• Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - Interesting room, large projector with all apps available. Comfy beds. Bath tub was broken and leaked everywhere so couldn't fill it up. Staff were eager for us to pay in advance, which was difficult to do due to our flights.

• Vickers (3/5): Horrible - The room had 4 walls and a ceiling The room was filthy when we checked in. Same bedsheets from the previous guests. There was hair from the previous guests clogging up the drain in the shower, used toilet tissues in the toilet bin. Dust all over the floor. The shower gel and shampoo both empty. Staff were useless and kept calling my phone asking when I was gonna check in despite me telling them several times already they kept calling asking....one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

• Bao (9/5): Superb - Everything was so good, nice room, friendly staff and good foods, the location is nice. Will come back when i have chance to visit again. Room very clean and comfortable. The bed side of japan room little sharp it made my friend bleed when accidential touch it
• Joao (7/5): Good - Very large room and really comfy bed. The location is not good for tourists visiting HCMC for the first time. With traffic it takes over 1h to reach the main spots.
• Evolve (5/5): Stay at your own risk ! Good for couples but not for friends or casual travelers. - The bed was large and comfortable to sleep only after cleanliness was maintained after checking in. I stayed with my friend and there was no privacy. Bathtub is inside the room in open and i think it is good for couples for romance and not for casual travelers. the place looked shady. there was no lift. the sheets were dirty, and floor wasnt clean but the hotel staff took 15 minutes and cleaned for us immediately when we reached the hotel in late evening. There was no ventilation in the room, felt suffocated because of loud odour and there was no lift in the hotel, only staircase.
• Leo (7/5): Good - Friendly staff. Recessed from the busy road, so rather quiet. The room in the advertisement looks very inviting, but most rooms don't have windows. A bit dusty. Also, the water in the shower was not draining well.
• Nguyen (8/5): Above of them are still good. - New room with nice facilities. During my stay this time, hotel housekeeping forgot to make up my room. But finally at the end of day, at 08:00pm, staffs still willing to come immediately for making-up the room as my request.
• Stephen (7/5): The room I had on reception/ground floor was ok for a stopover - The location was just off a really busy street where food stands and restaurants were the main businesses. The bed was really comfortable, although I was on ground floor just around from reception and you could hear the hotel background music until I asked for it to be turned off, which was around midnight. Apart from that I was only there as a stopover, but wouldn’t have wanted to be there for any length of time. Oh no window, totally enclosed. The hotel was fairly clean, a little more dusting on areas like the mirror and the tiles being bleached would have made a difference to it feeling cleaner.
• Fred (7/5): Overall the hotel was fine. Just bad checking in process. - First off the check in process is awful. Even though booking.com shows that no payment is needed till I arrive. The hotel kept harassing me to leave a deposit to keep my reservation because I was arriving real late for my check in. This was not in the terms and conditions on their check in page. I tried booking room again.and they could not see I was a previous guest and once again asked for deposit to hold my room even though this time it was going to be a regular check in time. So I booked another hotel. Overall the room was good and other staff were good. Just not the person in charge of bookings. The check in process as stated was awful. Asking for deposit to hold room.

• Pierce (5/5): Was ok for one night but didn’t get much sleep - Nice vibe walls are very thin so can hear tv and loud noises from neighbours each side. Loud bug light snap things Water from shower filled out toilet next door so couldn’t use toilet as was flooded with water.
• Marna (8/5): Very good - Good location, had lots of food options & many convenient stores around. My favourite thing was that I could watch YouTube on the TV, there’s Netflix but I didn’t use that. Note that there is no elevator, luckily I was only on the second floor. Overall I liked my room, felt safe & liked that I wasn’t far from the airport.

• David (9/5): Superb - It was certainly a good value for money. It is a newer hotel and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was. For the price point and star rating, it was nice. . There is no elevator ... so you may potentially have to climb steps
• Trisha (8/5): Secret Garden Room 📖 - The room was decent and spacious. The bathtub was an extra bonus considering how long I've been solo travelling for. The staff are very helpful. I even had a package delivered to me and received it in pristine condition. There is a 24 hour resturant not too far from the hotel that makes amazing food, I went there for breakfast fairly frequently. It cost approx 50-60K VND. There aren't any windows in the rooms on the bottom floor, so that was a bit of a put off. Other than that, the room was decent and worth the money.

• Aaron (7/5): Great value, simple comfort with a tasteful facades. - Simple and affordable. Located near to many places to eat and shop locally. Novel and tastefully theme-decorated rooms. Good proximity to airport (20mins). The staff appeared not confident in speaking English to English speaking guests, and as such missed the opportunity to connect with all guests, making them feel welcome.
• Logan (9/5): The prices are reasonable. - The hotel is clean and tidy, with beautiful and elegant furnishings. The hallways feature smart lighting, and the space is quiet. The dining area is spacious, clean, and the food is quite good.

I was really impressed and extremely happy because I met friendly people in Ho Chi Minh city and the hotel was completely perfect according to my wishes. From the receptionist to the manager, everyone is so professional, the room is extremely clean and makes me and my friends very satisfied.

Professional service style, reasonable prices,... clean and beautiful rooms, doors with electronic locks are quite safe. The reception area has an area to receive guests when friends come to visit.

• Mariana (2/5): A Secret Garden to avoid - Tha staff tried to be nice, but they cannot compensate the shortcomigs found. The room had no window, just AC which was very noisy and we couldn't turn it off. And not the last thing to mention is that the sheets were not changed and were very dirty. A very unpleasant experience.

Big seafood BBQ buffet across the street from the hotel that's outasight! No ATM nearby for international ATM cards.
