Inn og utsjekking fungerte fint. - Sentralt og rolig At verandaen lå på skyggesiden, og hadde ikke utsikt som forventet ut i fra annonsen. Var usikker mht bruk av svømmebasseng, så det anvendte jeg meg ikke av. Mye privat tøy var stuet unna. Vaskemaskin lekket vann, og bør absolutt ikke brukes. Vasket en gang, og prøvde å tørke unna vann som kom. Tydeligvis ikke første gang det hadde rent vann der..for gulvbelegg hadde løsnet utenfor badet pga vannlekkasje.

You could see the Observatory from the balcony which I loved. Although the apartment is located very close to Hollywood boulevard and other busy streets, it is very quiet and silent which is great. Marc is an incredible host.

• S (9/5): This classy and furnished apartment has a convenient location and served as a home away from home. - First time staying here and really enjoyed it. Apartment was furnished classily and had numerous thoughtful touches including in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Marc had excellent communication and the location itself was quiet yet convenient. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you! Parking situation was a little confusing/took some time for guests to find, since dependent on street parking—but otherwise my guests were also happy with the location too!
• Robin (9/5): Great location with parking and balcony - Great location with a very friendly and helpful host. Marc was fantastic with his great communication. Excellent facilities and the parking space was perfect. Nicely decorated and had the bonus of a balcony looking out onto the capital records tower. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the baseboards (skirting boards) were dusty.
• Jennifer (7/5): Nice host, nice accommodations - Clean, nicely decorated, friendly host. Having to coordinate with the host to physically get keys (rather than a lockbox or code), and the bathroom had a subtle sewer smell to it (the host said he’d look into that).
• Charlie (7/5): Good - Amazing flat and location. Marc was lovely and friendly and gave us lots of advice on places to go in Hollywood. Unfortunately the flat felt quite lived in, food in the fridge etc which was not great given the price.

• Aline (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is great, very quiet, despite being in a busy area. The bed is comfortable, the shower is very good. The location is the best, just 5 minutes from the subway. Marc is very friendly and welcoming. nothing, everything was fine.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Location is ideal for attending shows at the Pantages Theatre, which is right around the corner. Also great for those wishing to see the Walk of Fame. Really appreciated the underground parking spot, too. The apartment itself was comfortable with excellent views of the hills, palm trees and iconic Capitol Records Building. The owner was very warm and helpful as well. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

The VRBO was comfortable, quiet, and secure. The kitchen had coffee maker (with coffee pods), cookware, and utensils available for preparing breakfast before going out for the day. We liked sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the view of Hollywood Hills over breakfast! There was and big screen TV for relaxing at night. We would definitely come back - Great place! There were no dish towels but dry wash cloths were available to dry your hands or dishes when cleaning up in the kitchen. Add a bathmat and sitting bench (just more space) to stage things for the shower.

Mark was an amazing person I felt so comfortable with him and felt like I've known him forever. The fact I had to go lol
