• Guest (10/5): assolutamente perfetto - la posizione era ottima, ben collegata sia a via toledo e al centro storico, sia alla fermata della metro. Il servizio e il comfort eccellenti. lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consiglio caldamente! la vista dalla stanza forse è l’unica pecca, ma alla fine conta poco dal momento che si visita tutto il giorno e in camera si riposa soltanto

• SIGAL (6/5): היה נחמד. - החדר יפה ונחמד ויחסית מרווח, נראה כמו בתמונות. המיקום יחסית נוח ומרכזי. העלייה ליחידות במדרגות בלבד. מתברר שזה רשום בפרטים ואני פספסתי זאת- שימו לב, וזה קצת מאתגר עם תיקים ומזוודות. ובחדר אין אור טבעי מהחלון. החלון הוא לכיוון אזור פנימי ועם זכוכית חלבית ואין בכלל אור טבעי, ולי אישית זה קצת הפריע. ואם האורחים ביחידה ליד קצת רועשים אז שומעים אותם.
• Jörn (7/5): Ok für eine Nacht - Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut; man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt oder auch im spanischen Viertel und auf der Einkaufsstraße. Das sehr kleine Zimmer befindet sich in einem alten, heruntergekommenen Gebäude mit gruseligem Treppenhaus. (Das Zimmer selbst war aber modern, hell, sauber) Man findet den Eingang nicht direkt, weil am Tor nichts außer normale private Klingeln drinsteht. Ich habe keine Info zum Check-in bekommen und musste erst anrufen, um zu erfahren wie wir reinkommen. Es saß auch niemand an der Rezeption. Es lag lediglich ein kleiner Umschlag mit Schlüssel und Name bereit. Ich habe keine Info zum Check-out bekommen und das Tool für den Self-Check-in hat auch nicht gut funktioniert. Es gibt keine Beleuchtung am Platz vorm Eingang. Bei Dunkelheit haben wir uns unwohl gefühlt und sind schnell rein.

• Natalija (10/5): - Loved it! Would definitely stay here again:) We used it to sleep, during the day we took ferry to Amalfi Coast and Capri. Great neighborhood!
• Florence (8/5): - The room itself was great and I would give it five stars.The area around the property is close to a lot of dining and in a very walkable area with a very unique vibe that we enjoyed.The main disappointment we had was the very poor communication from the host.There was no one to meet us on arrival and no instructions were given beforehand.The suites are located inside a building with a gate that either requires a key or someone to buzz you in.We arrived well within the stated check in hours, but no responses to WhatsApp messages. When we finally got through to someone, we had to figure out which door led to the Suites, which we were not told by the property owner. Some kind neighbors told us where to go, but then we found that the door to enter the suites required a code which we had not been given. So we had to call again to request the code. Finally once we got inside we found the key to our room waiting for us. No other explanation. The booking site says the reception is open from 8:30-1:30, but we never saw anyone there, so were unable to connect about the city tax. Someone left a note in our room on the last day stating we could leave it in cash on the desk or call a number to pay with card. We didn’t have the cash so we called the number and again got no response. When they finally responded, they wanted us to do a bank transfer because they couldn’t come meet us to take our card - expensive!! We had to catch a train and didn’t have time to go to an atm so we just left.
• Leana (8/5): Bien - La situation est très bien, proche du métro. La chambre est pratique pour une nuit , salle de bain pareil. Aucun contact physique avec l’hôte. Tout se passe par message et c’est un peu regrettable… Même le paiement se fait par virement, c’est étrange

• barbara (8/5): Un soggiorno nel cuori di Napoli! - La struttura si trova in centro in un palazzo antico di Napoli. A circa 10 minuti dalla metro (università) e dalle vie principali. Camera e bagno molto grandi, spaziosi e tutto molto pulito. Silenziosa e dotata di aria condizionata. Ci è spiaciuto non aver mai trovato, durante il soggiorno, una/un receptionist. Ci sarebbe stato utile ricevere dei consigli, una mappa o suggerimenti. Segnalo anche che non è presente l ascensore e che la struttura si trova al 1 piano e ci sono diverse rampe di scale (non proprio ideali per anziani o persone con disabilità)
• Sarah (2/5): Extremely poor customer service - We never saw any member of staff during our stay. We arrived at 3pm and were told to call Giuseppe who could open the gate for us upon arrival but he never answered the phone after numerous attempts to contact him (nor did any other member of staff). A woman who lived in the building happened to be coming out while we were waiting and let us in. If it wasn’t for her, we would not have been able to access the room. Extremely poor customer service and so I would not recommend this accommodation.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall, the property is great. It is in a good location and the room is very big. The only suggestion is to ensure smooth late checkin after 5pm. Otherwise, you may be left outside because there are three security. I also did not receive check-in messages from the property owner. With the help from owner’s neighbors. We were in. Then I received check-in message from the owner. Even I did check-in 24 hour ago, I did not receive check in messages. We waited outside for almost one hour. During that period, we use online chat through hotels, no response received.

• Signe (10/5): - Really nice hotel with a central location. It was a bit hard to find, but got immediate assistance when calling the hotel. If you are a very light sleeper then I recommend bringing earplugs as the walls are a bit thin. But overall super nice experience.

• Nikolett (6/5): Dark room with absolutely no view - The room was clean and well-equipped, the location is good. We had a self check-in with the provided code which worked smoothly. The room’s window was not transparent and faced a wall only about two meters away, which created a dark, almost basement-like atmosphere. This was not mentioned in the reviews and was very disappointing for us. We also had some issues with check-out, as the owner did not show up despite confirming the day before via messages. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was very kind and did her best to help to resolve the situation and help with the payment. Overall, it felt odd and unprofessional, but the main issue for us was the lack of any view and the darkness of the room.

• Orla (7/5): Comfortable small suite for 1 night - The property was clean and well taken care off. Perfect for one or two nights max. Good value and good location to look around the old town. We didn’t meet any staff member until we were checking out. The room was small and there could have been a bottle of water or Tea/coffee facilities as we had travelled for many hours. Taxi found it very difficult to fine premises.

Location was a little hard to find but with navigation and help from the staff we could find it. Some issues with them coming in the room when not asked, but solved it with the staff so it's fine now.
