• Joseph (9/5): Fantastic stay with great views, but be warned it's very steep. - The communication with the owner/ admin team when we had a concern. Many thanks for late checkout at 11am. The view was amazing and you could easily be a 'couch potato' and sit there all day looking at the magnificent views across the water. Having the t.v not working in the main bedroom Not having heating upstairs on the chilly mornings (maybe there was some and we were unaware of this) You need to be aware that the townhouse is over 3 levels, so you need to be able to climb stairs. The living/dining area is on the top level with fantastic views.

• Susan (7/5): - Stunning location, very well appointed apartment with great kitchen, comfortable living area, excellent beds and shower. Stunning views. We loved this place and the issues below were minor. It was difficult to reach the host about an internet access issue, but we resolved it ourselves. ( there were two passwords provided and we were entering the wrong one) Other minor issues that would improve the experience but were not concerning to us- No regular tea bags in kitchen, one heater in one bedroom did not work. Parking instructions were not very clear. We gained the knowledge from the reviews. One can park outside the garage to unload luggage, but it is best to park in the street just below the house at other times where there is very easy parking. A photo of this area on the instructions would help. It was unseasonally cold and a few extra warm blankets would have been welcome.
• Barry (8/5): It was a pleasant stay. - View was fantastic! Townhouse was modern and tastefully decorated. No wifi, tv could not get all free to air stations, clothes dryer was temperamental (would only work for 15mins and then not work again for a couple of hours). No access to garage meant parking was on on street below property which was a bit of a haul, especially with luggage as very steep incline.
• Amybell (8/5): Wonderful townhouse with the most amazing view - The views were amazing. You can walk up to Mt Nelson. Spacious townhouse for a wonderful stay for a couple or a bigger family. Big kitchen, large living room and dining area. The bathroom was recently renovated. Close to Hobart without being in the city. Small drive to Salamanca Market. Only air conditioning upstairs. No air conditioning downstairs where bedrooms are Would be greatly appreciated for more information regarding places to visit and great eating spots using local knowledge.

• Aussie (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely 2 bedroom home with stunning panoramic views. 2nd bedroom has comfortable queen bed. Master king bed and TV. Both bedrooms have lovely views & are on 2nd level sharing great modern twin bathroom. 2nd convenient bathroom including toilet and shower is on the top floor living near the kitchen and laundry. We loved the awesome views and convenience of being in sandy bay...just 10 mins to the city.

• Bruce (10/5): Very peaceful and comfortable stay in a good quality town house - Fabulous views , very comfortable beds & furnishings , well equipped kitchen , laundry & bathrooms Landlord checked in with us to see how we liked place and also left some complimentary apple ciders Several channels on free to air TV had little or no reception but landlord attended to problem in part but needs further rectification Was not a problem for us but parking only in front of garage.
