• Andrei (6/5): Noisy. Poor staff communication - Location and apartment by themselves Noise. There is no noise reduction at all. Till 1 am in bar near people are so noisy so you think that they are in your bed. And from 5 am street cleaners are crying just in front of the apartment We forgot a passport in apartment and it takes 3 days for staff to check. Very poor communication

• Beatrice (6/5): - La struttura aveva un’ottima posizione in mezzo si vicoli movimentati di trastevere. Si tratta di un ampio monolocale ideale per soggiorni brevi anche per un gruppo di amici. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua e l’host. Alle 19.00 del giorno 3 aprile 2026 abbiamo tentato di fare la doccia ma l’acqua era congelata. Abbiamo tentato di contattare gli host (mai visti di persona nemmeno per il check-in) almeno una decina di volte, per ricevere una risposta solo alle 23.00 dove l’host non aveva intenzione di scusarsi per il rilevante imprevisto ma tendeva ad addossare la colpa a noi, dicendomi che avremmo dovuto resettare la caldaia o girare una qualche manopola. Mi dispiace dover dare questa valutazione negativa perchè io amo Roma e ho apprezzato questo appartamento per il mio breve soggiorno, ma quando una persona si prende la responsabilità e l’impegno di affittare un monolocale a fini turistici deve garantire i servizi essenziali (quali letti, docce e tempestività nel rispondere ai bisogni del cliente). Sono amareggiata anche dall’atteggiamento ostile tenuto dall’host perché credo che in ogni caso la manutenzione tecnica non sia di competenza del cliente anche se richiede minimi interventi!

• Garcia (6/5): Sencillo - La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca de todo. Íbamos andando a todas partes. Nos pareció muy seguro. El anfitrión nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar y fue muy atento en todo momento. Le faltaban muchas cosas: necesitaría más cubertería y toallas. Y no estaba muy limpio, hubo una cama que estaba medio rota. Pero, es verdad, que por el precio pagado no se puede pedir mucho mas. Si solo es para dormir, es un buen lugar.

• Elisenda (6/5): Correcte però no hi tornaria - L'apartament estava molt ben situat i molt bé de preu pels preus que es paguen a Roma. Els llits eren còmodes i les instal.lacions correctes. Realment no hi ha habitacions, és una sala molt gran amb una paret on hi ha un llit de matrimoni que queda més apartat, però la resta és una sala molt gran amb 5 llits (un de matrimoni i tres llits petits). Al costat de l'altre llit de matrimoni hi ha un biombo i una taula per menjar. Puges unes escales i hi ha la cuina i el lavabo, aquest sí, separat per parets i porta. Està totalment reformat i tot i que la cuina es veu velleta, està tot cuidat i renovat. Com que està en una zona viva i cèntrica, hi ha molt de soroll a les nits, sobretot divendres i dissabte. No obstant, l'amfitrió no hi té cap culpa en això, ho comprenem. També, quan entres fa mooolta olor a humitat, ja que el pis queda per sota de l'alçada del carrer. Al cap d'una estona, el nas s'hi acostuma però a l'entrar es nota molt aquesta olor.

The ease of reaching the bus station and get to the center and all the major attractions so quickly. • ingrid (1/5): - Lo unico que valio la pena era la ubicacion porque el resto no sirve ,no se puede estar ahi ,hay humedades enormes por todas partes,esta asqueroso ,muy sucio ,sale agua del suelo ,es inhabilatable ,y no se puede dormir ya que mi cama no tenia pata y tuve que poner una caja debajo ,hay muchissimo ruido y no entra la luz solar A parte de las condiciones pesimas del apartamento humedades,suciedad ,ruido ,mobiliario roto ,agua por todas partes,la anfitriona se paso todos los dias molestando por la tassa por mensajes y viniendo a picar al apartamento ,nos queria cobrar unas tasas que no tocaba y en negro sin factura de nada ,nos amenazo con hecharnos y con llamar a la policia ,todo muy mal ,no lo recomiendo para nada es pesimo ademas el aparato de humificador no hace nada y oara lo unico que sirve es para hacer ruido ,que hasta noa creo conflicto col los vecinos muy mal de verdad ,tendrian que sacar este apartamento de booking

Close to plenty good restaurants and bars Quirky and spacious accommodation Washing machine was a great addition Comfy and clean beds. Fresh towels. Good air con. This was one large area, not separate bedrooms, this worked for us being a family. Communication could have been better. We only got fundamental information such as lock box etc after searching for the apartment for a while although I'd kept updating on arrival times. Also the odd question throughout the stay went either unanswered or delayed by hours. Apartment could have been cleaner although beds were fresh. Quite noisy at night but it is in the centre of everything so this wouldn't put us off booking again. Slight damp smell possibly due to accommodation being basement style.

• Paul (8/5): Perfect location - Location could not be better. Excellent nightlife. Loads of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I doubt you’ll find cheaper in the area. The accommodation was absolutely fine for the price. It was clean, loads of towels and a good shower. What more can you ask for! As a basement accommodation it was lacking in natural light but that was expected.
• Kannicha (2/5): Disappointed by wrong room description and demanding extra payment for room cleaning later on... - It was clean but that was the positive thing about it. We explicitly were looking for a stay with at least 2 bedrooms and booked this place since it advertised in one spot with 2, in another with 4 bed rooms. Very disappointed with finding one huge room only with no real separation, like in a dormitory. Completely inappropriate if a group need separated bedrooms. Furthermore the host ask after the booking and the submitting of all documents (passport/id cards) is done for an extra 55 Euro on top. Whilst so far all hosts show such costs before a booking is done to make sure guests can properly compare this host does not do so and keep this information secret until it is to late to find a new stay for the night.

• George (1/5): Avoid this place in the summer. - The area the apartment is in quite lively, numerous cafe's and fairly close to bus stops and major attactions. The apartment is very hot, the site claims the apartment has a/c. This is very mis-leading, what it has are three mini stand alone swamp coolers (google it) on site. We made sure that they had water and used the correct settings for "cool". All three units did not did not blow cold air, they moved air but it wasn't cold air, and one of the units stopped working entirely mid stay. The apartment was hot during the day and very uncomfortable to sleep in at night. The host claimed that since the apartment (which is a basement to a building) keeps cool because of it's thick walls and the fact that it's a basement, we stayed in August and it was uncomfortably hot. The host also claimed that he couldn't install proper a/c's due to the building's age but, if you look on the apartments above (in the same building) numerous apartments had signs of exhaust ports of a/c units. The owner did not answer phone calls or texts till after I made a complaint to booking.com. The kitchen counter had numerous mouse droppings and upon check in thier was an exposed power outlet in the bathroom and wasn't fixed till 24 hours after our check-in. The hose affirmed he had enough bedding for our 7 guests, he did, but one of the beds was a sofa sleeper with 1/2" foam mattress on top, very uncomfortable. The apartment is a basement, their are a small number of step down into it. the railing on those steps is wobbly, I was worried about my elderly father every time he used them. All in all, not a pleasant stay. I've opened a case with booking.com and I hope they do the right thing and resolve this.

Comfortable beds, central to location, open concept apartment, WiFi good, cool place to stay, would book again depending who I went with Stated there was air conditioning but only dehumidifiers or fans (property is underground so luckily it was cool), one big room so don’t expect any private time, the front door is hard to lock/unlock and only 1 key so you can’t break off into groups without a lot of planning, hear some of the local people/places/restaurants getting delivery late at night/early morning

Host Sofia was friendly, helpful and responsive. Can be a little noisy through the night however we knew with the location being in the heart of Trastevere that it was expected. The property felt a little damp however there was a dehumidifier available that we used. Property is spacious however bedrooms are not separate, they are separated by a screen.
• Li (8/5): It was a lovely stay for 7 of us visiting Rome. It was conveniently located and had a special Italian charm to it. I wou - It was very clean and spacious. It was in a perfect location, close to many local restaurants and touristy sites. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and it got stuffy at night since the apartment is technically the basement of the building.

We did not find it clean, there was dust everywhere and could not walk without slippers at the state of the floor. Bathroom door doesn’t stay closed, we hat to put a chair inside. There was so much humidity but at least they had 2 air humidifiers that worked. Water boiler full of salts.

• Claudia (9/5): Superb - Excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The host is very nice and did his best to make our stay pleasant. The neighborhood itself is very charming and beautiful, but it's also close to other tourist attractions. The Colosseum is at a 20min walk from the apartment, but you won't be bored looking at all the other attractions along the way.
