• Georgina (4/5): Lovely property but let down by the host. We were visiting Canada for our mothers funeral so didn’t need the extra stres - Property was very nice and spacious. Not keen on the pitch black bedrooms no wardrobe in one bedroom. Problems using key pad as low battery Nice location We were locked out of the property all day on the Thursday 24 October despite advising the host the battery was dead on the keypad. Waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes waiting for her son to let us inside couldn’t go out again that evening as no access again. Batteries eventually replaced the Friday morning. 24 hours it was reported to the host this was not acceptable. Apartment was cold heating only improved after 2 complaints to host. Shame as nice place to stay but let down by host. No instructions on site for working cooker etc No heated blankets only a few knives for eating . No safety deposit box, cold property. Door handle hanging off one of the washrooms despite a note from previous guest advising of this. I fixed it myself with a knife (no screwdriver) one toilet seat loose

• John (1/5): UNPROFESSIONAL - Booking.com was not able to help me cancel the booking because the property does not have wheelchair access - how can we stay there when my wife is wheelchair bound? I have resorted to legal means instead. I am very disappointed with all of you!
• Simon (10/5): A real gem, loved it and highly recommended! - Clean, beautiful paved garden, large living area. Both bathrooms really nice. Beds comfy and nice bedrooms. Coffee machine! Very helpful hosts.
