Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this hotel with my husband. It was a lovely stay. The hotel is located in the central area of Istanbul, so we were able to explore the city on foot and enjoy a variety of cafes, shops and beautiful streets in the vicinity. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a private bathroom, a small fridge and a teapot. There was a table to eat or work at, the storage space was enough for the needs of a traveller. The hosts were very kind to us. They let us in rather late at night and were helpful whenever we needed something. All in all, I recommend this place for a stay.
Gabriele (6/5): Pleasant - The owner is a very nice person, welcoming and smiling. The location is perfect for seeing the main attractions of the city. The bathroom is crumbling and gives off a constant bad smell. The cleanliness of the room in general is very bad. It is reported to have a free shuttle from the airport but this is not true.
Dzmitry (9/5): Superb - Ideal for one person. Clean bed, warm water, kettle. A huge plus is that the curtains are very thick (complete darkness even during the day) allowing you to sleep during the day. The location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk from Taksim Square. The hotel owner is responsive. Always quick response and help.

Anna (2/5): Very poor - Good location 5 minutes walk from Taksim station. Friendly owner Very very dirty, rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The room was tiny, the shower is located right in front of the toilet without any partition, therefore after taking a shower the whole floor is wet, as a solution in the room there are old crocs, which are hardly washed after the residents. The bed linen is smelly and dirty, the pillows are old and wrinkles (I even slept in my clothes and put my t-shirt on a pillow), century-old dust, the window of the room overlooked the parking lot. The host was very friendly but this's not enough for the place to be a hotel

But other details were awful, it was a room in a small apartment and other rooms belonged to some strangers they shouted all night and they used stairs continuously and made noise. There weren't any additional facilities as same as the shuttle or infront desk or any other member. It was scary. I was awake whole night to protect ourselves.
