• Eva (1/5): HORROROSA / DESASTRE TOTAL I ABSOLUT - El lloc era cèntric Va ser MOLT DESAGRADABLE. Quan vam arribar a les 18,34hores encara hi havia una família dintre l' apartament sopant amb nens amb la música alta i la porta de la vivenda oberta(com 8-10 pax en un apartament de 4 pax), com si fos una festa... NINGÚ HAVIA ANAT A FER LA NETEJA i els hostes es van encarar amb nosaltres dient que NO sabien que s' havia de fer el CHECK OUT a les 12h. Una situació realment molt tensa i estressant que no tenia perquè haver viscut la meva família. Vem haver de marxar amb les maletes i després de 4 trucades a l' amfitriona ens va contestar per SMS (es trobava a Londres) i va fer anar a la sra de la neteja. A les 21,43 hores ens va comunicar que ja podíem entrar. Va oferir-nos aquella nit gratuïta com a compensació, cosa que no ha succeït després d'haver passat un mes des de la reserva i d' haver contactat amb ella 2 vegades per aquest motiu i assegurar-nos que l' ingrés estava fet (vem facilitar num de CC o num de telèfon-Bizum). Les tovalloles dels antics hostes encara estaven al cubell de la roba bruta, l' assecador de cabell no funcionava i l' apartament seguia fent olor a menjar quan vem entrar aquella nit. No li desitjo a ningú arribar a una ciutat estrangera i trobar-se amb aquesta situació . Ja no vem trobar hotels disponibles per aquella mateixa nit en el centre i per això vem decidir quedar-nos, tot i les reticences dels meus fills i marit. Jo (que havia fet la reserva) estava desbordada, en shock, no sabria ni com definir-ho... No entenc com NINGÚ no havia anat a fer la neteja de l' apartament quan hi havia una nova reserva entrant aquell mateix dia. Es per això que escric aquesta ressenya perquè en tingueu coneixement els possibles futurs hostes.

• bouchra (8/5): - On est dans le centre ville donc parfait. L'odeur dans l'appartement d'anchois à chaque fois qu'on rentrer car au dessus d'une pizzeria. Mais vraiment odeur désagréable . Compliqué de se garer

• NURIA (4/5): La próxima vez nos alojaremos en un hotel - El mobiliario del interior era nuevo . La localización era fantástica. Las escaleras para acceder al alojamiento eran muy bonitas y antiguas pero estaban muy sucias y descuidadas. En el descansillo había un colchón doblado muy sucio, daba un aspecto muy descuidado generando desconfianza sin saber dónde nos íbamos a alojar. Las paredes del interior del apartamento estaban sucísimas, eran imposibles ignorarlas, había manchas marrones horrorosas hasta en el techo, era mejor no pensar en su origen. Un apartamento tan bonito y por ese precio merece un mejor cuidado . El lavavajillas no pudimos usarlo porque fue imposible abrirlo

• Francoise (10/5): Amazing & spacious apartment right in the centre of Liège - Fantastic location, spacious and very comfortable apartment
• Bernabé (8/5): Great location and nice apartment, but not very convenient for families with small children. - The rooms were bright and nicely renewed. The apartment is really close to the city center and there are lot of interesting spots all around. The building has no elevator and the stairs are a little bit narrow, which is not practical while carrying suitcases or the stroller. There was no door between the living room and the bedroom. There are no drawers in the bedroom to organize clothes and the coat rack is not enough.

• Mbola (10/5): Perfect location for a weekend in Lièege - The flat was perfectly located to visit the center of Liège. All points of interest can be reached on foot. The host was very responsive to our demand. The interior of the flat is neat and clean, and the equipment is enough for a short stay. The noise in the street can be annoying as Liège likes enjoying night life, this was minor us, and we already anticipated with ear plugs.

• Capehobbit (8/5): Liege bright spot.....literally. - Well designed and comfortable flat in a great location. The blinds are made of tissue paper, and so it is not very private and does a terrible job at keeping light out (a problem in summer!).

• Laurentia (8/5): Very good - Location- right in the centre and relaxed walking distance to the market and the party area of Liege, cleanliness, style and comfort, comfortable bed snd nice shower,, the host seemed nice.. Minor things: It's a very light apartment which is nice in the daytime, but as other guests had mentioned before, there are no options to darken the room. Besides, the window in the bedroom won't open because it's blocked due to a construction mistake. There is no door seperating the bedroom from the living room. I stayed two nights and from Sunday evening onwards until Monday 3am the neighbours were crazy loud (yelling and loud bass/music). I don't have nerves for this when investing 100€ a night. (Probably it's not always like this) Make sure you doublecheck the check-out time which was 11am, not 12 as stated here (but we could stay until 12pm when asking).

• Anouk (5/5): Good location and comfortable. Few flaws like broken a - It looked very luxurious and it was nice and clean. We were right in the city centre. 10/10 location. Bed and couch bed was very comfortable! Airconditioning in the living room was broken when we contacted the owners they didn’t respond, there was a puddle of water underneath the ac unit. The fridge was also broken, didn’t work at all. Wasn’t cold. There were MICE in the entry hall. Disgusting! They put out towels for 3 people instead of 4 and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. The noise in the evening is quite annoying but that wasn’t much of a problem when you close the windows because the building is well isolated. There are some restaurants under the building so the noise comes from there. Sad because there were no brooms of vacuums to clean the apartment ourselves.

• Isaac (9/5): We were happy with our stay and would gladly return. - The place is in a safe and central area, well lit and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very clean. We were missing an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a toaster. The windows need a black out curtain for privacy.
• Nigel (10/5): Absolutely fantastic apartment - Beautiful apartment situated right in the heart of the city and surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants☺️☺️ The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night break and the bed was fantastic, we slept very well on it😴😴 The Host was easily contacted and responded very quickly to any questions we had👍👍 Thank you very much we had a great time in liege and would fully recommend staying here. I would say the equivalent facilities in a hotel would be in the €200 a night range so it was exceptional value for money 💰💰 Nothing
