Ryan (1/5): very bad experience - They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a patient with me for whom I asked to have breakfast in the room. They are asking for 500 taka for it. And even after so many requests, they did not provide the food! And they do not allow outside food either. This is very inhumane.

One of the staff members was speaking very loudly to another colleague, which I found somewhat unprofessional and not in keeping with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Forhadul (5/5): - I was very satisfied with everything during my previous stay, but this time the room was quite dirty. There were black spots on the walls, and the room had a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes. After entering, I used some air freshener, which helped for about 30 minutes, but then the same unbearable smell returned and filled the entire room. I asked them to leave the air freshener in the room so I could use it as needed, but they claimed that it was against their rules. On a positive note, the breakfast menu was good.

Shifat (9/5): Worth the stay near dhanmondi area, bashundharacity. - Well behaved stuffs, clean, good foods, complimentary buffet breakfast was good, secured, good price as well. Finding the hotel was little difficult, no visible big signboards except one small one, google map did take to the location but explaining someone the location was hard. A big signboard will help a lot finding the hotel. Other than that, everything was good.

Tony (10/5): Highly recommended, satisfaction guaranteed. Very pleased with everything and everyone. - Excellent hospitality skills. All requests were promptly fulfilled. Staff are attentive, cheerful and friendly. Location is close to Karwan Bazar Metro station and the (large) Bashundhara city shopping mall. We will definitely stay there in future. We have no criticism at all. Our experience of 8 nights in Dhaka was the best of our many visits to the subcontinent

Philip (2/5): Quite misleading from pictures - Small but adequate Very dirty facilities like limescale all over bathroom, dirty cracked toilet seats and rubbish under multiple beds. Towels, pillows and sheets had stains and tattered in places, also dangerous exposed electrical cables in places.

Located in a hard to reach area, the room was not clean as the sheets and covers were yellow, the shower was in absolute state with soot in the window sill and the breakfast only had two options. It would be okay if I booked it knowingly, but the pictures were very misleading.
Mohammed Zahed (1/5): Very Misleading - The pictures are very misleading. The hotel is very dirty and located in a run-down area. All the bedding is dirty, old and torn. The quality of the breakfast is very poor, with very minimal options. I initially booked the hotel for five days; however, I wanted to cancel straight away. I was only able to cancel after two days. There was a cancellation fee, even though we stated our concerns to the receptionist immediately. I was also charged 1,000 Taka for losing the key fob. Very disappointed.
