• Almaria (8/5): Overall, we liked our stay specially since the facility is new and they provided many amenities. We just hope that they - Location is very near Shinsekai/Tsutenkaku and convenience stores and late night restaurants are very near. There’s also a fruit and vegetable store in the next building. Facility is new and they offer luggage storage albeit for a fee. I booked 2 rooms. Prior to arrival, I messaged the property requesting for a room on the same floor because I was with a senior on a wheelchair. It would be hard for the senior to switch floors during meals hence the request. Still, they gave us rooms on separate floors and was advised that they couldn’t do anything about it. Check-in was also a hassle since they require a lot of stuff before we can get in.

It took a while for us to check in due to documents loading to the website.

• Lorie (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment was very clean and the building was secure. All of the amenities were in working order and the shower room converting to a clothes dryer was brilliant. The room was soundproof and the bed was very comfortable. The projector television was unique and we actually looked into getting it for ourselves back home! The bed was very comfortable and there was a Dyson to provide direct warm or cold air if we were uncomfortable. The location was fantastic. We were close to two different train stations, a Mega Donki, and the Shinsekai market. There wasn't a sharp knife to cut food. There was a manual, but it did not describe the location of the switch to turn on the projector television very well.

Complete freebies of water, slippers, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, and a lot more. Projection TV was fancy, although it would have been nice if it was projected in a smooth surface of the wall rather the rugged wallpaper. Reponses on my inquiry was immediate. The battery of the remote for the Dyson fan drained and I requested to be replaced but got a reply that it can be controlled on the button of the fan itself. However this made us bend down and hurt our backs, and the button can only change the speed and not the swivel turn. Not much shelves in the powder room to put stuff on. King size bed in the room was too huge that it's hard to walk without hitting your feet to the wooden base.

• Tomas (10/5): - Ubytování v oblasti Ebisunishi v Osace předčilo naše očekávání a můžeme ho s klidným svědomím doporučit všem, kdo chtějí zažít pohodlný pobyt v srdci města, ale zároveň si dopřát klid po náročném dni. Lokalita je naprosto skvělá – jen pár kroků od známé věže Tsutenkaku, která dodává celé čtvrti jedinečnou atmosféru. Oblast je plná obchodů, menších marketů i tradičních podniků. Milovníci jídla si zde přijdou na své – v okolí je opravdu velké množství restaurací nabízejících jak místní speciality, tak i mezinárodní kuchyni. Zároveň nás mile překvapilo, že i přes centrální polohu je Ebisunishi relativně klidná čtvrť. Po celodenním poznávání města bylo skvělé vrátit se na tiché a příjemné místo, kde se dalo bez problémů zrelaxovat a načerpat síly na další den. Obrovskou výhodou je také výborná dostupnost veřejné dopravy – stanice metra je doslova pár metrů od ubytování. Odtud se bez problémů dostanete do všech hlavních částí Osaky, ať už chcete navštívit rušnou oblast Dotonbori, nákupní zónu Shinsaibashi nebo například Osaka Castle. Velkým plusem je i dobré spojení na Kansai International Airport, což oceníte zejména při příletu a odletu. Samotné ubytování bylo čisté, klidné a naprosto bezproblémové. Vše bylo připravené, komunikace snadná a celý pobyt proběhl bez jediné komplikace. Po návratu z celodenních výletů bylo velmi příjemné mít pohodlné a útulné zázemí. Pokud hledáte ubytování s perfektní polohou, skvělou dostupností, množstvím služeb v okolí a zároveň klidnou atmosférou, Ebisunishi je výborná volba. Rádi se sem znovu vrátíme. Vybavení dle popisu včetně čistících, pracích a základních hygienických potřeb včetně ručníků. Jednou v noci nás probudil požární hlásič.

I want to stay again. - I like that it is close to the Tsukenkaku tower literally at the back of the hotel, near 2 train stations (ebisucho and shin imamiya station), near shinsekai, near the mega don quihote, and most of the the room is so clean and modern. Nothing. I just got confused of the check in but the staff can be contact immediately and replies so fast.

• VladimirDimov (9/5): Nice and clean apartment with convenient location - The apartment was clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. The washing machine and the "clothes drying" function in the bathroom were very helpful and convenient. The location of the apartment is very convenient as well, there are multiple convenient stores and places to eat nearby, as well as different public transport options. The apartment is not very spacious and it could be tight for more than three people.

We did not use the A/C, since it was autumn .. no need for either heating or cooling. Easy access to the apartment, located close to metro entrance. • 哲宏 (9/5): 位置好房間佳，2~4人住宿遊玩的好選擇 - 房間內東西一應俱全，空間也不小，可供最多四個人一起住，床跟客廳也有隔間可以隔絕光源跟聲音，有餐具、瓦斯爐跟油煙機可以開火煮東西吃，也有微波爐，浴缸可以自動調溫放水，有洗衣機(附洗衣粉)，甚至浴室還可以用來烘乾衣服，可以說該有的全部都有了 位置鄰近通天閣，徒步100公尺內有Lawson，500公尺內有DONKI，也鄰近新世界商圈，剛到這邊吃個串炸是個很不錯的選擇 浴缸的自動放水不是很直觀，調整溫度的教學可以再稍微詳細一點，還有明明寫「自動」，水卻不會放到一個程度就自己停，會一直放到滿出來為止 電梯好像有點味道，雖然不是很常搭所以影響不大，但感覺可以改善一下比較好
• Wei (9/5): Erg goed appartement die alleen door de omgeving niet perfect wordt. - Het appartement is zeer slim ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Verder is het erg schoon (behalve de luchtreiniger), comfortabel en heeft het genoeg bergruimte, zoals bij de ingang al handige rekken waar je je tas kunt neerleggen. De badkamer heeft een handige droogfunctie. De sleutels liggen gewoon bij de deur, dat kan beter worden uitgelegd. Wij zagen ook anderen bij de brievenbussen zoeken. Het ligt aan een autoweg, dus helaas hoorden we af en toe motorrijders en ander verkeer. In de omgeving kun je veel toeristen tegenkomen, waarbij we vonden dat de eetgelegenheden in de buurt daardoor relatief slechter waren. Wij zouden adviseren in andere buurten uit eten te gaan.
• Martin (9/5): Great value apartment in Osaka - Location is very convenient, close to the underground station and Tsutenkaku Tower area. Room is spacious. Bed very comfortable, especially the pillows! Washing Machine, Microwave, Vacuum Cleaner all included. Projector TV was quite difficult to work and limited to use.
• Wenli (9/5): A perfect place for long term stays - We stayed at The Peak Tsutenkaku for a month and would for sure stay there again next time we need a long term lodge in Osaka. It close to metro stations, convenient stores and supermarkets, has good selection of restaurants. The room is quite large by Japanese standards. It has wash machine and what’s more the shower room doubles as a drying room for clothes. The staff are very nice and helpful, they do try their best to make our stay comfortable and easy. We really appreciate that. While the projector on the ceiling is a really nice idea, the language setting was in Japanese only so we had trouble operating it. Would be great if there is an option to change the language.

• Syahmi (10/5): One of the best apartment stays I had in Japan! - There are so many good things to say about my stay here, so what I mention below are just some of the more standout things that I remembered best. I booked this for a family plan. The room was actually pretty spacious for a Japanese building. There were 2 big beds that were sufficient for us. And there was a sliding door that separated the two "rooms", so there was enough privacy too. The room was also very neat and clean! Items, utensils and equipment were also adequate and in great working condition! E.g. toiletries, toilet paper, soap, detergent. They made sure to give enough for the number of guests I indicated, plus extra just in case we ran out! During my stay, electronics like the fan, aircon and washing machine were in great working condition too! Location, like many others have said, is superb. It's near a shopping street, a notable icon (Tsutenkaku Tower), and near the Ebisucho train station which allows for transfers to a lot of other notable train stations such as Namba and Shinsaibashi. A Lawson konbini is also just across the street. But of course, the standout point is their excellent customer service! Right from the start of my booking, they were very communicative and helpful. Even during my stay, when I had trouble, the customer service line did their best to respond on time and were very polite and friendly throughout. I heard The Peak will be opening more spots in other areas. If they keep up their excellent service, I will be sure to choose The Peak again for my future trips! I wish the team all the best! This is more of a feedback for improvement. But if they could provide a small cabinet beside the bed, that would be good. I had to put a lot of my small belongings on the floor.

• YI YING ZI (8/5): 這間民宿比我想像的好太多，房間乾淨整潔，沖涼的水水壓足夠出去玩耍一天很累，回來洗澡非常舒服心情也好了很多。 - 除食物之外配備了一切生活所需，2分鐘可達通天閣，地鐵站、便利店、Donki 也不遠交通方便。 臨街總是有警車和各種電單車的聲音很吵，電梯內的地毯很髒空氣也很難聞。
