• Emily (9/5): - We loved our stay at SCC! The rooms were spacious and we had a kettle with coffee and slippers. The room and the bathroom were so clean. It was in such a good location but also not noisy. The staff were so helpful at getting us a taxi to the airport with a good rate and stayed up to give us an early check-in and early check-out, they even gave us a magnet for remembering our travels. We really recommend it here. The only thing I would say was the dehumidifier in the wall could be a bit noisy.

• Aimee (2/5): Safety concerns outweigh the good location - Although a bit noisy, the location is great. It is right in the heart of Chinatown above the market. We knew we had booked a windowless room however it was very small for three nights for two people. No shower gel in the dispensers in the shower. The main reason we did not have a good stay was the lack of security/24 hour reception. On our last night, in the early hours of the morning, someone began aggressively banging on our room door and shouting in another language. We assumed this was someone staying at the hotel who may have been drunk and had the wrong room. We replied saying he had the wrong room but he became angrier and began bashing the door and continuously trying the door handle. My only option to contact the hotel was via booking.com’s message function as no one would answer the phone number. No one replied to my message at the time. The man left then came back a short while after with another man while continuously knocking the door but this time speaking English and telling us to open the door. Eventually we heard them go into the room next door to us however we do not believe they had booked this room, maybe it was just open so they got in. When we tried to leave our room, they came to their door too. We felt trapped and unable to leave. Eventually when silent for a while we grabbed our stuff and left as quickly as possible. A few hours later, I received a reply on booking.com saying ‘I will check CCTV’ with nothing else. When we left the security door to the Main Street was lying wide open, therefore I do not believe this is a safe place to stay especially for a solo traveller.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I got a flower for womens day and a fridge magnet at check out. They head several showers and toilet (seperate for man and women) and had free soap. We meant to stay 2 nights ended up staying more. Maybe the showers and toilet could be cleaned more often. They have contractions
• Kathryn (10/5): A quiet clean place with friendly staff - This is a great affordable place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Chinatown. The bustle of the market is right outside, which also means a break from the relentless traffic in KL as the street is pedestrian only. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the staff are very kind and friendly. I was stuck in KL for longer than planned and had to extend my stay, and they were really helpful with storing my luggage while I left the city for a few days. I will stay here again if I come back to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you!

• DIMITRI (2/5): Hôtel délabré et cher pour le standing proposé - Emplacement centrale dans le quartier chinois La propreté des draps jaunis par le temps. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre et le taille minuscule de la chambre on peut à peine bouger dedans.

• Wenesa (8/5): Due to those reviews and rate.. am pick this stay 👍 - Great stayed, bed are comfy pillows are firm. Woredraw are super huge for us to occupy our luggage and bag. Staff Akal are super, thanks for letting us early check in due to our bus arrived early at KL.. we can have a rest! Just one issue was other guests talk very loud when they passed by our room late night that near the kitchen and restroom. Suggestions can put on signboard of quite time near the rooms to remind other guests low their valumn. Others are great.. clean and homey feel when step in the hotel... straight away shut down the crowded noise from outsite! For the price a night stayed... super great deal 👍.... ohhh thanks for the warm notes and wee gift 😁

• Avichai (10/5): Great value, clean, and exceeded expectations - Great location -- literally outside from all the action. The front-desk person was super helpful, lending me a travel adapter and keeping me stocked on bottled water. Everything was kept clean. I stayed in a Deluxe room with window. Because the window opens up onto petaling street there was a lot of noise and light until about 1-2am every night that made it hard to sleep. If I was coming again I'd definitely recommend just book a room without a window.

Могут давать бесплатно воду, кофе 3-в-1 и можно просить чай и сахар. В номере есть чайник, светильник, чашки, полотенца, кондиционер, стул, стол, чашки, салфетки. На мини кухне есть мультиварка, немного столовых приборов, тостер, соль, перец. В ванной комнате не было очередей и было чисто как и везде В ванной была туалеткая бумага, мыло, а в душе шампунь, но скорее всего это кто-то из гостей оставил. Запаситесь берушами! За неделю проживания я только 1-2 ночи нормально поспала. До 2 ночи делали ремонт , шумели . От рынка и соседей доносился шум разного вида иногда и до 2-3 ночи. Двери хлопают громко. Кто-то разговаривал громко ночью и с ресепшена по утрам доносились разговоры. Никто не контролирует ночной шум. Здание находится на первом этаже и прям в Чайнатаун, но нужно подниматься с багажом только по ступенькам. Лифта нету. Обратите внимание на штрафные санкции по-поводу испачканного постельного белья пятнами. Для меня это правило является абсурдным. Мне выдавали хоть и чистое, но в старых пятнах бельё. Всегда проверяйте пятна вначале. Я делала фото "до" чтоб не получить штраф за чьи-то пятна.
• špela (10/5): Amazing stay - Great location in the hearth of Chinatown, close to many good restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is convenient, there is water purifier so you can refill the water for deinking and the staff is very nice.

I say so because I had revisited this hotel often - Brightness of the place and the separation of toilets into females and males For my bed , the hotel used two single beds to join as a queen. How can you sleep. In the middle of two single beds when there is a gap?! For that it is not a honest deal as we paid for comfort and security.

• Yuki (1/5): 受付の男性からセクシャルハラスメントを受けました - 立地 本当に最低なホテルです。受付の男性からセクシャルハラスメントを受けました。bookingで予約し16時過ぎに到着したのですが、私が日本人だと分かると、彼はとても喜び握手を求めてきました。私は触れたくなかったですが、握手しました。それから私が予約した部屋を一度見せてくれましたが、あなたの為にもっといい部屋を用意すると言って、既にイギリス人男性のゲストが泊まっているから彼が戻るまでここで待つようにと彼の事務所へと私を招き入れました。そして彼は私を彼のベッドへ座るように促しました。その後、体が触れるほどすぐ隣に彼も座り、私の靴を褒めながら触ってきました。ベッドはカーテンの裏に隠れていてこのまま襲われても誰も気づかない状況でした。 私はとても怖くなり、「予約した部屋でいいからチェックインしたい」といいましたが、彼は全く受け入れず、「イギリス人が戻ってくるまでここで待て」と言いました。 私は怖くて彼と二人きりで居たくなかったので、散歩してくるから部屋の用意ができたら連絡するように頼みました。 連絡はなかったが、19時頃ホテルへ戻り予約した部屋に入れてもらいました。 私が部屋に入った後もWhatsAppでメッセージをしてきて、とめも気持ち悪かったです。 イギリス人が帰ってくると、彼を追い出すからもっといい部屋にいかないか？と私に提案してきました。イギリス人は今の部屋を気に入ってるから出たくないと言っていたので、私は予約したした部屋のままでいいといって断りました。 本当は6泊分の料金を支払っていたのですが、受付の男性が気持ち悪すぎて1泊だけしてチェックアウトしました。bookingに事情を説明して残りの5泊分の返金対応をお願いしましたが、bookingがホテルに電話しても、メールしても全く反応がなかったそうです。 本当に最低なスタッフでした。 お金を返してほしいです。 怒りで胸がいっぱいです。

The staff was amazing, gave me addresses for good food around the block. I had a kettle and a desk which was nice for writing on my laptop. Shared toilets and showers were clean. Extending one more night was easy and I could keep the same room.
