- Charlotte (9/5): Good little place - Bed was super comfy. 2 min walk from the colessum. Coffee machine with pods for you. Everything you need really. Shower takes time to refill if there's 2 of you but that was fine Doesn't block any noise out from outside. When it rains, it's loud. People talking outside. You're in on the conversation. Also could do with a black out blind on the window.
- Kara (4/5): Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay (cleanliness and hot waster issues). Do not recommend - Great location & TV with Netflix We had a big issue with the cleanliness (dirty floors and hair left everywhere, including on the pillow and bedsheets) which made us feel icky and majorly uncomfortable. The hot water also didn’t last longer than approx 3 minutes before being freezing cold. If you rush it’s enough just to clean, but forget washing hair etc. Also if you’re more than one person, you have to wait about 40 minutes before the (tiny) hot water supply re-heats. Not what you want on holiday.
- Carolina (3/5): Great location - The location was amazing, the host ok was kind The shower and the toilet in general is a nightmare, the host ask you to take short showers, what is ok for the planet, but in our particular case we were 3 on the booking, even we took really short showers(3-5 min aprox)we never enjoy hot water, the size of the shower is terrible aswell,in my opinion the place is ok for max 2 people, clean and confortable

This is more than just an accomodation service and Diego - Diego the co-owner of this property made our time in Rome EXCEPTIONAL! He is so friendly and extremely willing to help with everything and go above and beyond for you to have an amazing time in Rome. The property is Very close and central to everything and amazing food, plus the bus stop. Nothing I liked it all.

Diego was a bery great host, he let us check in so much earlier, because our plane got to Rome early in the morning and he gave us advices and suggestions aswell. Very good!!

- Aleksandra (10/5): The best stay in Rome - Giulia and her husband are great hosts, careful and attentive. They told us everything about the place, helped us to find supermarket, pharmacy, cash change, metro station around. Location is amazing! It's about 3 minutes walk from Colosseum. The apartment is new, fresh and clean. It's possible to turn on the heating if it's cold. TV has Netflix, Prime video, YouTube. Bathroom is comfortable. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook and eat. It's possible to sleep in bedroom upstairs on a big couple bad and on sofa on the first floor. So this place is fine for 2-3 people. Surprisingly the host Giulia speaks not only English and Italian but also Russian! :)
