Great location (5-10 mins walk away from the Southeast entrance of the National Forest Park). The serenity and beauty of the mountains are in front of you. Chinese breakfast is great, however having more variety every now and then would be wonderful.

Docent size, comfy room, choice of European breakfast To book a room with a mountain view, one needs to book a room with a bathtub on the balcony. The bathtub has been of little use (over 3 days we haven’t seen anyone using such bathtubs), while it is taking half of the balcony space and water is leaking under it.

Clean and nice rooms including a balcony with a beautiful view. We got some great advises from Robert where to go and help by booking tickets. Recommend this place for sure.

• Christophe (10/5): Visite du parc exclusivement - Le personnel de cet établissement est incroyable ! Et résume la notion de service. Toujours avec le sourire. Ils vous donnent toutes les indications et astuces pour une visite optimisée du parc. Ils nous ont accompagné le 1 er jour jusqu’à l’entrée des portiques, ce qui nous a évité de perdre du temps derrière les cars de groupe. Tous les membres du staff ont été incroyablement au petit soin avec nous. La nourriture est également excellente. Fondue de poulet et le canard laqué succulent.

• David (10/5): 10/10 would highly highly recommend - The staff went above and beyond to make our trip as comfortable and memorable during our very first time traveling with family in China. They helped book all our tickets for Zhangjiajie park and Tianmen mountain, arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us off to our next hotel, and even helped us immensely with tips and details with our itinerary within the parks. Particularly Nie and Robert were truly the standouts who made our stay so comfortable as they truly exceeded our expectations in taking care of us, all within their best ability in speaking English (which was very good!). Nie took care of us from day one in helping us feel comfortable especially as she was the point person in translating our questions and requests to the local staff there and Robert was the expert of the parks who sat down with us to help lay out a detailed route in navigating the mountains and parks. The resort is a 15 minute walk from the middle gate which helped us avoid the tour bus crowds that usually start at the East gate. And everything felt incredibly clean and modern. We really loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie! P.S the food here is really good! Very authentic, homey Chinese cuisine (particularly their beef and vegetable dish and stir fried cabbage). Love you guys and really appreciate all the warmth you guys showed us <3 No complaints. I will mention, we didn't have this issue at all because we knew how to keep the screen up while our windows were open.. but we did see other guests having issues with bugs coming into their rooms. But the staff were so accommodating in killing the bugs late into their night.

Nos ayudaron a planificar la visita al parque y compraron nuestras entradas.(El primer día nos acompañaron a la entrada del parque para asegurarse de que todo estuviese bien).La habitación era enorme y con unas vistas espectaculares.Recomiendo pedir la comida que preparan en el propio hotel... nos encantó.Nuestra estancia nos demostró que no siempre es necesario hablar el mismo idioma para entenderse. La llegada en Didi no fue fácil,Aconsejo tener preparada la dirección en chino previamente.

Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt mit ca. 15 min Fussweg zu einem Eingang in den Nationalpark. Die Beschreibung der Klimaanlage war etwas komplex - so hat es einen Tag gebraucht bis wir es warm im Zimmer hatten.

• moni_bcn89 (9/5): - We loved the location of the hotel, as it was 3min car ride from the park entrance (and the staff helped us getting there in the morning, later we just used didi to come back, it's super cheap). It was great not to be in the car for 45min each way to get to the park (as it would be if you stay in Zhangjiajie city). the food was amazing in the hotel restaurant, so I wouldn't bother to go to any other local place (especially if you don't eat pork, as finding chicken/veggie options in local places is a challenge and hotel restaurant provides all the options). They also have chinese wine "the great wall" which was a great try too. we loved our room with a terrace and a bathtub outside. The staff helps with everything, booking the entrances, recommending food options etc. Super helpful. it was a bit cold inside when we arrived, but after some time it got better. also, as we visited in the fall, the outside of the hotel needed a bit of care (the swimming pool area, as not in use was not taken care of). it didn't bother us much, as it was cold outside and we wouldn't use the swimming pool anyway.

Manca ascensore che al 4 piano può essere un problema, anche se il personale si fa sempre carico nello spostare le valigie.

Нужно быть готовым к этому, делая выбор в пользу пейзажа.

Zimne piwo dostępne całą dobę. Basen na świeżym powietrzu bardzo przydatny w dusznym klimacie Zhangjiajie. Pytajcie o przewodnika imieniem Jack, jeśli chcecie sprawnie zwiedzić park narodowy nie błądząc po kilometrach ścieżek bez sensu. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

• Jacek (10/5): The best four days I had during my long travel to China - Amazing place for a start point to all atracciones of Zhangjiajie region. Cozy rooms with balcony, open air pool accesible all the time, excellent breakfast and the most important thing: all staff very helpful and confident in organizing tickets, transfers and all what you need - better than consierge in five-stars hotels in Beijing. I can recommend them, especially when you need local guide to the National Park ask about Jack - young, profesional and English speaking. It's difficult to complain on anything.

El hotel está en un entorno maravilloso y andando del parque a 10 minutos aunque ellos nos llevaron y nos fueron a recoger cuando acabamos. Cenamos allí ambos días y la comida muy rica. El desayuno poca opción occidental, pero lo justo para poder desayunar algo.

• Elisa (9/5): Il punto di partenza perfetto per le Hallelujah Mountains - Hotel bello nuovo immerso nel silenzio della natura e con una vista pazzesca sulle montagne. Le camere sono le prime davvero spaziose che abbiamo trovato tra tutti gli hotel visitati in Cina. La struttura è moderna e si trova in una posizione comodissima per l’ingresso al parco delle Hallelujah Mountains. Non tutto il personale parla inglese, ma chi si occupa di assistere gli ospiti — anche nell’acquisto dei biglietti d’ingresso — lo fa in modo impeccabile. È un servizio davvero utile: ti aiutano a scegliere il ticket più adatto, fornendo mappe e indicazioni pratiche per organizzare al meglio la visita già dalla mattina. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera in albergo: cena ottima, così come la colazione, varia e abbondante
• Francesca (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Luogo incantevole, personale gentile e disponibile ad aiutare il cliente per qualsiasi cosa. Stanze bellissime e rilassanti, letti comodissimi. Cena in hotel molto buona. Posizione perfetta per essere in pochi minuti di auto o 15’ a piedi all’entrata del parco! I ragazzi dello staff ci hanno riservato tutti i biglietti dei parchi richiesti, e spiegato nel dettaglio come funzionavano, sono stati davvero preziosi! Piacevole anche aver passato una serata a giocare con il biliardo presente nella sala all’ ingresso!
• Mikhail Dragan (9/5): Однозначно стоит ехать в Чжанцзяцзе и выбирать именно - Отличный персонал, который поможет вам составить тур маршруты и с покупкой билетов, шикарный вид из окна, много развлечений на территории отеля - бильярд, бассейн, книги, настолки, тренажеры. Можно купить вино или пиво. Также нам понравились вкусные завтраки Номера чистые, если не заглядывать под кровать), а также не стоит двигать тумбочки. Не было холодильника, но если попросить, то вам его принесут.
• Haitham (10/5): Outstanding experience - The hospitality by the people there was amazing, I went to the wrong hotel and they picked me up from there, Ming was very helpful, very generous, very supportive, he kept helping me in every step I do in Zhangjiajie park, felt like home really and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone The hotel map need to be adjusted in the applications

Very welcoming people, close to the park entrance Maybe if you like to go out night time it’s a little bit far from the town centre, but still very easy to commute with Didi

• Alessandro (10/5): 3 peaceful nights close to the Park - Vista stupenda al mattino e comodissimo per accedere al parco dall’ingresso Su Est. Chao è stato perfetto: dall’upgrade di stanza alla massima disponibilità e aiuto fornitici. Consigliato anche il ristorante.

• Karen (10/5): Fantastic hotel and staff who really made our stay in Zhangjiajie memorable. - The property is in a fantastic spot for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park. Right by the middle gate (so less people) and although walkable the fantastic staff at the hotel dropped us off and picked us up each day. Ming was such a help to us getting tickets and helping us with all our questions he is a real asset to the hotel. Chau (not sure I’ve spelt this correctly) was also very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and it was such a treat to be able to sit on our balcony in the tub with a cold drink at the end of the day. Breakfast was good and we also had great dinners there. Would definitely return to this hotel.
• CARLOS (8/5): - Super attentive, helpful and nice staff. Room size is on the big size and the swimming is also nice. Quite some stairs for carrying the luggage if you're on the 3rd floor (no elevator but staff proactively helps!). Breakfast is just ok.

Aux explications clairs et réservations pour visiter le parc national. Si vous souhaitez une chose, il suffit d’en parler et tout est organisé à la perfection. La propreté de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel ! Un hôtel peut clairement changer votre séjour et c’était le cas pour cet hôtel. TOUT ÉTAIT PARFAIT

• Ludovica (8/5): - Buona colazione, ottima qualità del ristorante sia a pranzo che a cena, i piatti erano abbondanti e buonissimi. Lo staff è super gentile e preparato per tutte le attività da fare nella zona. La camera purtroppo era molto umida e se restava chiusa tutta la giornata aveva un odore non gradevole, nulla che non si potesse risolvere con l’apertura delle finestre (che però facevano entrare ogni tipo di insetto)

• Jaime (9/5): Todo facilidades - Lo limpio y cuidado que estaba todo, la piscina, la cercanía al parque y las facilidades que te da el hotel para acercarte y recogerte/planificar el tour y reservar las entradas, y que hablan inglés, que no es fácil encontrar en china un hotel donde hablen inglés. Que al no estar en el pueblo, para cenar/comer o dar un paseo, hay que coger taxi o didi, asi que prefieres quedarte a cenar en el hotel, pero tampoco tiene precios baratos.

• Luca (9/5): La vista delle montagne di Zhangjajie - Struttura comoda per l'accesso al parco di Zhangjajie. La posizione è felice, tranquilla, circondata dalla vegetazione, il taxi (o l'auto privata) è necessario per raggiungerla. A disposizione degli ospiti piscina e biliardo. Il discreto ristorante interno evita di raggiungere per la cena la città (a circa mezz'ora). Stanza molto ampia e confortevole con balcone, vasca iacuzzi esterna e vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Il personale simpatico e disponibile. E' possibile organizzare le visite alle zone turistiche di Zhangjajie con l'aiuto dei gestori. Purtroppo la fase antecedente il nostro arrivo non è stata soddisfacente. Nonostante avessimo fatto presente più volte e con molto anticipo le zone che volevamo visitare e la necessità di una guida (e avuto assicurazioni in questo senso), non era stato predisposto alcun programma di visita (il nostro referente era Tim). Siamo riusciti la sera stessa del nostro arrivo (alle 23) a concordare le visite principali dei due giorni che avevamo a disposizione ma alcune attrazioni non erano più disponibili per mancanza di biglietti. Va detto che altre persone si sono prodigate per cercare di risolvere almeno in parte il problema.
