance to Abeno area. I was told that the area isn't the safest. However there was a police station close by and I've never felt unsafe there. Still, I would take care of travelling alone after dark. The house is three stories high and the stairs are narrow and steep, typical Japanese fashion. You won't be able to carry large baggage upstairs. There is a rather large area on the ground floor so you can keep bulky luggage there.
• Kendall (8/5): Very good - The house was lovely! It was the perfect size for 4 of us (2 couples) and the decor felt very comfortable. There are lots of common areas to relax in, and it was a nice perk to have the washer to do laundry and clothing rack on the balcony to hang dry. A quick walk to the subway system and a ~5 min walk to the JR line. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely the cutest place we stayed on our trip. The hot water was broken during our stay, but we were able to get in touch with the host and, after some trouble shooting, they sent someone out to fix it, as well as offered to pay us back for the cost of a nearby bathhouse. Outside of the unit, though, the location is only alright. It's about a 15 min train ride into Osaka, which isn't bad given the price.
• Tsung-wei (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for visit Osaka. Less than 5 mins walk to metro and about 12 mins walk to Nankai railway station. The rooms are very cozy and home feeling. The whole house was very clean. 2 toilet and washing machine is a real bonus. The house is close to a main road and highway. Everyday in the midnight, there were several cases of illegal street racing caused unpleasant noise. And also, occasionally awaken by siren from Ambulance and Police car.
