• Patrik Oliver (8/5): - Perfekte Lage um zur Waterfront zu laufen. Gute Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Keine Küchentücher. Fronttüren der Möbel könnten wieder einmal ausgerichtet werden.
• Chrissie (8/5): Apt 317, 2 bedroom, but 1 is curtained off area. Location good though - The location was fab, 10min walk to the CN Tower and everything interesting. Directions and access to location was very clear to both the apartment and separately to the parking (paid extra 40 dollar per night for). Owner is very forth coming with responses to queries. The cost fornthe apartment was quite high for what we got, but assume this was due to the Film Festival that was on as all hotels were high costed.too. 2bedroom apartment but the 2nd 'room' was a curtained off part of the apartment (photo included of both bedrooms or use the sofa bed in living area). Not ideal for 4no adults really (as area tight for all 4.of us to be in kitchen area or living area or if u have a family, the kids would have to sleep with the sound of the TV unless they have the biggest bed in bedroom or everyone goes to bed together. Missing a hairdryer that owner didnt know where cleaner had out, andnthe floors weren't the cleanest as our socks got dirty from walking about inside. Owner may need to have a word with cleaner.

• ADRIAN (1/5): Would never go back. Terrible. - Location was only positive. Host was very worried we checked in early? But we did not. Did not reply to any concerns we had. Dirty, one towel per person no extras, no dish washing cloths, drawers were literally falling off.

• Silvia (5/5): Von mir, keine Empfehlung. - Bei unsere Ankunft hat das Zimmer etwas ramponiert ausgesehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren ohne unser Wissen Handwerker in unserem Appartement. Unsere persönlichen Gegenstände wurden weggeräumt, die Möbel umgestellt, Tisch, Stühle , Bilder usw mussten wir am Abend selbst wieder so stellen, dass wir schlafen gehen konnten. Auch Booking.com hat auf unsere Meldung nicht reagiert. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Code für Schlüsselabhokung wurde nicht im Mail mitgeteilt, dafür ansonsten alles was wir dürfen und was nicht, Sanierung während unseres Aufenthaltes, das ist nicht in Ordnung.

• Darren (7/5): Worked out just fine. - Location was excellent It was confusing getting the key. We were given instructions on how to obtain the room, which made it feel like we were on an episode of the Amazing Race. Parking was additional , and we also had to follow instructions. Once settled in, it was fine, and tbh I'd stay there again.

• Matthew (4/5): made the most out of it but wish the pictures were the actual pictures of what the place was. - walking distance to cn tower. owner was at least nice and gave free parking due to complaints about the stay. basically everything. the pictures didn’t match at all to what the place looked like. doesn’t offer parking that’s already available unless you pay. for the price it wasn’t worth it. carpet was dirty. complicated check in to find the key fob. very very small space. didn’t get compensated besides free parking. overall I felt like I got ripped off and it was false advertisement.
• Ellen (2/5): Please don't stay here. - The only good thing I can say is that the location is convenient. Besides location, there wasn't much to like at all. 1) Two of the "bedrooms" don't have privacy. One has clear glass sliding doors & the other has no doors at all! 2) The blinds are broken/missing in the 3rd bedroom. 3) The kitchen has little to offer. An old, broken hot water heater. 2 random size pots/pans & a weird assortment of old & broken kitchen stuff. The dishwasher doesn't lock shut. Microwave did work. 4) Washing machine has a clear stench (and evidence) of mildew/mold. 5) Bathrooms were okay. One shower curtain was propped up w/a bit of wood (& tub didn't drain) but when the curtain fell down the host did fix it & it worked rest of trip. Basically, this place is old & furnished as cheaply as possible. It was a real shame & deceptive to the listing photos & details. (But maybe we should've known better when the main photo is the building lobby vs. the actual unit?) If the owner spent even just $100-200, this place could maybe be decent. There is no doubt we'll remember our stay...just wish it was in a good way!
• Shane (5/5): - Location was great, great view, generally a nice apartment clean I would stay here again but with less people or maybe multiple apartments, convenience of restaurants shops bars nearby There was no washing machine, but it stated there would be. Bedroom light did not work, sofa bed was broken and was unable to use, so there was not enough space for my group. Not enough towels were provided so we had to buy some.

• Clayton (4/5): Great location, but place is in poor condition - This was a difficult property to rate. The location is excellent and the views very good. Close proximity to a park, shops and harbourfront. Helpful and friendly owner, great balcony but the state of the property was way below acceptable. There are many negatives. The property is run down and in desperate need of maintenance. Cupboard doors falling off. Holes and scuff marks on walls. Doors locks broken, furniture broken. Access fob was broken through almost entire stay making apartment access a nightmare. Almost no utensils, linen etc. That said, bathrooms were ok, oven ok, air conditioning ok, tv and internet OK. The place was dirty and needs a thorough clean but liveable.
• Abdulrhman (3/5): Not as expected - The location The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a 48-floor building, which has only three elevators. This results in long waiting times. Additionally, the smoke alarm has been going off for two consecutive nights at a late hour, and for a long time. The living room is furnished with only one two-seater sofa, although the reservation was made for four people.

• Rowena (4/5): Pretty disappointing apartment. Seems like no maintenance is ever done. Wouldn’t recommend. - The location was good. It was run down. Lights didn’t work, blinds in the bedroom were broken, a cupboard door was broken, the toilet was very easy to block, the washing machine didn’t go and when I asked the property manager about it they said it wasn’t for guest use, despite being listed in the facilities. There was no hairdryer. It was listed as 3 bedroom, but there was really only one bedroom with a door. The second bedroom had glass sliders off the lounge but no curtain and the third bedroom was just a study nook with no door. Listing says sleeps 9, but that would be awful, so cramped and no privacy.

• Krista (1/5): Bad - The location was good, and the views of the city were nice. There were no sheets or pillows for the extra bed, so I slept on a bare sofa with a towel as a pillow for the first night (my two children shared the bed in the bedroom). Sheets and a pillow case were dropped off the next day, but not a pillow, until I contacted the manager again. The towels were stained, and there were no hand towels, washcloths, or kitchen towels. There were holes in the baseboards, duct taped baseboards, loose floorboards, and holes in the walls. The Tv did not work, and there were no instructions about anything. Overall, the place felt very neglected. The pictures on the website were of other units in the same building, so I felt very misled once we arrived. Management was very responsive when I contacted them, but the owner was unwilling to do more than waive the cleaning fee and offer free parking (which cost them nothing anyway).

• Kristen (5/5): Come for the location, but don’t expect comfort - It’s in a nice location and was easy to check in and checkout It looked like they were in the middle of renovations. No wall decorations, no baseboards, etc. Things were generally in poor repair and there were very few supplies (towels, kitchen items). The furniture was terribly uncomfortable in the main rooms. Beds were ok. Blinds didn’t close. There are no exercise facilities either.

Tim Horton's across the road open 24/7 Good local convenience store across the road Close to shops and groceries If you are coming in for a sporting, concert, event, or sightseeing it's okay and good for the price. Cumbersome key pick up. Had to pay extra Uber wait fee because instructions were not sent in the email. Had to call the owner. Wasn't clear in the description that it was a 1 bedroom plus den with a bed (no door). We thought it was a 2 bedroom. Noisy railway tracks in the morning, but quieter at night. Good double or triple glazing which did block a lot of the noise. No bottle opener, can opener, or corkscrew. No basics like salt or pepper. There were fingerprints all over the TV including a full-on handprint. Laundry sheets and towels were left in the dryer. Didn't find any spare bin bags for garbage. Liquid hand soap dispenser only 1/4 full. The 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not fill us with confidence to use it. We went to the local store and bought our own.
• Joaquin (1/5): Bad - Apartment is old and not taken care of. Cleanliness could be a lot better. The owner is hosting guests against building rules. Building staff stopped my wife and 3-year-old daughter at the entrance and deactivated their access to the apartment. I requested an invoice and haven't received it yet.

• Mariana (10/5): Very pleasant staying - The situation is really great. We enjoyed staying in this apartment. The only little minus is that the dishes isn’t in good condition. But everything else was really nice.
• Adrian (7/5): Solid cheap stay right across from Union station. - Excellent host, very responsive and Flexable. Washer/drier was unbelievably quiet and came with washing liquid. Location is Perfect. Checking in - keys are just around the corner, unlike other review stating it was a long distance we had no issues quickly self checking in/Out. Very easy experience with pictures with instructions. Very limited amenities Building is a little bit odd Bed creates a bit of static, some lights/plugs don't work and TV wasn't the best.

• Ashley (9/5): I would HIGHLY reccomend staying here for those wanting to walk around Toronto - It was a perfect location and the parking there was so great The actual apartment was a little unfinished/un decorated. The blinds did not work which was a little frustrating

It was nice having a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment, the bed was comfy and the building was beautiful. The location was great, very close to the CN tower and other attractions. I honestly have no complaints
