• Zsanett (10/5): Ágy - Tiszta szép szoba, gyalogosan 35 perc alatt bent volunk a városban. Sajnos a falak elég vékonyak, így hallottuk a szomszédokat. A fő ágynak a matraca már igencsak ki volt feküdve, illetve a plusz ágy minden mozdulatnál nagyon nyikorgott.

Všude špína,smrad - Jediné co se nám líbilo, tak bylo čisté povlečení Když jsme si vybrali pokoj s manželskou postelí a lůžkem navíc pro 9 letou dceru,tak byli u poptávky jiné fotografie pokoje😡Když jsme přijeli nestačili jsme se divit, jak se mohou vejít 3 lidi do tak malého pokoje!Malý úzký sprchový kout, rozbitá skříň,rezavý záchod a vstup do celého objektu něco hrozného. Dole nás vítal před schody roztrhaný hadr na utření bot, červené koberce špinavé tak jako kdyby je někdo pozvracel! Na pokoji byla dost zima, protože v únoru skoro netopili, ale vrchol všeho byla venku sdílená kuchyň pro 3 apartmány o, které nebyla ani zmíňka při kupování tohoto pokoje. Reakce ubytování hned po příjezdu na všechny moje výtky byla: Objednala jste si pokoj s manželskou postelí a jedním lůžkem navíc, při odchodu nechte klíče ve skříňce! Toť vše😡

• Andrew (8/5): - Встретили у входа, предоставили ключи. Легкая и понятная инструкция по заселению. Чисто в номере. Есть приборы, ложки и тарелки. Тесновато в ванной комнате. Не хватало полотенца для ног. Окна деревянные и окно на улицу закрывается, а вот то что ближе к комнате не закрывается плотно.

Foto’s van alle appartementen achter elkaar op booking geplaatst, je denkt dus dat je heel wat krijgt en dat valt enorm tegen! Slaapzaal onder schuin dak, behoorlijk krap met 6 eenpersoons bedden en gèèn verduistering en geen afsluitbare deur waardoor geluid van beneden door galmt naar slaap gedeelte. Geen sloten op wc en badkamer. (We waren met 3 stellen waaronder pubers.) Terras genoemd in tekst was niet in open lucht maar volledig met glas afgeschermd woonkamer/ keuken. Om te stikken zo warm. Geen tafel om aan te eten. Keukengerei mager. Krapjes voor 6 personen. En veel te duur voor het gebodene.

Gute Lage (nahe einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle), ruhige Gegend, gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber( außer Fenstern) und warm. 5-й этаж без лифта!!! В кухне недостаточно посуды, нет кофеварки. Во всей квартире грязные окна и сломанные стулья. В ванной комнате единственная разетка и без подачи электричества. В туалете не открывается окно и недостаточно туалетной бумаги. В общем квартира давно требует ремонта и замены некоторых предметов мебели. Die Wohnung im 5. Stock hat keinen Aufzug! In der Küche fehlen Geschirr und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Fenstern sind schmutzig und 2 Stühle sind kaputt. Im Badezimmer gibt es nur eine Steckdose ohne Strom. Das Toilettenfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen und es ist zu wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung dringend renovierungsbedürftig und benötigt neue Möbel

Niemiłe doświadczenia z panią sprzątającą, gdyby nie ona byłoby zna - Lokalizacja i cena Obsługa nie miła, krzyczy tylko po rosyjsku. Myślę, że jeśli nie zostały spełnione podstawowe warunki takie jak odpowiednia temperatura, to niestety nie mogę polecić tego miejsca. Ma swój potencjał, ale trzeba coś z tym zrobić.

• Joanna (6/5): - Aparatent jest dużo mniejszy i znacząco różni się od tego co widzimy na zdjęciach i co zarezerwowaliśmy. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo niski. Obiekt bardzo mały, dosłownie można gotować obiad siedząc na łóżku. Dodatkowo spod prysznica przez całe trzy dni wydobywał się bardzo śmierdzący zapach.

Wszystko co potrzebne jest - naczynia, ręczniki, nawet kufle do piwa:) Brakowało informacji przy rezerwacji, że jest to czwarte pietro bez windy. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem - wejście z całym osprzętem bobasa i samym dzieckiem - kaaatorga. Dostaliśmy apartament bez tarasu - choć na zdjęciach jest widoczny. Parking nie jest blisko, dookoła miejsca wyłącznie dla mieszkańców. Nie dostaliśmy adresu parkingu więc trochę sie go naszukaliśmy, był około pół kilometra od obiektu.

• Feliks (10/5): Beautiful flat in a calm region of Prague. - A very pleasantly furnished flat with a beautiful view, the host provided all the information necessary for check-in and check-out beforehand which made the stay much smoother. Very steep stairs to the upper room and he beds being placed all in one small room - good for a short stay, but for more than 2-3 nights for a bigger group it’s a bit claustrophobic.

• Athanasios (9/5): A good choice for budget stay in Prague - The room is close to the metro (you need to go uphill) and tram and the location is good. It is neither big nor small in a relatively old building. It is clean and well equipped and has a good quality to value rate. Drainage in Prague can be an issue and this is not an issue of the apartment only.

It wasn't clear what we would get when we arrived. We thought we would have a sitting area, but we just got a room with a double and a single bed. There was also a shared very small kitchen area.

• Marius (4/5): Disappointing - Pouring and contact was unproblematic. The staff were very nice. The location is also very good. Unfortunately, the cleanliness really left a lot to be desired... The beds were stained and we found hair. There was also no rubbish in the room. Otherwise, I find the pictures in the description unfortunately very deceptive, as they do not show the reality of the room you get in the end.
• Nihat (4/5): Disappointed - The person who was responsible for the key of the apartment was kind and communicated. The location of the place was good. Firstly the room we have didn't look like at booking.com. And people were cooking something at the common kitchen even at 2.00 AM and that smell from food was all around in our room until the morning. Lastly all the time we were hearing the sound of water from walls.

• Claudia (8/5): Clean and cozy - Although I never saw the host, they were incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. I had to spend the previous night at the airport due to transport issues and once they found out, allowed earlier check in for no additional cost. Answered quickly to any of my queries and I felt that although not visible, they were always available. The property itself is located in what seemed a residential area, that was relatively quiet. The room was clean, mattress and pillows comfortable and definitely good value for the money. There are several trams passing close by, a Lidl and several shops and restaurants within the area. If you want to cook or have your own food, there was a microwave and a fridge/freezer inside the room and outside there was a small kitchen area that I only had to share with another room, with a kitchen sink, some cookware and a halogen/induction plaque. The shower head was a bit too high for me. I understand it is an older building, but probably having detachable shower heads might be helpful in the future. Also, having electric sockets closer to the bed would have been useful. But none of these take away from the good experience I had with this property.
• Michala (4/5): Not what we expected - The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean We booked expecting an apartment, but instead got a very basic room with minimal facilities. This property was listed when I searched for apartments. The name on the listing said ‘Sunflower Apartments’ (it now has changed to apartments & suites since I raised it with them) The pictures showed apartments with living area/kitchen. There is another listing called Sunflower rooms which more accurately showed what we actually got. There were minimal cooking facilities, which consisted of 2 portable hobs and a microwave in a very dark hallway shared with other people, minimal crockery/cutlery etc. It really affected our stay as we had planned to eat in and go sightseeing but we couldn’t here, meaning the trip overall was much more expensive than we had planned for. This is only really suitable if you just solely want a place to sleep and be out the rest of the time. We also had to endure hours of very loud drilling in the room next to ours from 10am on our 2nd morning, we ended up going out earlier than planned to escape.
