• Peter (10/5): Relaxing, family fun in the sun. - Very well equipped and very attentive owner/manager. The welcome drinks were a fantastic touch. Unfinished local area but totally understandable given the economic rollercoaster of the last few years.

Es gab ein Willkommensgruss, so dass der erste Einkauf nicht sofort erfolgen musste! Sehr umsichtig und angenehm! ☺️ Ein tolles Haus alles in allem-falls man etwas finden möchte, was evtl. nicht gefällt, dann wäre höchstens zu nennen, dass das obige Bad recht kühl war an eher kühleren Tagen, so dass selbst die Handtücher dort drinnen nicht so recht trocknen wollten.

• Tanya (10/5): A perfect family holiday 🙂 - We had the most wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa. We arrived in the evening around 8.30pm Raul was very clear on how to get there from the airport and he met us there. We walked in to the most homely, spotlessly clean, perfect holiday home, we was all so happy after a not so great journey. We was shown around and then we went outside to the garden and wow stunning!! Everything is so well kept so beautiful, the pool was lovely warm with floats and swimming aids for children, the garden lights and children’s play area was beautiful everything is so neat and tidy and there’s lots to do. The beds were comfy with crisp white bedding the bathrooms smelt clean and fresh there was also beers, fizzy drinks, and wine in the fridge and a big supply of coffee pods. The views from the balcony at sunrise and sunset are spectacular and There’s everything you could possible need in this villa. There’s also a lovely row of shops bars a play park and restaurants within walking distance from the villa we had a lovely meal in the Italian there, we also had take away chicken and chips from the chicken shop which was lovely and we used the well stocked super dino. We hired a car to get around the island but we did get a taxi a couple of times down to the marina which was only €5. We loved our stay so much that we booked again whilst we was there and we can’t wait to return Nothing

• leah (10/5): This villa feels like home we did not want to leave - We just got back from a 9 night stay at this fantastic villa. It was perfect for all 7 of us for a family holiday. The youngest being 4 and the oldest being 73. We were first met by Raul on arrival and he explained what we needed to know about the villa and gave a brief run down on the area. He is very nice and was responsive when we had questions during our stay. He had stocked the fridge with some beers, wine and soft drinks which was a nice touch. The grounds are stunning and ideal for a 4 year old to run around in. The pool (excellent size and heated) mini golf course, pool table, fusbal, playground and sat tv kept all ages entertained. The villa itself was very clean and had a washer and a dryer, iron, 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had a dish washer and lots of coffee making devices to suit all coffee tastes. It is set in a quiet location with a strip of places to eat and drink. There are also some super markets just a short walk away which are great for everyday supplies. There is also an excellent bus service which will take you to further places like Flamingo beach (10 mins) or Play Blanca (15 mins) The bus is cheap and runs 15 and 45 every hour. Montana Rioja beach is a 20 minute walk along the stunning coastal path. Nothing
• Ian (10/5): 10/10 We can't wait to return - We had the most amazing stay at this villa for 11 nights June 2025. Everything was fantastic and it had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back! The host has excellent welcoming us to the villa and going above and beyond so that we were settled on arrival. Location was good, just a 5.minute walk to Faro park bars/restaurants and small supermarket, handy bus service here also taking you into the centre which we used a few times. There was nothing not to like about this villa!

• Rok (10/5): Perfect stay! - Our stay at this villa in Playa Blanca was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the heated pool—the water was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim at any time of the day. Raul, our host, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for us. The location was also great, offering both privacy and easy access to local attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! Everything was great!

Nothing to do with the property - just an observation that it may be worth renting a car when staying here as it is a bit outside of Playa Blanca. This was our fault for not arranging as we were completely unaware of how difficult it is to get taxis in Lanzarote!

We have stayed in many villas in playa Blanca and this was the best. Really hard to say. I believe the only thing we could pick on was that there was no bbq tools. Easily solved!
• Scott (10/5): Best property we’ve stayed in as a family. Raul is a great host host and periodically checked in with me to see if I had - Everything! Other villas we have used in the area have the original Kitchen, usually outdated and very brown. This place has a brand new and modern kitchen which gives you so much additional natural light. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas are great too. Outdoor area is fantastic! Great use of the very large garden. Other houses have decent area around the pool, leaving a lot of the natural black sand in situ. This property owner has invested significantly, furnishing the garden with modern beds, a cabana, plus others items like, play area, mini golf, and pool table. The best thing is the majority of the garden has artificial grass, meaning so much more outdoor space for both adults and children. Outside dining, bathroom and shower by the heated swimming pool is also a great touch and rare in Playa Blanca. Everything was exceptional.
• Forbes (10/5): Forbes Oct Hols 2024 - The Villa was superb, had everything we could have wanted in it. The golf, pool table, climbing frame and trampoline along with the private pool were brilliant. The villa was immaculate and very spacious. There are a row of shops, restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk which was great too. There was nothing not to like.
