A special mention to Alvaro at reception — without a doubt one of the most helpful people on the team. He was always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Whatever you needed, he would always find a solution and make things easy. His attitude and service really stood out and made a big difference during my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready with a smile, making us feel comfortable at every moment. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with delicious food and a great variety every day. One of the most beautiful parts was the live music accompanying the dining experience, creating a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, outstanding hospitality, fantastic food, and a truly unforgettable stay.
- Carles (10/5): No me quiero ir de Destino Five, es un sueño - Es lo más parecido a estar en el paraíso. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con detalles fantásticos, como una botella de cava de cortesía, y unas galletas artesanas. Los servicios son increíbles. Muy buenos restaurantes para comer o cenar, un desayuno completísimo y delicioso, la piscina y su zona de solárium con vistas a Dalt Vila. La suite, con una decoración elegante y relajante, cuenta con zona de salón y dos terrazas con vistas al mar y Formentera. Pero lo realmente sin comparación, es el trato profesional, atento y familiar del personal del hotel, ahí si marcan la diferencia. Tratar con Pau Torres o Mark en recepción, la maravillosa Fátima ayudándonos en todo, Sergi con el carrito llevándonos a la habitación y ayudándonos con las maletas, los tres hostess en la entrada resolviendo con rapidez dudas o reservas externas, para hacernos un estancia perfecta. El personal en los restaurantes fueron fabulosos también, pudimos disfrutar de largas sobremesas y conversaciones, con un relajante ambiente gracias a la música en directo del DJ. El nivel de limpieza en habitaciones e instalaciones es de matrícula de honor, la calidad del colchón y de la topa de cama, son inigualables. He estado en todos los hoteles de 5 estrellas de la isla, y como este no hay otro igual. Llevo 12 años viniendo y nunca te cansa el nivel de servicio excelente. Este último restiling y reforma en las habitaciones me ha encantado, son más calidad, más cómodas, y con un toque de distinción total. El parking gratuito en la misma puerta es otro punto importante a tener en cuenta. Nada negativo.
- Emma (10/5): Truly 5 star experience...the most amazing and memorable stay - Destino Five was absolutely amazing! We were made to feel special from the minute we arrived (in fact we were collected from our previous hotel by the hotel driver!) We received a fantastic welcome by all the staff as we were the first guests of the season and were very kindly upgraded to the Junior Suite. To make this experience extra special we were greeted with two bouquets of champagne on arrival, something we will never forget. The staff couldn't have done anything more to make our stay any better, it truly was exceptional! We were given amazing poolside beds (and complimentary beach bags) where we relaxed for the day. The pool is immaculate and had a great menu and impeccable service. We chose the salad and strawberry daiquiris which were delicious. The Junior Suite feels particularly luxurious with a separate living area and twin balconies. The suite had a top quality mini bar and bathroom had excellent toiletries and the fluffiest dressing robes. There was even an "intimacy kit" left in the room...I'll leave that to your imagination! Literally there is nothing that hadn't been thought of....the service is impeccable, the hotel is stunning. Thank you so much to everyone that made our stay truly memorable . Nothing

- June (8/5): Great location and events for ibiza - we were on the top floor and away from the pool area so it was quite which was great even when there was a party at the pool. the events and some staff was very attentive- especially Mar Leal. This is my third time staying and they recently renovated which is much better! Expensive drinking water.

- Sally (4/5): Disappointing - Great pool and perfect location The room was too tiny and not enough space for anything. We booked superior twin room but when we got there, the bed was not split and had to wait a while past 2am to get someone to split. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were unusable and were watered down smelling of mould. Even though we complained several times we never got them replaced. They never provided enough towels for 2 and no face towels were provided. The aircon was super noisy, even when turned off! There wasn’t enough space for 2 people. You couldn’t do more than a weekend in that room. And we found out we got overcharged more than 30% other guests who also booked through booking.com and they booked later than us!!! The pool service was non existent! And it wasn’t even busy! I had to find towels myself and the waiter spilt green juice all over my bed and towel and didn’t even come back to clean until I called someone in. The breakfast service was slow. I asked for eggs 3 times and after40 minutes left without the order. The buffet is ok but used to be so much better. Ibiza had rain when I was there, which meant the hotel had zero transport service. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel charging £1200 for 3 nights in a box room in October

- Philipp (2/5): - I would like to thank Elisa - the manager of housekeeping, who helped drying our belongings flooded by rain in the hotel room. Our room was flooded by rainwater due to poor building design and sewage maintenance. The fact that room is regularly flooded is well known to the hotel management, nevertheless, they keep operating this room recklessly risking their guests' safety, health and valuables. All this, while selling the room as the top room category of the hotel, which I intentionally chose to get the best experience (as I then thought). Instead, the water damaged our luggage including designer clothes, footwear, bags and accessories. Prior to flooding, the electricity (specifically in our room) was out for about 80% of the time of our stay (and was completely out after the room flooding). Based on the lack of electricity, prior to flooding, I repeatedly demanded change of the room. Hotel management response was inadequate and arrogant. Also, need to mention that this room was advertized as a 169m² room at the time of the booking. I was expecting this to be true based on Booking.com reputation and the fact that a lower category "Epic suite" has 69m² size specified, which is its true size. However, this advertisement is a scam, since my booked room turned out to be hardly over 40m².

- Anna (8/5): Nice hotel with potential,good rooms, some wonderful employees,but also unprofessional in some areas - The hotel itself is nice, with beautiful territory, stylish but rather small rooms, and a friendly atmosphere. A nice touch was the welcome bottle of Prosecco, and we also received a complimentary ticket to Pasha Club, which was a fun bonus. However, unfortunately, the level of service is very inconsistent. While some staff members, like Fatima and the customer service manager, were amazing and genuinely tried to help, about half of the staff felt unprofessional. For example, we once ordered food at the pool, which the staff completely forgot about, and no one even apologized. Only after we left hungry did Fatima notice us and quickly arranged lunch for us through the manager – a big thank you to both of them. Other points to note: • The pool looks nice but is not very deep. • Beach is quite far • There is a 10% optional service charge for room cleaning, which was disappointing. • Be very careful with the minibar – take photos of everything. We were wrongly charged €13 for a juice we never touched, and despite weeks of annoying back and forth, the reception refused to refund it. In Ushuaia we were refunded without any problems.

- Jennifer (1/5): Save your money and your sanity. - The pool when it was accessible it was nice and the one friendly staff member (blonde woman at guest experience). Pretty much everything. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel has no problem messaging me multiple times asking me to rate my stay a 10 out of 10, which is absolutely was not. But fails to respond to my inquiries about when the security deposit would be released. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, it was one thing after another and at breakfast of our final morning I couldn’t keep it in anymore. Whilst I was in the middle of breakfast, one of the servers (who I unfortunately had every day I was there, the taller gentleman with the brassy blonde hair) without any word grabs our beverages and walks away. No word on whether he’s gone to refill them, or bring us new ones. I just sat there stunned for five minutes before realizing he wasn’t coming back. I walked up to him and asked why he did that, he said because there was only a little left (about 1 cm of juice left in the cups). When he said that, I said yes but there was still juice in them and we were still eating, and he kept arguing that it wasn’t enough juice left. Regardless of if that is the case or not, he should have either vocalized that or asked if we wanted a refill. He truly has no business working in hospitality. The final day was just a nightmare, they were rushing guests during breakfast and off the property (THE DAY AFTER THE HORRIBLE STORM AND FLOODING) because they were hosting an Amazon movie premiere. Perhaps they shouldn’t allowed bookings the day before if they knew the needed to turn the resort into an Amazon activation because everyone was just so horrible, rushing people off the premises. And these are only two examples of everything that went horribly wrong. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Staying here for the second time this summer, and it’s the best for me, lovely pool, good vibes, Thursday parties are a blast, and concierge team is super helpful and responsive!
