- Kristen (10/5): Perfect - It was very clean, you have everything to feel comfortable, the location is perfect. The host is very kind and answers right away. I would love to come here again. The only thing we didn’t quite like were the beds - they were slightly uncomfortable. But because of the other pros, that wasn’t a problem for us.
- Nick (8/5): Great place but needs a couple of improvements to be a 10 - Large, modern, washing machine. Good ac/heating. The bed. The wooden slates kept falling out and you would find yourself through the bed in the night. If you like using underground it’s quite a distance from on but if you like a lime or walk then good access to Vatican/Stadio Olympic. Very noisy in the morning as this is a working building and one of the offices was having a make over including heavy duty drilling for hours between 0730 and 1100

Comfort adds to a long day of walks and sightseeing. - good size, good location close by amenities: bakery, coffee shop, good restaurant, grocery store. lots of electrical plugs nicely automated self check in not so comfortable mattress… kitchen well equipped with appliances, but lacks the little things like paper towels old pans and cutlery, no waste bin in the bathroom, and a disturbing scent in the bathroom that we could not shake
- Nisha (8/5): Host can be friendly to tourists and being kind does go a long way when interacting with people - The property is about 20 minutes drive from Rome Termi station. Property is spacious and clean, but the host is very rude to communicate with. Both on WhatsApp and over the phone. Also kitchen utensils are rusted making it unsafe to use for cooking. The reason to look for a property with kitchen facilities is definitely that the guest will use the kitchen. The bare minimum which the owner can provide is clean and usable utensils. There were only rusted utensils in the pantry making it difficult to use.

There were tea, coffee and olive oil in the kitchen. Very good WiFi. Noises from the neighboring apartments: everything was heard distinctly. There were no bath/shower gel in the bathroom. It was not clear how to sort trash properly.
