• Hubert (5/5): Wer eine Unterkunft in guter Lage sucht und wenig Wert auf Komfort legt, ist hier richtig. - Die Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Petersplatz entfernt mit guter Anbindung an Buslinien ins Zentrum und schönen Restaurants in der Nähe ist das größte Plus dieser Unterkunft. Gefallen hat uns auch das relativ neue Bad mit schöner Dusche sowie der tägliche gute Zimmerservice. Den Anspruch "Suite" erfüllt diese Unterkunft nicht, denn es handelt sich nur um einen einzigen Raum, der über einen Zugangscode betreten wird. Die Ausstattung in diesem Raum über ein normales Zimmer hinaus beschränkt sich im Wesentlichen auf ein schiefes Brett an der Wand mit Wasserkocher, drei Tassen sowie Messer und Löffel. Kühlschrank, Herdplatte und weitere Utensilien sind außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers und werden auch von den Bewohnern der anderen Räume benutzt wie in einer WG. Tisch und Stühle sind nicht vorhanden. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße mit Müllcontainern, die spätabends geleert wurden. Deshalb ist es recht laut, auch weil das Fenster den Lärm kaum schluckt und auch die Mitbewohner in den anderen Zimmern deutlich zu hören sind. Wir hätten uns auch über bessere Matratzen gefreut und über einen Fernseher mit Streamingangebot. Denn das TV-Angebot beschränkt sich auf italienische Sender.

• PhDr. Rudolf (5/5): Pozr na fotky - Komunikácia s majiteľom je na veľmi vysokej úrovni. Je blízko Vatikanu čo je asi najlepšie na tomto ubytovacom zariadení. Čistá izba každý deň uprataná. Raňajky v cene, nie sú raňajky. Croissanty,mliečny rez či sucháre s džemom. Lacný džus ale vyzdvihuje každý deň vodu. Hluk z okolia a susedských izbách po naročnych dňoch vám zoberie oddych. Izba je veľmi malá nekorenšpoduje s fotkami.

• Meloni (2/5): Établissement à déconseillé - Son emplacement Lit très inconfortable qui grince à chaque mouvement, les oreillers vraiment très très sale, jauni par à transpiration des anciens clients, la douche qui fuit à chaque douche, le sol de la salle de bain est trempée le pommeau de douche qui fuit l’abattant des toilettes, complètement cassé, les fenêtres gonflées par l’humidité et la moisissure . Moisissure aussi dans la douche et le bas du petit meuble sous lavabo. Nous avons été très déçu de cet établissement, nous les avons contacté, mais ils n’ont rien écouté de nos réclamations . Ils nous ont dit que la chambre avait été rénovée et que tout était OK. Dans cet établissement, les clients ne sont pas écouté Toutes les conversations se font sur WhatsApp, nous n’avons aucun contact avec une personne physique Je déconseille vivement cet établissement

La habitación está recién reformada El anfitrión es muy simpático y está muy pendiente por WhatsApp para cualquier cosa que necesites. Calidad precio está bastante bien. Te dan botellas de agua cada día y un pequeño desayuno. Fuera tienes una mini cocina compartida con neverita. Si volvemos a Roma volveremos a repetir sin duda. Hay mucha condensación de humedad en la habitación y baño cuando nos levantamos de toda la noche,éramos 3 y no se podia abrir la ventana,las toallas las cambian cada 4 días y no se secan por la humedad.

Ao chegarmos à acomodação, o quarto não estava pronto, e tivemos que aguardar a chegada de uma pessoa para realizar a limpeza. Após isso, ainda ficamos cerca de 1 hora esperando o que nos prejudicou bastante — tivemos que correr e quase perdemos nosso ingresso para o Coliseu por apenas 1 minuto. A limpeza estava sendo feita de forma apressada e claramente inadequada. Outro ponto extremamente preocupante foi a questão da roupa de cama. O edredom não seria trocado, e só foi substituído após reclamarmos com o anfitrião. Ainda assim, fomos informados de que a troca não é feita a cada hóspede, mas apenas duas vezes por semana — algo completamente inaceitável. Além disso, as fotos do anúncio não refletem a realidade, pois são claramente editadas. Diante de todos esses problemas — atraso, falta de preparo, condições de higiene inadequadas e informações inconsistentes — decidimos não permanecer no local. Por fim, também percebemos dificuldade do anfitrião em lidar com críticas, o que torna a experiência ainda mais frustrante.

• Alberto (6/5): Sencillo, debe mejorar cobertura de WiFi. - El B&B se encuentra en una zona llamada Aurelio, agradable zona, donde hay varios restaurantes y tiendas donde comprar snacks o frutas. Cuenta con un pequeño espacio de cocina compartida, donde puedes preparar algo de comer. Está 10 minutos a pie a la Ciudad del Vaticano. El Wi-Fi no sirve, y eso es algo realmente imprescindible cuando vas de viaje a otro país. Falta un poco más de vida a la habitación y al edificio donde se encuentra.

• Petra (8/5): - The main plus of this accommodation is the location - so close to the Saint Peter's Square!!! The street is safe and you find small places to buy food and bus stops. In the process of communication, I asked for instructions to enter the building and find the room, as the guidelines in Italian sounded a bit complicated. I got sent a video via Whatsup, which was perfect. The room was Ok, the shower perfect. AC working, so there was not a problem to heat up the room a bit in the evening. No noise in the building whatsoever. The description of the accommodation claims there is a 24-hour reception - God knows why! There is none, you don't get to meet anybody and you communicate all via e-mail or Whatsup. The other misleading info is about breakfast - you get pastry in plastic + you can make yourself tea and instant coffee - in Italy!!! That was a real disappointment. And it did not arrive the first morning at all, which I communicated via Whatsup when they sent me a message asking if everything had gone well.

On ne nous a pas prévenus que c'était en travaux, nous sommes arrivés et il y avait de la poussière de plâtre partout. On nous a presque reproché de le faire remarquer et il n'y a eu aucune excuse, ce que j'ai trouvé vraiment maladroit, voire impoli. Par ailleurs, il y a un gros problème d'humidité dans le logement. Les vitres étaient couvertes de condensation et les joints de la douche carrément moisis. Autre point, le WiFi coupait tout le temps, c'est compliqué d'organiser le séjour sans internet... Et détail moins important : pas de Netflix !

Daniele, la persona de contacto, ha estado en todo momento pendiente y localizable. En check -in rápido y fácil, indicaciones de acceso claras, incluso con vídeo. Ubicación fabulosa, a 5 min. del Vaticano, con paradas de autobús a 2 min. Muy recomendable si no esperas lujos. Nuestra habitación perfecta para 2 personas.

• Sesto (10/5): Gran estadía para quedarse en Roma - Los baños eran realmente muy lindos y el dueño estuvo atento ante nuestras necesidades y cuando necesitamos algo se ocupó de inmediato. Cabe destacar también la limpieza del lugar que era impecable. La ubicación es excelente porque estás muy cerca del Vaticano pero a la vez cerca de la ciudad pero el lugar es tranquilo.

Although Booking.com confirmed that the city tax (€108) was already included in my total payment, the property repeatedly requested additional payment through external links (Stripe and Octorate). After Booking intervened, the property stopped communicating via the Booking platform and continued contacting me directly via WhatsApp, despite my request to keep communication within Booking. This created unnecessary stress and security concerns before arrival. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait beyond the official check-in time because the staff needed to “adjust the curtains.” In reality, they were installing a curtain rail in the room, which took over an hour. After finishing, the room was not properly cleaned and dust and debris were still present. The accommodation did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. The furniture was old and worn, there were folding beds instead of proper beds, a metal wardrobe with an unpleasant smell, and very poor ventilation. In the morning, water was dripping from the windows. Although a kitchen was advertised, there were no proper plates available — only small saucers for coffee cups. Even basic bathroom items such as a toilet brush were missing. Breakfast was described as simple, which we expected, but the pastries appeared very old and had no visible production or expiration dates. The coded locks frequently malfunctioned. We and other guests had difficulty entering the property, and there was little assistance from the administration. After check-out, the administration contacted me via WhatsApp again and asked me to leave a 10/10 review. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and did not reflect the standard presented on Booking.com.

• Sax (8/5): - Die Unterkunft entspricht zu 100% dem Preis welches Du bezahlst. Es hat drei Zimmer in einer kleiner Wohnung. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Badezimmer welches sehr geräumig ist. Der Gastgeber ist sehr kommunikativ und hat uns jederzeit geholfen. Die betten wurden jeden Tag gemacht worden und wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt.

Sniadanie, to w sumie gotowce w foliowych woreczkach na słodko. A do tego wszystkiego cienkie ściany. Okno takie, że strasznie słychać hałasy z ulicy. Do tego bardzo zimno w pokoju. Może za jakiś czas bedzie lepiej, bo w sąsiednim pokoju trwał generalny remont co swoją drogą też było uciążliwe. No i zdecydowanie jest dużo mniejszy niż na zdjęciach.

Очень близко к Ватикану и собору святого Петра ! - Было очень круто , очень достойный завтрак свежие соки, с хорошим сроком годности возможно даже недавно выжатые , замечательные итальянские круассаны и всякие булочки к чаю или кофе , кофе или чай на выбор , газированная вода! Душ и туалет чистые очень приятно что все убрано и проветрено ! Были на две ночи , вторую ночь все убрали и обновили завтрак ! Вода горячая ! Есть большой телевизор ! Кондиционер который хорошо нагревал комнату в течении ночи так как погода была дождливой и было немного прохладно ! Всем рекомендую ! 😍 спасибо огромное персоналу за то что подготовили такой классный ночлег для нас ! 🙏 Кодовый замок , нужно доработать!

• Giovanna (8/5): - Ottima posizione, vicina la Vaticano e a due passi dai mezzi, in particolare la stazione ferroviaria. Stanza pulita e accogliente per brevi soggiorni. Zona abbastanza tranquilla.
• Reinhard (3/5): Das Quartier war zwar günstig, aber nicht gut, und in der Summe nicht das, was es versprochen hat. - Die Lage war gut, nahe am Stadtzentrum und am Vatikan, mit dem Bus 64 vom Bahnhof Rom Termini gut zu erreichen. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keine richtige Küche und kein richtiges Frühstück - was da war, war reine Alibifunktion. Es gab keine eigene Küche, sondern nur eine Miniküche im Flur für insgesamt vier Hotelzimmer. Diese hatte exakt eine (1!) Kochplatte. Es gab keinen Topf (nur eine alte Mini-Pfanne, keine Teller, keine Schere, kein Brotmesser, keinen Pfannenwender, kein Nudelsiebm keine Schüsseln, keine Mikrowelle oder Backofen... das Frühstück haben wir auf den Untertassen der Espressotassen gegessen. Es gab ja keine Teller. Nach Tellern hatte ich per Whatsapp den Hotelier gefragt, entgegen Zusage kamen dann aber doch keine. Kontakt zum Betreiber hat man nur über Whatsapp, persönlich war niemand vor Ort. Beim Frühstück gab es abgepackte Alibi-Nahrung. Also Zwieback, abgepackte Croissants, Teebeutel oder Löskaffeepulver und eine Miniportion Marmelade. Keine Butter, kein Kaffee wie man ihn vom Italiener kennt... Von der Menge her muss man zukaufen, das ist kein Frühstück. Abends kann man in der Nähe gut essen gehen, aber wenn man günstiger Urlaub machen und selber kochen möchte - mit dieser Miniküche im Flur ist das nicht möglich. Sicher kann man in Rom viel teurer eine Unterkunft buchen und man kann bei einer günstigen Unterkunft auch nicht alles erwarten. Aber die eigene Beschreibung sollte man auch wirklich und nicht nur formell erfüllen. Es wirkt so, als habe man eine eigene Küche und nicht einen Notbehelf für vier Zimmer. Und... im Bad war an der Decke Schimmel. Bei einem innenliegenden Bad besteht nun mal das Risiko. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen gemietet, aber dafür zu klein. Faktisch wurde in das Zweibettzimmer ein Beistellbett gestellt, wodurch kein Platz mehr für einen Tisch war, auch ein dritter Hocker fehlte. Hocker, nicht Stuhl. Der hätte aber auch keinen Platz mehr gehabt.
