I showed it to the staff and they said they were aware of it and essentially couldn’t deal with it because they were short staffed. They offered me a bottom bunk for my next night there and then I ended up moving to a different hostel.
• Thaís (5/5): Very uncomfortable experience due to poor handling of a booking system issue. - The hostel itself is nice and comfortable, but the staff was so rude and disrespectful that it completely ruined the experience. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful during my stay. Due to an internal system issue with my reservation dates, they repeatedly pressured me for payment every few minutes and even approached me at my bed to charge me. I was always willing to pay normally at check-out, as nothing had been requested at check-in. The situation was handled very unprofessionally and made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest.

• Marc (8/5): Good value practical hostel - Very good value hostel with nice beds and facilities that provide good value. I stayed there as I booked the Loop through them, and so it was really handy to set off and get it all paid for in the place I was staying. Not really a social hostel, but I still had no issues meeting other travellers to hang out with. Staff did the job and were helpful most of the time but a slight weird vibe - they really didn't care that much on one occasion when one of my shirts was taken from my room which was strange.

• Ebrahim (10/5): - The dorm rooms are so asthetic and comfy, you'll just want to relax in the rooms. The overall property is also very good and clean. The staff is very friendly, they offer free snacks all the time . The location is also very good . There was nothing i could dislike.

• Cheryl (10/5): Great service and location - I did a tour with them and then stayed a night, I left my kindle on one of the nights tours in ha giang and they managed to get it back to Hanoi for me. Excellent! The dorm was also clean, cool and had privacy curtains and fans at each bed. Nothing, was great.

The staff are great, there’s a cosy but small common area with tea coffee and snacks available, beds are very comfortable and the dorms each have their own private bathrooms with great showers. Not very social but depends on what you’re looking for.

Reception people were lovely and booked Ha Giang tour through them and it was epic. Need to fill soap and shampoo containers more frequently but really all was great.

• Alli (7/5): Tidy & centrally located spot in Hanoi - This property is very centrally located and easy to walking to main attractions and markets. The room is comfortable and tidy. We found it spacious for central city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Due to its great location it is exceptionally noisy, especially because it backs onto the church which plays bells every 15 mins from 5am to 11pm. Not even our top quality earplugs to block this out. If you are planning to stay at your accommodation a lot during your stay to relax, this is not the place for you.

• Maja (10/5): We loved this hostel so much, we did the ha giang loop with them and had the best time, the hostel is spotless clean, be - The best hostel in Hanoi, staff are amazing, so welcoming and soooo kind!

I literally found mini cockroaches around the washroom, small red ants on the table. The room given to us for day 1 was way smaller and different to what the picture showed while booking. After changing the room on day 2 , even though the size of the room was slightly bigger but the issue was again the same i.e. it wasn't maintained well.
