- Susan Helena (1/5): - A localização e as instalações. A invasão de privacidade, deselegância e desonra da proprietária. Ela instalou uma câmera que aciona cada vez que a porta é aberta ou fechada, ou seja, controla todo o movimento dos hóspedes. Caso algo não seja do seu agrado ela manda a nora entrar em contato com a desculpa de que o síndico está reclamando e emitirá uma multa. Após pagar pela suposta multa e solicitar o estatuto do condomínio, a cópia da notificação do síndico e comprovante de pagamento da suposta multa, ela ficou de "tocaia" na porta do prédio. Ao entrarmos no apartamento ela tocou a campainha fazendo diversas afirmativas infundadas e acusações descabidas. O que me levou a querer ir embora antes do término da reserva. Não satisfeita com a minha decisão de entregar o apartamento antes do fim dos dias contratados, ela tocou por 3 vezes a campainha, como se eu fosse obrigada a atendê-la enquanto eu arrumava as coisas. Como não abri, ela chamou 2 pessoas para serem testemunhas, afirmou que eu não era honesta e que iria fazer um registro de ocorrência. Por 2 dias eu me senti invadida, envergonhada, coagida e extorquida pela proprietária.
