• Franz Gen (2/5): Hotel that smells like cigarettes and has a funky smelly service elevator. Avoid this if you can! - There is a family mart in the building. It is near a night market. Other than that the facilities and room cleanliness are disappointing! It is a non smoking hotel but the hallways and common area smells like cigarettes all the time. You can't enjoy the facilities and the management does not even care. Cleanliness is very poor. Shower head is broken. Mirrors have very visible fingerprints, maybe from the previous occupants. Bathroom walls have hair stuck on it. The soap they provided smells funky! Don't use it. It is disgusting! Some staff do not speak English, which leads us to a misunderstanding. I originally booked a more spacious room but have to request to change a room since the room given to us smells cigarettes all over the room. The AC is centralized so I think the smell is coming from the other rooms. And again the management didn't even care or bothered to address the issue, instead gave us a much smaller room than what we order originally booked. This was really disappointing!!!. Since it was already late and we are already tired, I would rather stay in a smaller room than a room that ricks like cigarettes. I asked for a partial refund since they gave me a smaller room. First they tried to gaslight me that rooms are all the same. But I know what I booked and the first room they gave ( the one with smells of cigarettes) is actually larger and more spacious. And then the staff did not understand me and instead cancelled our stay!! I got angry and asked for a manager. But the way the staff handled it is so disappointing! I know language barriers are an issue. But cancelling my booking with my consent and just saying to me " tap your card" to cancel my payment was a plain poor management service! It was very insulting! Another thing to keep in mind is the hotel is on the 16th and 17th floor of the building. So if your room is on the 17th floor, It is either you take a service elevator that smells like trash and covered with digusting wall padding or use the emergency stairs. You will also have to share the main elevator with office workers going on the other floors.

• Joerg Kay (6/5): Ok, für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt. - War ok für ein paar Nächte. Das zuerst gezeigte Zimmer war nicht schön, schlecht isolierte alte Fenster, Schimmel im Bad. Das zweite war dann aber akzeptabel. Nicht ganz geräuscharm zu den Nachbarzimmer. Wird auch stundenweise vermietet.
